I have used other independent mechanics, and I have to say from my experience, the best thing to do is just to go to the dealer if you live near Anderson Honda. My 13-year-old Honda actually drove better after getting serviced here. It now drives smoother and quieter, unlike any of the times I went to other mechanics in the area. They are very professional too. This is why you stick with the automaker year after year because they take care of your car very well.(Shoutout to Francis who did a wonderful job)

We've been using Anderson Honda for all our car needs since 1997. Most recently I brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for a minor service. Diego was my service representative, and everything went smoothly and in a timely matter. During the appointment I waited in their lobby, and Diego came out to let me know the technicians found that the fuel intake system was dirty so I decided to have them clean it out. I've had the car for ~12 years and think I can probably keep it for another 10 years with the good maintenance we get at Anderson and good service we get from employees like Diego.

Solid, no-frills dealership. Plenty of stock on hand. All were courteous & we ended up with a fair deal. What continues to baffle me is how long it takes every dealership to complete a transaction, even after terms are agreed upon!Still, seems like a very suitable place to buy/lease your Honda.

Called to book an appointment to see if the car can be given at any Honda the lady mentioned she doesn t know. So we travelled for 45 minutes as we got the car here and went into the service center and No one even bothered to ask what we were in for ? We stood inside for 5 minutes while they just went past us looking but no one bothered to ask what we were there for? Finally I asked them if anyone can help. No customer service. Finally someone came and said the car can be given in any Honda. They said we don t have a warranty while in fact we had. Very disappointing!

1) I was quoted $199 for a full synthetic oil and oil filter change. When I showed up, service manager tried to charge me $249. This is not the first time they did this. I suspect it is their common practice.2) Service was reasonably fast as I waited at the dealership.3) They gave my Honda Civic 2020 a clean bill of health with their thorough service diagnosis, I was told.4) 10 days later, the car would not start immediately. I called them for a quote on a battery replacement. They want me to bring my car back in and pay $220 for a diagnostic. No quote offered, if it turns out to be a simple battery replacement. No offer to include $220 as a part of the battery replacement. This could end up costing me $500 for a simple battery replacement and disposal.5) I am going to start looking for alternatives except for a factory recall if any.Service: Oil change

As Covid-19 continues to kill a 9/11s worth of Americans a month, as it has been pointed out repeatedly that not masking endangers the lives of their fellow citizens, Anderson Honda doesn't mask.I might forgive a $200 inspection with 0 resolution or $60 they charged for a peice of plastic, but I don't want to give repeat business to a company that doesn't protect it's community.

I recently visited Anderson Honda to get my AC malfunction and the squeaking noise from the passenger seat fixed.I found the staff here to be very kind, honest and helpful. They took time to observe the exact issue is the car, especially the squeaky noise issue. They were very candid in their inputs and advice. Steve was the representative there and he was very helpful and honest about everything. He took time to explain how exactly did they fix the issues and was upfront about what could and could not be covered under warranty. And to add to that, I found the service here to be very affordable as compared to other service centers around.I really had bad experience with staff in several other service centers. Although Anderson Honda is far from my home distance wise, I think they are the most ethical Honda service center around and its worth traveling that distance.

From check-in to check-out, it went very smoothly. Our Service Rep Nick, kept us informed on the progress, gave additional feedback from the Technician, and called us when the car was ready. Each time we have brought our car in for servicing - whether a regular service or an unexpected one - the Anderson Honda Service Department has been great to work with.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I tried to reschedule my appointment for another day, but the receptionist (1/2/2014 at 11:25) was not kind, not friendly and I could sense she was not willing to help or answer calls.. As if I was talking to a wall.

Wow! Dude. This dealership is awesome. The representative that I dealt with in the service department is named Ivan. Ivan greeted me with a genuine smile which put at ease.I was nervous because this is the first time I went to the dealership. My car just got off the boat from Hawaii. Sometimes establishing rapport with a dealership is difficult.I had no problems today. Ivan is the most courteous, knowledgeable, kind service representative that I've ever encountered.

