Very kind polite professional even though they forgot to top off all my fluids and put fingerprints all over my truck like the door the hood and the fenders I didn't appreciate that I guess Under New Management eventually they'll get it right

They ruined the bolt, and they wrote this on the oil filter. Spoke to the managers Danny Romero and David of the unprofessionalism of Rudy, the so-called mechanic. Nothing done by them. I guess this is their normal way to treat returning customers.

Chris is an amazing mechanic. He is VERY thorough and honest. I trust him to work on our family vehicle. I will be bringing my vehicle back for all maintenance. Everyone on staff at this location is super friendly and professional.

I don't like coming into this location when the foreign old man is there he's so loud and abrasive . Seem like everytime I deny the air filter he give me smart remarks like " it's okay it's no problem as he walks away " or he'll be like " at least get the engine air filter it's saves you money on gas" when I say no it's no!. I have a Tacoma he always tires to give me an excuse like " if I read the fine print that it says that" $20 off that it only covers cars that take 5 quarts or less or that since mine has a metal cover it's more expensive when it's only 4 bolts !! I like coming here because the guys at cash out always honor my $20 off but, I'm getting frustrated that I see comments about him and he's STILL HERE !! Yelp reviews go back five years still with the same problem. I know I'm a female, but please don't make me feel like i don't know nothing about my car. Also don't believe this man when he says that air filters are like $150 at dealership you can them at an auto part store for $20-50 ,on cabin or engine air filter. Don't get me wrong, it's a wonderful location me and my husband love the work just always frustrating dealing with Chris I think.

Do not come to this location. They do not honor coupons. Came in for an oil change. I was quoted 175 for an oil change. Thats 35 dollars more than other locations. I was like cool it s fine I have a coupon. Then he said for 80 dollars more I can change the air filter and cabin air filter. Ok it s fine. The total came out to 299.82. He charged me 80 for the air filter plus 30 for the cabin air filter. I told him I had a coupon and gave me 10 different reasons as to why they don t accept it. I repeat do not come to this location.Update. I just did another oil change at a different location. They said I still have the original air filter installed in my truck. I also found out on this truck that I don t have to change it until 45000 miles. This location is run by con artists.Do not come to this jiffy lube!!

Hello, I don't know where to start... so my mother went in for an oil change a couple months ago she was telling me about this older man named Chris or kp one of those two names anyways my mother felt very uncomfortable because he was yelling and cursing unbelievably loud to some of his employees he wouldn't honor my mothers $20 coupons even though when I go they give it to me with no problem I want to say thank you to Jose for giving my mother the discount at checkout. Couple months later I bring in my car for service. The older man helped me out he was very very rude I can't believe the owner still has this guy working here unbelievable you lost my business!!

Over priced as heck just for a simple oil change. $123? Oh but wait, they said they'd "cut me some slack" so it's really just $113, like what does "slack" really mean to them, and for what?? It's just some sale's pitch. The dude in charge of this place was rude too. He shouts and yells at his employees, very disrespectful and very unprofessional. I know my car, I've owned it for years on end. He needs to do some research before recommending oil based on myths. Definitely recommend going elsewhere.

While at store #2680, I requested an oil change and tire rotation. When I was told they were done, I asked you rotated the tires too? and the man helping me said yes. I paid and went to my next destination. When I parked, I double checked that the rotation had been done and it had not. Thankfully, I learned a long time ago to mark my tires. I drove back over and the man who helped me originally greeted me. I said you didn t rotate my tires and he replied yes we did. When I said no you didn t, I marked them. He said something about the other guys not doing it, but after we walked outside, he said the guy who was going to do it went to lunch. I find it disgusting that he d lie to my face so many times- at least 3 times.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Great fast and friendly service. Recently moved to the AV, and this is my new go to for oil changes. Knowledgeable staff. They don't carry the oil I need (no one does) so I take in my own oil, they are always glad to help, even with my own items taken in.

All the techs I've worked with at Jiffy Lube, West Palmdale, have amazingly friendly and helpful. I love the great customer service and smiling faces. They greet you on arrival and upon exit. I'm a repeat customer.

As we travel through the state towards Oklahoma we needed oil. The Danny the manager was too kind He helped us out right away and was very knowledgeable about everything and gave us information on how to do things better on our travels.Avery helped us out with our tires and was just as helpful this place is a five star please come get your oil changed here will be treated like Royalty.

Best jeffy lube in the area. Their workers are always very professional and frendly. Chris even showed me how dirty my filters were. He Explained what i needed and why. The service is fast and there is usually enought people working so I never had to wait in line.Danny and rudy were very polite and professional.I recommen It

I had a very awesome experience at this location today..David was the one servicing my car and he impressed me with his excellent customer service, knowledgeability, attention to detail and pure kindness. The whole crew working was professional and courteous and got the customers in and out quickly with friendly service. I will def travel the 45 miles just to give them my business because they proved themselves trustworthy and for me, that counts the most.

Dear Tony I was very upset with the young man Josh this morning. I was first in line, a Black elderly woman, and he waited on two other Hispanic customers before me. I asked why and he said because I just needed an Oil Check. Because I complained he denied me service and threatened to call the Sheriff. I'm a retired school teacher and a Jiffy Lube Customer for 25 years from Lakewood CA.Service was a horrible experience for me. Being a Godly woman I did call and offer my apology. But his service to me was despicable!

