Bad experience. They tried to repair my A/C blowing hot air first time said it was a valve supposedly fix it and charged me. After a few week I came back for same problem they said it needed a new compressor. They replaced the compressor I paid for the service the winter came and didn't use the A/C now I used it because it is getting hot and it is blowing hot air. Take it to the shop and said it is a hose leaking. By now I spent about $2,000 and all I get is hot air. I already took it to another shop replaced the hose and also replaced the filter and the acumulator. Now it is working like a charm. This other mechanic said that at the time the compressor was replace the filters and acumulator had to be replaced in order for the whole system to work properly. So my conclusion is that "Palmdale auto experts are not very experts or unreliable. :(. I feel that I got ripped off. Not cool. Sorry but it is the true

Had timing belt pats and camshaft seals replaced on my 05 Toyota Sequoia. Did full diagnostic scan and checked suspension. They didn't try to take advantage of me and try to do stuff I didn't need. I've been in the car industry for many years so I know what I'm talking about. They are honest and informative. These guys are my new mechanics! Gary and guys know what they're doing and kept me informed. Average price for the work done but the quality and honesty is WAYYY above average! Thank you guys!

I've used Gary and the guys for everything from engine swap to transmission to putting my license plates on ( free of charge) and coffee was free too !! Seriously tho these guys are top notch so if you want it done right with no check engine lights get your car to them !!

The best mechanics I've found in the AV. The owners are friendly and true auto experts, especially with electrical issues related to vehicles. They give you a fair price for parts and labor and they are fast and efficient. I've been to a few other mechanics in the area and I can definitely say the Palmdale Auto Experts is the best. They have a repeat customer for sure out of me. UPDATE: They are still the best. They always go the extra mile for their customers. I'm so grateful to have found them

Had issues with my battery terminals that I couldn't fix. Took it to palmdale auto experts and they got it fixed as well as a few extra services in one day and at a very good price. I will definitely go through them again.

This is an incredibly reliable mechanic shop. The staff is highly competent; they identified the problem on my car instantaneously, ordered the replacement part, and got me back on the road in 25 minutes.The pricing is highly reasonable. Having a trustworthy mechanic equates to having a trusted physician ( except the former is harder to find). Excellent service; efficient, speedy labor, and affordable prices. The best place to take your car when it has a problem, small or big no matter.I took my 2014 Van to them because I needed a new engine.They did a great job, affordable and it was quick.Every time your car needs to get fix from oil change to engine or transmission replacement they are the ones you want to take it to,Excellent job and service.Always courteous and affordable.Thank you Palmdale auto servicefor such a great job!!

Absolutely professional! I m so lucky I found Harry he is excellent professional knows always how to fix and maintenance my cars I came to him two years ago has always kept my cars running amazing he s always fair priced and very helpful even with finding parts for a good price .. I knew I found a great mechanic when I walked inn he had other customers bragging about how good and trustworthy he is , that he had been with Harry for 10 years and won t let anyone but Harry work on his cars ! Also always works a way to squeeze my car inn for anything I need and is always honest ! very pleased with his business ! These guys are AWESOME. I was quoted $2K+ for the work on my car at the dealership, and they got it done at $1,500 with all quality parts and quality service. They even got the tires taken care of, all in one shot. They are super knowledgeable and I had full confidence in having them work on my new Lexus. Palmdale Auto Expert shop has been my family mechanic shop for many years . This would be the only place you will trust with your vehicle when you bring it to these guys . The transparency and quality of work now is super hard to find and these guys integrity and professionalism is on much higher level. Your vehicle will be fixed right at first time not a guessing game like others . after calling all the auto electric shops in the area these guys seemed most knowledgeable. just speaking to them on the phone i knew they wer gonna be able to reflash my ecm and rewrite my vin they even found the sensor that i had wired incorrectly. Gary and Harry are some real auto experts cool and very knowledgeable guys as a fellow mechanic this is my new go to spot when i can't figure it out lol...these guys are very effective and the price is right..while other shops in the area are a gamble saying there not sure if they can and wanna charge top dollar... these guys are FORSURE and i would most definitely recomend

I was completely satisfied for my car, Audi A8. Every shop I took it to, they were giving me different diagnostic and they couldn t repair it but when I found this shop, within 1 hour they told me the exact problem was. I highly recommend this shop. After having a very bad experience with my car at another car shop my friend recommended I try this place instead. They were very professional here and also fixed my car issues in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. This will definitely be my go to place for any future car services that I may need.
