I am very thankful for Nana s Auto Repair. They help me with regular maintenance for my car and help keep my car running smoothly. They re a family owned business and everyone there is so kind and helpful. I always feel welcomed and feel amazing that I know my car is in the hands with the best team of professionals. They also helped my parents fix their car which helped keep them safe on the road! It is hard to trust anyone with your car, but you can rest assured knowing you re going to be helped in the best way possible. They are trustworthy and noble. I came across this auto repair shop as I was driving close by and needed my tires changed. I searched up auto shops close by and decided to come here. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very helpful. They have great pricing compared to other places, and they also checked the oil and fluids of my car. I find it very helpful for those things to be checked out especially when you re on the go or forget to do so yourself. I am very happy with the overall experience and am glad I found a local shop that I feel comfortable coming to and who I feel are genuine people. Thank you guys!

Their customer service is top-notch, always friendly and understanding. They really know how to make you feel taken care of. And when it comes to fixing cars, they're true experts. They can handle any issue that comes their way, from painting to repairs, and they always make sure you leave satisfied. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Great customer service and did a great job bringing my car back to life. It s hard to trust anyone nowadays, so it s a great feeling knowing I found an auto repair shop I can trust. My experience at this auto repair shop was exceptional. What set them apart to me, is their expertise, efficiency and professionalism. The most impressive aspect was their quick turnaround; my car was fixed in a remarkably short period, and their mechanical repair services left it running smoothly. If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Nana's team gives phenomenal service & fair pricing. Could not be happier with this place or the staff. They took a look at my car and were the nicest and honest set of people I've ever met. They offered me water, gave us their best recommendations on what to do, places to eat while I waited for my car.If you are in a sticky situation and need something, I couldn't recommend any other shop in this area more than Nana's Auto Repair. They know what they are doing and have the absolute best intentions when fixing your vehicles. If I could give more stars for them, I would!

They did a horrible job on my 2 cars. After the worker Manuel finished I checked the cars and they did not even vacuum one car, forget about shampooing the interior. They did not even vacuum the trunk as my cars were completely empty. The did not clean the leather seats and on the other car they left smudges on the windshield, did not even vacuum the cup holders which still has dirt. They did not clean the trims and did not clean the rubber weather strips. They did not wax and buff any of the car which they promised. I will never use them again. I called them next day to complain and gave them the chance to fix it but the owner threatened me that I am going to hear from his lawyer ...I don't know for what..for doing a bad job and then sue me for complaining. He had the Gaul to say to me that I got a great deal because I was misquoted the price by their employee Laura. Which is not true because I asked them for the price and they told me $45 for detailing and $125 for complete detail and I chose the $125 package for each car. I checked the prices twice so there was no confusion. They had the audacity to tell me that when they pressure washed the car with soapy water, it also included wax so that is how they waxed the car. I know the you clean the car and then dry it completely and then apply the wax. Horrible Job..do not use them specially for auto detailing.Service: Auto detailing

Amazing service went in to find out what was wrong with my mum's vehicle, come to find out when she took it to get breaks done at a different company they messed it up bad, this company found the issue and fixed it, plus went above and beyond to help us get a refund from the company that messed up the car in the first place. Amazing services had to take my car in to get checked asa different company messed up my breaks laura was amazing with emotional support and getting me fully taken care of. Thank you so much to the mechanics who actually found the problem and was able to fix it. This is an amazing place definitely will be back thank you again laura and the mechanics saved my life

They quoted me 500 for a job I got done for 85 plus 18.99 for the part. Crazy outrageous. And that was after paying 2000 for the first work they did, and having to pay another 85 for another diagnosis
