I just got off the phone with a wonderful lady who runs the smog check there. She really took her time to explain things for me and let me know about things I should know when finding the right location for the smog check. I just wanted to recognize her. I hung up, and I thought to myself What a refreshing phone call, to have a conversation with someone who is so helpful and pleasant!

Brought my wife's BMW 4281 to this location for a routine oil change. A couple of days after getting my oil change I notice a oil leak in my driveway. Not thinking that it was related to the oil change I took it in to my mechanic. He discovered that the leak was coming from the drain plug due to it not being tightened properly and they never replaced the plug seal. The seal comes with the oil filter. So I payed my mechanic to get it done correctly. I went back to the jiffy Lube and explained what happened. A young man there told me not to worry about it next time around I would get "taken care of". So giving them the benefit of the doubt I went back to get the oil change on my truck done. I asked for the gentleman that I spoke to and they tell me he no longer works there. So ask for a Manager and they give me David's number I called him and left a message. So far no call back.Overall, I am highly disappointed with the level of service I received from your establishment. I had chosen your company due to its reputation for quality service and professionalism, but my experience did not meet those expectations. As a loyal customer, I expected a better quality of work, and I hope that you can rectify this issue for me and provide me with a solution to this problem.I would appreciate it if you could take this matter seriously and address my concerns as soon as possible. Please let me know what actions you intend to take to rectify the situation and restore my confidence in your company.Service: Oil change

This is the first time at this location and it was great. It's big, no lines and the gentleman who helped me, Ruben, was the absolute best!! We all have rough days and today I was feeling it and he was the kindest person to me and for that I can't thank him enough. We need more people like Ruben in this world or they need to start living like him. Absolutely perfect, professional gentleman! I will be back.Service: Oil change

Ernesto and Martin are awesome people. They are all smiles and offer excellent customer service. I had very friendly conversation while they handled my oil change. I even got complimentary air in my tires and washer fluid topped off.Having had a bad experience at the Lancaster Jiffy Lube, I came in expecting to drive off if they asked me to step out of the car for them to drive forward. I went to the Lancaster Jiffy Lube the previous week for another car and the employees drove my car forward and left oil stains on the driver side carpet. Ernesto was surprised to hear that and showed me the paper mats they use when servicing. This caught me off guard in a positive way and I agreed to let them drive the car. I'm glad I did because it was a great service. I'll be back here for my dad's car and future oil changes. Highly recommend THIS branch. Highly do not recommend the Lancaster Jiffy Lube.

Lousiest service ever! This guy Eric Ramirez first quoted me one price for the oil change, then charged more when he checked me out. Also after I had put my card in add it was approved he printed me a receipt and work order with nothing on it. He claimed that he had no ink in his printer to print me one with information on it. He also did not want to give me the number of their facility and said I had to look it up on Google. How can you conduct business properly if you don't give people proper documentation? Will never go back there!Service: Oil change

I didn't go to jiffy lube. I went to the smog station there. She was super professional, friendly and quick. I highly recommend her for your smog check needs.

I ve been here a few times and the service was great. The work was fast and with no problems. Unfortunately I just came from there and I was really let down. I noticed my tire was really low. I went to a jiffy lube that was just a few minutes from this one. They were able to put air in the tire but they don t patch tires. They said the jiffy lube down the street does patch tires. When I get there they said they do patch tires but they don t have patches right now. The importance of getting my tire patched was really high. I was in the middle of working while I had to fix my tire. I think that if you need a service like this done, call first if you have a phone handy to see if they have patches.Services: Tires, Oil change

Charged me 120$ for a oil change!!! Didn't even change out the oil added new oil and mixed it in with the old took them 10 minutes to fake it. Asked if that was all if they needed anything else since our vehicle was in desperate need of an oil change. Not even a day later a light saying engine oil change REQUIRED. Went to a different place they charged me 90 $ for 3 different services including the oil change and we where furious when they told us there was 2 different types of oil mixed in !!! I will be calling in for a refund.

Came here the other day to get my brakes checked out. Kenny helped me out and was awesome! They seemed pretty busy but he was super friendly and accommodating. They checked everything out and made sure I left knowing that my brakes were safe to be driving on.

