I ve taken 4 vehicles here for tint and every time it s been a good experience. Today I took my $70k raptor in for tint and I noticed when I got home that my lock on my drivers door is bent and pushed down below the door panel.. on the passenger door they didn t even finish putting it back together. The door panel was still popped off and the rubber gasket for the window seal was laying on the floor and the back window tint doesn t even look like they finished cutting it.. beware when taking a expensive car here. yes I took pictures before (always do)..

I'm very pleased with 5 Star, took my daughter's 21 Hyundai Elantra for conventional tint. It was done in no time, the tint was what we asked for and the quality of work was professional. We got the car back the same way we gave it to them. Highly recommend.

Customer service is good but they get a 1 star for scratching the interior of my headliner. I went in the next day to let them know they damaged my vehicle and they refused to fix it. My brand new Tesla was just picked up 24 hours before the appointment and was inspected for any defects before taken off the lot.If you have a nice car you want to keep clean, don't come here, now I need to pay 600 just to fix the damage they caused.Service: Vehicle window tinting

In the times of covid it is always an unknown when visiting a visit for a place where you're forced to wait. Five Star Tint was friendly, fast and effecient. The waiting room was roomy, comfortable with a friendly staff if you needed anything. I had expected a couple of hour wait time and I was happily surprised when I saw my car roll around the corner at under an hour if you figure the check in took at least 10 minutes and I was a minute late, Great experience, knowledgeable friendly staff. I would highly recommend Five Star Tint for all you automotive tinting needs.

Was a good experience up until I received my truck back from a window tint from this place. We did a walk through on the outside of the vehicle but they never walked me through the interior. I left the location to return home and find out they left my door handle panels in the back of the truck off. This is insane to me because I pay nearly $200 and this is how they return it to me? Shameful, this is no five star tint this is barely 2 stars.

Easy to find . Open 7 days a week. Very helpful and professional on the phone and in person. Was able to come in same day. Very clean , comfortable and roomy waiting room. I Was in and out in 45 minutes. Great prices and did a great job. Would recommend to everyone for window tinting. Thank you five star tint!

Great service and love my tint on my 2018 Ford F250 and my wife's 2017 GMC Acadia very happy that we referred my dad with his 2018 Kia Forte and he's very pleased with how it came out. This is the place to tint your windows I have business cards ready for when people ask who tinted my windows

the guy at the front desk has great people skills . not happy with some off the work thoo took my new car to get it tinted and its as the guys in the back rushed tru to finish the job. please tech if u guys doo read ur reviews take ur time and do it right . they installed the tint in the car and noticed that they tore the window seals on the inside . also that same window tint did not match i noticed it when i drove off and had to turn around to have it fixed to match . also when they removed my third brake light in the rear they broke the clips on my light and did not mention it i saw it my self . i was wondering why there was double stick tape under that light to hold it up also the tech left me a whole roll of double stick tape in the trunk .the work was good its just they need to be more carefull with the small details and take there time no need to rush .

Came in for Window Tinting and ended up getting the Paint Protection and Ceramic Coating done on my car as well. I'm so glad I did because after this recent storm, it looks like my car was in the garage the whole time! I didn't even have to take it to get washed. They were fast and reasonable. Their staff was very respectful and attentive. I mean they did what they can I rather go somewhere else now 2nd time coming I noticed the whoever is tinting your car will leave ur car unorganized like they raided your car save yourself money and people like this I noticed my seats in the back had some stain it s literally brand new like clean up after yourself for Christ sake I trust you with my car to do a clean job isn t that why it says five stars like why I gotta clean up after your messService: Vehicle window tinting

I used the sister business 5 star tinting in reseda Is apparently it's the same window tinter. My Audi A4 they charged $600 a completely messed up just about every window has bubbles or hair under it. I've made 3 or 4 appointments to have it repaired and they keep canceling on me after I arrive at 9:00 in the morning on Monday or Tuesday. They want the car for the entire day to let the same window tinter do my windows. I owned a window company in Aspen Colorado and my roommate was the tinter I know what it supposed To look like when you get in your car after your windows are tinted. 1st off I paid $400 to tint my entire Mercedes Sprinter Van There were several little bubbles on a gigantic windshield that cured before the night was over. This is ridiculous and I will include photos if possible you should see the work they did. I would never recommend this guy or this place ever.Watch out for the sweet talker..

