Honest decent folks. Jiffy lube has been servicing our car many years now. My daughter went by herself and they didn't try and sell her things she didn't need. Thank you kindly! Excellent customer service

I purchased four tires at this location, and unfortunately, one of them had a leak that affected the tire pressure. The manager, Jose, worked with me to fix the issue. On my second visit regarding the tire, he offered to replace the tire with a new one. The tire arrived the next day and the replacement was done. Jose and his team were polite, efficient, and professional. I recommend Jiffy Lube at 2613 E. Palmdale Blvd.

Just wanted to change oil because car's computer indicated it was time. We were on a trip and just pulled in because their doors were open on Sunday. I watched as the work was performed and was satisfied even though they were out of stock of air filter. They checked other fluid levels and added transmission fluid. Here's the problem, they didn't ask. When I was informed I questioned the need. Mechanic stated that the transmission was a quart low. I asked if there was any indication of a leak. He said no. I told him to recheck on a level surface because the first check was with the front of the car elevated. Sure enough it was overfilled. He pumped out the extra fluid and removed the charge from the bill. They goofed but fixed it when questioned.Always pay attention when others work on your car.

This is the 2nd time and 2nd vehicle that I have had serviced at this location. The Team here is AWESOME! They took care of me with the utmost respect, care and attention to the needs of my vehicles each time. Arrived here at 3:40pm on a Sunday and the window sign said open until 4pm but everything was closed. I called and knocked on the door, nothing! A few minutes later a Jiffy Lube worker came to the door half asleep and told me they closed early. Why have a posted time on there if you don t go by it!!! I ll take my business elsewhere.

I went to this location 1 week ago z fir a simple oil change - they tried to up-sell me for 3 new filters, as well as topping off my coolant. I told them no-thank you.

Well, hey there, 4/2 I went in for a oil change, the guy that helped me was so rude and standoffish. Two weeks later I took my car back because I notice that since I had the oil changed it has been leaking. I take it back and again the ATTITUDE!!! the guy that helped me said there is nothing wrong with my car. He also told me the it' is probably a leak with my coolant or break fluid. So here I go to get a 2nd opinion and the mechanic raises my car and shows me that at jiffy lube whomever changed my oil stripped the housing for my oil filter and was leaking oil severely. Had I not taken it elsewhere my engine would have blown up. Needless to say a 100 dollar oil change ended up costing me WAY MORE. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE MUCH LESS A SINGLE WOMAN THAT DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS TO GO THERE. Horrible. Taking advantage of people is GROSS.Service: Oil change

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic informed me that I needed front brake pads. He wanted to charge me $150 so I explained to him I could get done for cheaper so no thanks. Then he showed my one of brake lights was out and changed the bulb and tried to charge me $30 for changing it. I explained to him a bulb only like $6 so why are you charging me $30 for a simple fix and he told me he put his own price on services. My car is push start so I had to push down on my brake pedal to start it and it was hard to push down. I drove to work finished my shift and got in my car and it wouldn't start due to my brake pedal. Now my car is in the shop. I wouldn't recommend going there.Services: Tires, Oil change

My husband went in there for an oil change and they told him he needed front new brakes,rotors and tires when he just changed his brakes and tires recently. They tell you that you need stuff you don't to make money off you. Get second opinion before you let them service your car. I recommend oil change only.

I always go here for my windshield wiper blades. This truly is the only place I can go where they know which ones to use and how to put them on. These guys are great here. Doesn't matter who I get, they are friendly and professional. It's been awhile since i've had my oil changed, because i haven't been driving anywhere, but I like to go here.

I had a problem with my transmission & I was 100% sure that I got my service done at JIFFY LUBE. I gave them a call & the guy told me that I had to take it where I got the service done at. I explained the situation that I lived 2hrs away & I'm not near my home. He says, how far are you away. I'm 2.3miles away. He says come by & I'll take a look at it for you. They checked no leaks, no indication that something was wrong. I was very appreciative & humble. I tried looking for my receipt. He scanned my vehicle. He couldn't find me in the system. Found out I went to a complete different place to get my service done, but they did try to help me & I AM HUMBLY THANKFUL! LUNCH IS ON ME WHEN I GET MY CAR FIXED TEAM I GOT CHU. YOU GUYS WERE THE ONLY SHOP THAT WAS WILLING TO HELP ME IN PALMDALE. PEP BOYS WOULDN'T EVEN HELP ME. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
