My service manager was Grace. Grace did a great job and my car looked as if it never was in an accident. Grace was attentive and efficient. They gave my car back with a fresh wash which I really appreciated. I really liked the text updates on how the service was going or if any changes happened.The front staff are attentive and friendly. They even offered me water while I waited and kept giving me updates so you don t feel forgotten. The office space is large and really nice. I liked the comfortable chairs and seats.The whole process was painless and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their car repaired after an accident.

The service and quality of work here is by far the best I have ever experienced! Juan was great at communicating me with updates throughout the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an easy time fixing your car.

Everyone at Fix was kind and helpful. From dropping off my vehicle and them making sure I got my rental I felt confident thus would be work out well. I got updates on my car s progress that alleviated my concerns. I was able to pick up my car and drop off my rental at the same time making the process simple. Thank you!

They did a great job at fixing up my car. They were much quicker than I expected, it only took about a week and a half to be completely done. They even polished my headlights as a courtesy for the 'delay'. Jurgen was communicative and did a great job at listening to my concerns!

I am grateful and satisfied with the service at fix Auto not only did they replace the bumper but they also tightened the front bumper and cleaned the car inside and out I do highly recommend & will choose this business again if need be.

My experience with Fix Auto Palmdale was great. They took good care of my vehicle, ensuring it was properly restored to its original condition. Mr. Orley Hernandez kept in touch with me each step of the way making sure I was notified of the progress of the repairs and the estimated date of completion. The final product came out fantastic. Couldn t be more pleased.

Above and beyond the beautifully repair of my vehicle ! They did a perfect body repair, fast and perfect! They kept me informed about the progress of the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned inside and out. I recommend them to anyone that needs a body repair !

Excellent car repairs. Main office is extremely clean and modern. All my questions were thoroughly answered. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and helpful and remembered me and are super personable. They also paid for my Uber when it was time to come pick up the car.

When I took my vehicle to this shop everything started off really good. The receptionist Alicia was very helpful and great at her job. My car took 40 days to repair and David kept reassuring me they were almost done. When I saw that the color wasn t a true match, David was very positive and reassuring saying it wasn t a big deal and he would take care of it. He made sure I was comfortable and was able to get the paint fixed within a day and get my car back to me. David was very compassionate and honest and truthful and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I don t want to focus on the negative. I would definitely recommend using this shop and just be clear on what you need and your expectations. Good customer service is so vital to a business. I am so glad I was able to do service with DAVID. I got my car back this past Friday and my car feels new like nothing was ever wrong with it in the first place. Everything they did came with a lifetime warranty and I hope I never have to take it in to them again because so far it s good.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Fix Auto did an amazing job fixing my EV6. When I picked it up it was like I was bringing it home from the dealer when it was brand new, the entire car was detailed and the repairs were perfect. They treated me like family. The entire staff was friendly and helpful though out the whole process. A+ service!

Fix Auto Palmdale did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle following a minor rear-end accident. David went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the completed work, and organizing the pickup of my vehicle. They sent automated updates all throughout the process. The employees at fix auto were absolutely amazing! Juan was my repair consultant who was communicative and went out to his way to explain things. , Patty and Alicia working the desk and phones were kind, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate me. I found Fix Auto through Geico. David and the ladies working at the front desk had great customer service. They were kind to me and my kids. David was very informative and answered all my questions. I felt reassured that Fix Auto's mechanics were going to fix the damage from my car door. I left happy and will see them again if something else happens to my car.
