AVOID THESE CROOKS!! 1 serpentine belt for a kw cost over $7500 because Dave their lazy driver came saw the truck and went next day to change it. So they charged the whole time and they took jobs in between while charging us!! Outrageous. When we didn't want to pay $7500 for the $80 belt they told us they would impound the truck and it would cost us over $10,000! Seriously AVOID these scammers at all costs I don't care how desperate you are don't call this company EVER.

Called my company to have a tire repaired roadside, and they contacted Panorama. Panorama accepted the job. Several hours later I called my company to find out where Panorama was, and Panorama told them they didn't have a tech who could get out and change the tire today. But they failed to notify me or my company. I sat for hours waiting for help that wasn't coming.

My jeep cherokee broke down on the grapevine, the dispatch supervisor is down with the syndrome, the mentioned "20 mins" turned into almost 2hrs of waiting in the 100 middle of August heat, and being price gouged by panorama towing. When AAA gave us one price and panorama gave us another, and would not budge, the rig finally arrived. Greeted by Mr. Zack, who was the reason why this review and company are getting 5 stars. Zack was the nicest, kindest, most down to earth dude I've met in a while, he made the situation so much more enjoyable, he treated my mother and I with the upmost respect and genuine care. We had a long drive from Castaic to dodger stadium, and it was filled with great conversations, laughter and good vibes. Zack needs his own rig, asap!

DO NOT CALL THIS TOWING COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! ABSOLUTELY RUDE TO THE MAX!!! I WOULD DO A NEGATIVE -5 STARS !! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT DESERVES IT!!! I WILL PRAY FOR THESE POOR SOULS, THATS WHY WE ALL NEED JESUS CHRIST!

Stay stay away these guys are complete crooks. Had a truck and trailer towed off the highway and the truck towed about two hrs to my local repair facility. Was charged $3291.75 Stay away all I can say.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Worst service ever called toSchedule a tow and come to find out they didn t know about it but yet I got a confirmation txt from them. Then rescheduled the next day and still didn t show up to tow my car to a shop. Very bad customer service