The workers here are very unprofessional when I pulled up to service vehicle they were doing donuts in the parking lot and on Rancho vista blvd. In the mid of the day no care for safety of other. I could only image the poor service they would provide having that kind of lack of respect for others

I just had an oil change in this service center @ Jiffy Lube 320 W. Rancho Vista Blvd. and what a BIG disappointment it was. It was a quick service less than 15 minutes so I had my suspicion, so before leaving the place I checked my dip stick and lo and behold the oil is still pretty much dark. I showed this to the technician and asked to replace the old oil but he said they have to charge me again. I uploaded a couple of pictures for everyone to judge if this is a new oil. I believe they just added some new oil to appear less dark. I also compared it to a new oil that I just recently purchased and what a big difference it was. I will never ever trust Jiffy Lube again! I've known Jiffy Lube's bad reputation but still gave them the benefit of the doubt due to excellent reviews from other customers for this particular center. I hope this will warn other costumers to not trust this particular establishment.Service: Oil change

Used a coupon to get an oil chamge and they were great. Brian (manager) was friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike other places (wally world) they didnt have people standing around and they had me in and out in less than about 45 minutes. They just might earned a customer for life, only time will tell.

11/06 - 9:00amSo after a poor experience (Reviewed on 11/05/20) at store "1040 W Rancho Vista Blvd, Palmdale, CA 93551" and a detailed conversation with the District Manager, I was referred to this location to further assist the situation. The DM spoke to the Store Manager if this location (Matt) and brought the him up to date with the matter at hand.I was greeted upon my arrival and had my vehicle brought to bay almost immediately. Soon, the SM came out to greet me and informed me of what will take place today with the service. I voiced my concerns and recent observations; extreme and excessive amount of heat coming out of the engine, a smokey engine after a 20 mile commute and a clogged/mutter noise observed during highway commuting. The SM took everything into consideration and informed me that he will personally complete a new oil change and will walk me through while I also observe the entire process. One of the first things the SM checked was the engine oil level. SM showed me that the color of the oil was very dark and didn't seem replaced. The oil level was well above the max line and appeared to have over saturated the engine which may have contributed to the smoke. SM then proceeded with this new service and went over in detail. The SM is highly trained, carried a high level of professionalism and was very informative throughout this service.After about 28 minutes to complete this oil service in detail, the SM informed me of the following issues and errors:- Excessive amount of oil was found all over the entire engine- Excessive amount of oil was found onto the exhaust pipes- High amount of oil within the Oil Pan- A very dark color in the oil that was just replaced- Washer fluid was low and was topped off- Coolant fluid was dark and replaced- Oil plug had gunk built up and was cleaned- Excessive amount of gunk on the under carriage- Engine oil level was well above the requirementUpon completion, the SM said to come back should to this location and he will see to corrections should the previous issues arise.I then went on a 42 mile commute and had no issues what do ever. All previous concerns were addressed by the SM himself.I followed up with the DM and gave this location and the SM high praises and acknowledgement of their time, detail and care of matter. I did inform the DM that I will not be returning the the previous location, however, due to his immediate response and how true professionalism I will be returning to this location for future work.This location should be modeled for their; cleanliness, communication, organization, teamwork and true professionalism as demonstrated by both Dave and Matt.Huge thank you to Dave, Matthew and the entire crew at this location.

Best tire prices I've found so far. I price shopped three other places places and this place had the lowest price. They were installed and balanced next day after I ordered in just over an hour.

I think my time here was wonderful. I only went to get my brakes changed and felt like I had a brother on the side he stuck to the job even when it was hard. This guy and all the other workers there are amazing and hard workers. Thank you look for the awesome job hard work and dedication. Thank you all

Love this place!! The staff is amazing.they are always helpful and courteous. Have been going there since they opened.Never disappointed. And they have tires.my whole family gets there tire's ,oil changes and brakes done there.

11:20am Friday Morning, not another car in the service drive 4-5 employee walking around. Stood around for 5-10 minutes with no approaching to say anything.Been here a couple of times, won t be back.

Would not recommend it they didn t put enough oil on the car or even swapped the filter the only checked the liquids and add cooling for the ac didn t even rotate tires or anything waste of 100$

Customer service it's not good , promotion its $29.99 but it's not available to used he wanna charge me $64.99 for oil change conventional oil.
