I do not recommend jiffy lube, the workers were very negligent. They put my life and my kids life in danger.I just had my flat tire "fixed" and they did not tighten the lug nuts on the wheel properly. As I got in the freeway just 10 minutes after leaving jiffy lube, the wheel started wabbling leaving me and my family stranded on a dangerous part of the freeway, CHP had to get me out to a safe side of the freeway till AAA came to assist.I do not recommend jiffy lube will never go there again.

If I could give 10 stars I would give 10. This place is great. They always treat you like family. They take their time, they get you in and out. I always bring my work vehicles there and my personal vehicles. So if you need a place for brakes tires, oil change and the price is better than everywhere else you guys need to go. They treat you like family.

THIS LOCATION MESSED UP MY CAR!I want to warn everyone and share my experience. I was here the other day to get oil change, I asked Izrael and Gabriel to please make sure covers and screws are put back securely and tight as I am heading out of town. I should not have to ask because this is what they do everyday but since I already had the worst experience in the past with Jiffy lube that didn t secure the screws properly the car started to leak oil and my engine exploded and had to get a new engine. I still gave Jiffy lube another chance thinking that not all locations are bad. So I went to this place before and it was an ok experience until I came back the other day. So this location after doing my oil change didn t screw back the skid plate properly and it gotten ripped as I was driving and had to remove the whole cover out. Also, left the cap for the oil tank loose. So as I was 30 mins into driving I started hearing loud flapping noise under the car so my family and I had too stop on the side of the freeway which was very dangerous and try to stick it back and then comes off again and then put it back again for several times.. as we were in the middle of the dessert and nothing was closeby our location. I decided to call the Jiffy lube spoke to Gabriel the manager and was not very helpful and doesn t want to take any accountability for his staff that did a very poor job on my car, he s claiming it was secured when I left but how would he know he was not the one doing the work under my car it was his staff. THEY HAD ONE SIMPLE JOB OIL CHANGE AND THEY COULDN T DO IT PROPERLY. Don t take any risk coming to this location if you can go somewhere else.

If I could give them a negative star I would. We purchased a vehicle in Aug 2023 and the only place we took it for oil changes was Jiffy. The last oil change we had at this location (Nov 2023) our vehicle was leaking oil after we left so we took it back the next day. Well come to find out they did not replace the oil cap and so the motor blew! Now our vehicle is sitting at the dealer with a blown engine which is a $15K repair. We only drove this vehicle for a lil over 4 months! Jiffy Lube was the ONLY ones to touch our vehicle and they are refusing to accept fault. They supposedly conducted an investigation and said someone else touched it. They couldn't say who because there was no one else. THEY ARE THE WHO. We are making payments on a vehicle we can't even drive! Now we have to get a lawyer and sue them as our warranty doesn't cover negligence. I will not allow them to weasel their way out of this. I will call news organizations if I have to, leave reviews on every web page and expose them on every internet platform available to warn everyone about this place. They have incompetent technicians and dishonest management. Can you imagine if this happened to YOU? The stress of this situation is almost unbearable. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to risk what happened to us. They will not take accountability if they ruin your vehicle and that is just downright shameful and unacceptable.

I brought my wife s Honda Civic Hybrid in for an oil change and it was the fastest service but best service I ve had. These young men were very professional, knowledgeable and sociable.

Always quick and easy for an oil change. My only gripe is the air filter thing which, while I understand there is a need to make money, is a tad bit annoying.

Can't say good or bad. But not happy, this time. My shell card was not accepted, when I use it all the time. They didn't care. Oil change price was high and when I asked about brakes, I felt I knew more.If I am going to pay these prices, I will find a better place. The customer service was not the best.

