These guys saved my life. I was dragging my poor Honda around Palmdale getting shut doors. These guys were busy, but they still took care of me. They're honest, which is a plus in the auto service world. I usually do it myself, but I trust these guys after how well they treated me and my car. Paul was amazing! He was open about everything. Juan was on it from the start! Thank you guys!!!!

Best place to go for smog air-conditioned and electric repairs. Honest affordable and efficient. Honest hard-working mechanics who care about you and your bottom line. Wouldn't go anywhere else

What a great service shop! The owner is super knowledgeable and his shop is super clean! Shop is brand new and the waiting are and garage are all remodeled so it's a breathe of fresh air to bring my car somewhere modern and clean. Brought my car In for an oil change and some maintenance work, highly recommended!

The owner/manager was helpful, seemed upfront and honest. Their prices are reasonable. I got an oil change and smog done in about 45 minutes with no hassles.

This is one of the best auto repair places I have ever dealt with in any state! My car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Palmdale Auto Services. Danny performed a professional diagnostic and discovered I needed a new engine. He quoted me a very good price on a complete engine replacement. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of trying to find the rare engine I needed, he was unable to find one. But kudos for his efforts. I ended up having it towed back home for now. But he will keep trying and I can bring the car back when he does. Danny is a very knowledgeable, friendly, communicative professional. He is honest and won't try to sell something just to make a sale. He is a caring, straightforward mechanic, something unusual in today's business environment. I trust him completely and highly recommend Palmdale Auto Services and specifically, Danny. This is truly a place one can trust to care for their car and their customers. And while I have not had my car repaired yet, it is not from any fault on his part but rather just one of those bumps in life that happen.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my Mazda here because it didn't pass smog. Danny & Co. found the issue and fixed it and he also tested to be sure I would pass. Very nice staff, great service, very clean shop. Came to them with a work truck that had misfiring pistons. Needed to have the truck turned around in 24 hours and they got it done. Nice people who do great work. Just make sure they get your phone number right!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Happened upon this Service Center a couple of weeks ago. So glad I did, as our trusted mechanic is not open on Saturday's. I immediately felt that they appreciate their customers, as they fit me in for a regular service on my car. Then, two weeks later... my Husband's SUV needed a new Catalytic Converter (and he does not trust many mechanics). We brought the truck in on Sat and it was ready on Tuesday. The truck is running great - no issues. This place is honest, clean, communicate issues and costs prior to doing the work - mechanics are knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. Highly recommend them without reservation! This is our new go to for our 3 vehicles.Services: Transmission, Emissions testing, Oil change

Amazing service, quality work, and great price can't ask for much more!!!!! Would recommend to everyone. My best friend brought his hybrid off my my reference. He needed a service, and after the full service including fluids they were unable to complete due to the nature of his specific hybrid. They did not charge him and refered him locally where can. Incredible service even when they don't make any money.

Definitely recommend this place! The gentleman was kind on the phone and was informative with their prices about getting an oil change. I was able to be seen right away which was a plus because my car had the light that I couldn t ignore any longer. Overall, I m glad I came across this place because they were helpful and the wait time went by super quick. I have a new place to get my car serviced. Not truthful with their pricing. I was told it would be free of charge for a diagnostic check and there would be a 5 day wait for my car to be fixed. I decided a couple hours after dropping off my car to not go through with getting my catalytic converter fixed (priced at $1,450) and was told that the diagnostic charge was actually being included in that pricing and that if I wanted to not go through with the repairs (the car hadn't been moved from the front parking lot so nothing had been started) that I would have to pay a cancellation fee AND the diagnostic charge. Was very rude about it and said that it was agreed on that he wouldn't charge for the diagnostic fee only if I went through with the repairs (which was not true since I was informed that the charge was still being included in the overall pricing) and said he doesn't do things for free and that he needs to "make money too". Was charged $80 to cancel but offered to take $60 if paid in cash. Do your research on other repair shops before bringing your car here.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I highly recommend this locally owned Auto Repair Shop!!! Danny the owner was super helpful and was able to accommodate my needs in less than a day! He originally estimated a $450 repair.... but lucky for me he is an HONEST Mechanic!!! And I only needed a $165 repair! It shows a lot about this place character especially during this pandemic when small businesses are having to close for him NOT to raise the prices! And he wouldn t accept a tip! Just asked for me to come back for any repair needs!!! Please everyone make this shop your go to repair shop! You won t be disappointed! Danny from Auto Services was very polite and he knows his stuff. Very responsive, Told me the issue and how much it would be to fix it at a reasonable price. The positive reviews brought me to the shop and there s a reason why. Thank you everyone from Auto services. Don t hesitate to call them up.

This place was excellent in helping me in a critical situation. I was from out of town and my starter had went out. I needed to get to San Diego. I have a 2010 Mercedes S class and the nearest dealership was in Los Angeles. They were able to return my car to me same day. They even warned me about a leak I had on my car and were genuinely concerned about my being able to make the trip back home. The work was affordable, quick, and efficient. If I lived in the Lancaster/Palmdale area, this would definitely be my goto for auto repairs!

I am a truck driver who had an issue early one morning. I am based in Georgia and had no close resource available to help me. I looked online for anyone with some form of auto/truck repair knowledge. I know that automobiles are their business but they took the time to hear my issue, look it over and yes fix it. I was so relieved. I was able to continue working and not forced to find an alternate course of action. I was pleased with not just the work but the price as well. It's one thing to get good work done, that's hard enough to find, but to get it done by good people is a blessing. If you need auto work done don't hesitate to use Danny and his company. You will see from the way he maintains the repair bays to the hospitality he offers you couldn't have made a better or wiser choice.

Had my alternator and serpentine belt worked on. Turned out perfect. The shop owner's were very friendly and took care of me. Even brought me a cool drink from their fridge while I was waiting. Shop is brand new, new equipment, even the floors are new. Gave me a grest deal on labor costs as well. Definitely recommend them. Talk to Danny, he runs the place, good guy.

Was recommended by a friend and was extremely satisfied with the service. They seemed to be very busy shop and I like to see that. Estimated time and quotes were very accurate. I would definitely return if I needed service for my vehicle.

Needed a new mechanic as my car was having issues. These guys are very professional and have a clean shop. They had my car back to me very quickly by the time stated. I could definitely trust my car here and recommend this shop to anyone. It s good to have a high quality mechanic shop here in the AV.

I called today to see if they could look at my 2016Honda Civic because the ac wasn't working. They said go ahead and bring it in. Once I got there they looked it over and refilled the ac and I was out in about 30mins. My car needs the new R-123 ac refill and no one else was able to do it. They all said I had to take it to the dealer. They made everything simple and easy. They also gave me a great price. I recommend this place for anyone that needs the new R-123 refill on their cars.

These guys saved our lives on a coast to coast car trip. They were swift, efficient, polite, and very affordable. They solved the problem and had us on the road inside 6 hours. I was very pleasantly surprised at the final bill.

Had to get my car smogged so I called since they are right around the corner from my office. Danny said to bring the car in, so I did. Danny offered my a Pepsi and a chair while I waited. 25 minutes and $39 later, I had my smog certificate. Will be bringing my car here for other maintenance as needed.