Not the best of experiences. The oil attendant did not replace the cover of my engine, after filling my oil. When I caught it and asked him to do it. Rather than just doing it, he felt the need to tell me how it was like that when he got under my hood. But he wasn't the one who originally got under my hood. Also the person taking the money at the register, had no idea how to help me charge my debit card as a credit card. I also have an oil leak now creating a puddle in my driveway. I don't think they tightened the drain plug.. Called to speak with a manager, and no manager is available.Service: Oil change

If you live in the area or are driving through, this Jiffy Lube is the best place to get your vehicle's oil changed. My wife and I regularly use this establishment. Why ? because they are honest. I trust them. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 2 years because of Chris. His team has never tried to rip me off and has let me know of every concern his team has noticed with our vehicles. I once brought the wrong car in and he let me know I still had 2000 miles before the oil change was due. I have always been treated with respect, courtesy and there is always a cup of coffee to be had while waiting. This Jiffy lube team always exhibits the proper decorum for an automotive establishment. I refer all my friends, family and acquaintances to this Jiffy lube. There should be some sort of recognition for this business. Don't hesitate to take your car here for an oil change.

So I called to ask if they can be able to print out one of my old services. I was treated very rudely, spoken down to, ignored and hung up on 3 times. then when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no supervisor there then I asked when will there supervisor present so I can speak with them. I was then told there will not be a supervisor there all day and to call back Friday this is absolutely unacceptable what kind of business doesn't have a supervisor on duty while the business is open. I asked what kind of a business doesn't have a supervisor on duty the employee answered this kind of business and hung up on me again. the employees treated me like dirt I will never give this place my business again. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. Also I will be calling corporate to file a complaint.

Horrible customer service . Did not disclose pricing before starting the oil change. Tried to over charge 30+ dollars more for a simple oil change. Ridiculous servive overall . If you want to get clowned and scammed come here they won't disappoint in that .

11/05 (8:15am)While doing a routine oil change, a technician spilled some "new" oil onto the engine compartment. Since it was inaccessible to clean off, they simply said it would burn off and will be ok. The technician named Chris is well experienced and had knowledge of my vehicle. I took his word and departed the location.I traveled approximately 42 miles to work and once I was stationed, I could smell burnt oil and could physically see smoke coming directly from the engine.Note: 2 members of the staff are well trained and very informed. Accidents do happen, but this led onto a bigger and more concerning issues.11/06 (8:20am)I returned to this location and they could see the smoke coming from the engine upon my arrival. They proceeded to do a courtesy check and reinspected. They showed me that oil got into the oil pan and they could not access it to clean it and still assured me that it will burn off. They also showed me the dip stick and could tell it was still very dirty and dark. I, of course, questioned it and was told it's normal as there is still some left oil prior to the change that can cause it to appear a little dark. Mind you, this was beyond a little and and appeared very dirty.Still unsatisfied, I requested then names and numbers of both the Store Manager and a Corporate point of contact. At first I was rudely questioned, but after further discussion with the associate that cashed me out, I was given the name and number to their DM.They did not give or state the name of that location's Store Manager.I immediately called up the DM and explain my full experience at that location. I also informed the DM of my concerns and the smoke those team members saw as I approached the bay. The DM and I clearly talked and rather than leave anything to chance, he requested for me to go over to his other (more reliable) store and will inform this location's Store Manager (Matt) of the situation at hand and will redo the entire process. The DM also informed me that they will thoroughly clean the previous spill and will inspect all plugs, lines, gaskets and filter.I am currently at this new location and will further continue with this matter untill it finalizes.Service: Oil change

This is the worst place I've ever been to for automotive care. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and came out with 3 broken tire studs. I'm not the kind of person to leave reviews but I feel I should warn people to steer clear of this place. This happened all over a month ago and I've been trying to let it go but I can't. There were employees with no work shirts working on my car. Then when it came time to pay I asked for a military discount and did not receive it. 2 weeks later I got a flat tire, When I went to go change my tire, 2 tire studs snapped off which is an indication that when they rotated my tires i.e. Jiffy Lube they over tightened my lugs. I got this fixed at a tire store and they told me to take this invoice and get reimbursed in total 3 tire studs were replaced. One stud and lug from a different tire also broke. When I did just that I was greeted with it was my "fault" and that "we can't hand out any money for every person that has a problem with their work". The manager David also used profanity when speaking to me about this issue when I pressed him about why I cannot get into contact with their corporate office nor anyone above him. I then asked David to get me in contact with his regional manager and the owner since I cannot contact corporate and no one has yet to contact me. The sad thing is there was no customer service whatsoever. This doesn't directly speak for all Jiffy Lube but I know that I will never go to a Jiffy Lube for this routine and simple work to be done!

I had given a friend a gift certificate to use at Jiffy Lube. I purchased it online, and it said to print it and take it with you to get service. It even had a barcode on it and said right on the printout to take the printout with you to pay for your service. When my friend went to this store to get her oil changed, they would not honor the $75 gift certificate from their own company and they treated her like she was trying to steal something. It was already paid for! We went to another Jiffy Lube in town and they took it and got great service as well. I have had issues at this particular store before and will NEVER go to them for anything. WORST Jiffy Lube ever!

Wish I could post pictures of my car mats that are covered in oil grease. Everywhere I go even Walmart oil changes protects my mats. Contacted corporate several times no help. I ve never paid so much for an oil change that will cost me more money in replacing my mats! Grease doesn t come out.

Stay away. $120 for an oil change. When I asked about the price they laughed and tried to give me a Biden sticker and say that is why the price is so high. With so many other options there is no reason to ever go here.

Went to Jiffy Lube in Palmdale CA on Feb 19, 2022, on Ave P (Rancho Vista) next to Burlingtons with a flat tire. They told me they do not sell my tire, could not attempt to put it back on the rim and walked away. I, a FEMALE, HAD TO PUT MY SPARE ON BY MYSELF in their parking lot. Never offered and never offered to help me once they seen me doing it. Just looked at me and kept walking.Service: Tires