I came to get a oil change when I got home my car was leaking oil all over my driveway so i went back and they said it was from the old oil when they changed it and it leaked in the tray u see the engine they assured me that it wouldn t leak again . Definitely would not go back here

Don t ever take your car here. When they were pulling my truck into the bay they ran the rear quarter panel into a concrete pole and said they would take care of it. Now their insurance company is trying to just bondo my $90k truck instead of replacing the rear quarter panel. Disgusting and so unprofessional. Will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB

My first experience w/Jiffy Lube was in Bakersfield. As I was in the Palmdale area, and had gone many miles over my oil change date - decided to stop @ the this location - ALL I WANTED AS A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. The tech eventually brought 3 engine filters in & set them on the counter, telling me I need new ones, and that my coolant needed to be topped off & what the cost for that would be. I said no. I don't like the UP SELL. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Just left right now, best people over here. Brought my car in because the brakes were grinding really only to find out they were just fine and that it was just the cold weather and very rain from the day prior. I left my car outside...I've never had bad service here and I was entirely prepared to spend money on new brakes (because I thought the factory gave me bad breaks that only lasted 35k miles) but the Jiffy lube here didn't charge me a dime for wasting their time.Amazing Jiffy Lube with honest mechanics. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

What happened to your signature service? Windows not wiped, no vacuum, you left my AC filter cover on the floor to be discovered by my wife, and upon having to open the panel myself to replace it, I discover the glove box hasn't been put back correctly with missing latch to support the doors weight and found some other mystery cover piece I've yet to figure out where it goes. This family car is new as I told your techs. My mistake was rushing and trusting your speedy service to handle things professionally,after recommending this Jiffy Lube to my wife. Not a good look for a husband. Wife and baby need the car today, I worked all last, and It's 7am with my flashlight completing signature the job I paid to have done. Oh my goodness, I've just gotten off of the freeway, & something said STOP HERE!My tire was about to blow out, I had no idea. New tire, & a routine oil change was the order of the day. The staff were phenomenal! In & out in less than 35 minutes! The price was right, the care & consideration was top notch! Thanks to the Jiffy Lube I can roll with a high level of confidence.

These guys are so awesome. Really good customer service and definitely treat loyalty customers well. I m female and never, ever feel taken advantage of price -wise. I come here vs Jiffy lube in Valencia for almost 40% off oil change on my Mercedes faithfully. Tried to change oil myself last night, but couldn't take oil filter housing off due to dealer ship over tightening. Came in and was supported by staff with direct and honest answers. They were able to take filter off and showed the area where I damaged night before trying to get off myself and advised that I should get a metal housing rather than the stock plastic housing. Strongly recommend this Jiffy Lube team, left the shop relieved filling the job got done right.

One of the best costumer service that I got coming here. My check engine light came on thank God this Jiffy lube was open so early. I was driving around and nothing was open I got lucky. Employee Adrian R. Had the best costumer service he made my day better I was scared to drive my car and he reassured me that they will fix the issue since I had a long drive home. Was talked into getting an overpriced air filter. Not only did they not put the air filter in, but they left my air filter out. This caused my check engine light to come on. I went to Auto Zone to get codes checked. Codes said I had an air leak. After a bit of looking around I noticed that my air filter compartment was not latched closed. When I looked at it there was no filter as well. Wasted my whole afternoon with this. Not to mention who knows what got sucked into the intake manifold while I was driving around before I figured out I had no air filter.

Ladies don t be taken advantage of make sure that they add the fluids that you paid for went for an oil change on march 1st technician said my car needed coolant which I told him charge me and fill it up they charged me but didn t fill it up went to check my oil and fluids for my car and coolant is literally low so I fill it my self they quick to charge but not to add what needs to be addedService: Oil change

Didn t even make it to the shop. I called on 3/28 at 11:45am. The guy on the phone sounded like he was speaking through a pillow. I asked if they could service my AC and he informed me they did. I asked if I needed an appointment and he mumbled something I couldn t understand so I asked if I could bring it in without an appointment to confirm and I got the most angsty mHmmm like I was talking to some bratty teenager. Then I said okay thank you and the man-child hung up on me. I m all for employees defending themselves against annoying customers but I was nothing but polite. I ended up going to another business where they employed adults and not moody children that get upset when they have to use the phone. Whoever owns this location should be aware that their employee s are costing them money.Service: Air conditioning