We had traveled to Palo Alto from Minnesota and were planning to head home the next morning when we started having issues with our Honda Pilot. It was almost closing time on Friday but was able to secure a service appointment first thing the next morning. Ivan was our service representative and he did an excellent job getting our car in to the mechanic and keeping us informed of our service options. Our car was repaired and returned to us later that morning and we were able to head back to Minnesota without any issues. Highly recommend this service department.

They were great the first time I took my car here back in 2019. Expeditious. Accommodating. Succinct. Unfortunately I cannot say the same after today.I waited 15 minutes before anyone came out and took a look at my car. All the while, I conveyed that I can come back another time because I should be going back to work. Instead, the guy who checks the cars said 1 more minute for the past 5 minutes. Finally someone came out and asked what needed to be done. I told them A0, which the guy promptly said it s usual maintenance stuff like oil change, brake fluid, etc.He goes through the pricing and details and work needed, but I quickly said I should have an extended 5 year maintenance warranty on the vehicle. He said, let me check . Quickly enough, I still have that but he sadly told me we are one of the few that doesn t cover that . Oh ok. Wonderful. So not only did they waste 15 minutes, but this place doesn t even cover the maintenance warranty I bought exclusively for this type of stuff.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

So let s begin. I call to make an appointment to have something installed. We set the date. They take my info. I ask how much it will cost - they don t know (???). So they transfer me to parts. Apparently even though I made an appointment and they know when and for what service I ll be there for, they won t have the parts unless I order them (yes, me, person who knows nothing about cars and is paying them to know that for me). So ok I order the parts and pay. All set, right? No. They call me to get the service authorized which is an additional cost. What? Why didn t you tell me this when I made the appointment? So now I ve talked to four people just to make sure the parts are in stock and understand the cost. This is the least efficient system I can imagine. The parts guy is friendly. The service guy is friendly. The booking people are not. It s time to get the car. I have a busy day and ask if they can deliver it since I live two miles away. They don t do that. Of course they don t. Service was expensive and inefficient and they are not a service or customer oriented company. I d go elsewhere if I were you.

Service Advisor Nick (#889) said he just recently started, but he is already off to a bad start. I take my car in for oil changes here all the time, but today he ruined my experience with the dealership. He told me my total would be $72 for a simple oil change. I said that can't be because I have never paid that much before. He said all I know is now that is the price. After I walked away I thought maybe he's using a different kind of oil. He wasn't at his station, so a friendly advisor named George asked if I needed help. I asked him what kind of oil they were going to use today. He asked what kind of car I had and he immediately told me the type of oil. So I asked him why it was going to be $72, and he said he's charging you for synthetic which your car does not take. When I was done, Francis helped by checking me out because Nick was taking a while with another customer. My car has over 212,000 miles and it only gets oil changes at Honda since I got it. They ALWAYS do a free multi-point inspection, but I guess Nick did not ask for it because I did not receive one.I'll be back to the dealership another time, but I will be asking for George or Francis next time.SO BE AWARE when going to this dealership. Not everyone is as honest as they should be.Service: Oil change

Needed a replacement battery for my Honda. Surprisingly, Anderson's price was lower than any competitor, and they had then in stock. Plus a complimentary cappuccino.

Since 1999 I have been at Anderson for my cars service needs. Since 2010 Eric Lee was my service advisor until 2020 and then Soldano, who retired in 2021. After much reluctance and apprehensions I still visited Anderson and was greeted by Ivan Guerrero, who carefully introduced himself, validated my presence with soft tones, explained me the needed service package and future needs. I think Eric Lees advise that Anderson Service service advisors are trust worthy holds water. I thinkbI will continue my 26 miles journey for my automobile maintenance.

Brought my Honda in to fix a recall during COVID. They were well prepared to minimize contact surfaces, such as putting a plastic sheet over the driver's seat, wiping down the steering wheel and door handles after delivering the car, setting up partitions indoors, and giving you a new pen to sign your paperwork (that you keep). Friendly staff, quick turnaround.

Good service department.Had my odyssey fixed here. Its battery keeps dying but nothing detected using honda battery tester. The second time I visited them for the same issue, the supervisor conducted an old fashioned manual testing and confirm the problem and replaced my battery.

Rich over at Anderson Honda made sure to keep me up to date on everything going on with my car. Only downside is that I went to get my window motor replaced, and then I had to go back for them to do it again.