I wanted to get my car's windows tinted since summer is starting in full swing. I looked up five star tint on the internet, checked out they're very professionally made website, Requested a quote online, Got a text this morning. And had an appointment by noon. Car looks great. I can already feel the effect of the UV being blocked.The office was very modern and clean. The two women working there were very helpful.Definitely recommend five star tint

These people know what they're doing and how to please customers. I had a sport sedan tinted there 4 years ago and returned last week to have our truck windows tinted. Service was thoroughly explained before-hand and was completed in less than 2 hours. Affordable work done with expertise, even offering lifetime warranties. We will return with all of our tinting needs. Thank you Five Star!

This crew is great, professional & skilled. I drove over an hour to this store for my 2001 Camry. I knew what I wanted, but I consulted with these men and the work is impeccable. They use some great technology so the work is flawless. Well worth it. I knew what I had in terms of a budget and they were spot on. I made an appointment and they followed up with me. When I got back into the car, I could immediate feel the difference this tint made. Highly recommend this shop. Great crew.

I ve gotten 4 cars tinted through this place. This year, the last two cars I got tinted both had problems. It seems like they rush to get it done rather than doing it perfectly with quality. My back tint still has bubbles on the bottom after 4 months but I haven t gotten it redone because of how they responded to my boyfriend with the same problem on his car. They are rude when it comes to redoing a tint that they didn t do correctly. Also, if you keep your own micro fiber towels in your car, make sure you take them before you leave your car with them because they always seem to take them for themselves. We had to ask them for our towels back 3 times..Service: Privacy window films

Very friendly and approachable, took the time to answer questions that I had. Affordable. Went in for tint and did an outstanding job! You can tell they're dedicated at making each job done the right way. Nothing less then great! They did wonderful. Looking forward to coming back to get more done on my car! Seriously...warranty is provided! Pictures of prior projects proving quality! What else do you need?!

I had a great experience with Five Star Tint. The work was done in a timely mannner and it turned out great. The pricing is very competitive if not better than many for a very quality product. I got the ceramic film and have so far been very impressed with how much cooler the car stays now. They also hook it up with a military discount which is great for all those who have served the country. I recommend this place.

Took my brothers car here, very knowledgeable crew of employees. Tints came out nice, and they had a variety of qualities of tint. 3m certified which was a huge deal to us. Overall we are very happy how my brothers car came out.. would highly recommend

This place did such a great job at removing my tint! I bought a car that did not have a professional install it, so it had bubbles and was peeling off of my windows. I could not even see out the windows when driving, that is how bad they were. Five Star Tint took a couple of hours removing it, and my windows looked brand new! Definitely coming back soon to have them install new tint. Thank you!

I love Five Star Tint!! They rock They do amazing work....I've had beautiful custom graphics put on the sides of my silver Mustang.... they did such a awesome job!!! Plus, I've had window tinting done on my Mustang and my Chrysler van.....that turned out perfectly as well. My husband's bringing in his new truck for window tinting. These guys are very professional, and do quality work......they take great care of you. I just love Ed and everyone here.....what a wonderful team! Way to go guys!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else....you're the BEST!!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone

Alec and his boss are two of the nicest guys ever! They treated me with respect and out of all the places I've ever been to to get work done on my vehicles they're the best! Did a great job on my window tint. Ty ty I will be recommending your business to everyone I know! Amazing customer service!

I recently had all my windows tinted and emblems wrapped. My experience with Five Star Tint was great! They were very professional and knew what they were talking about. I felt that i got a great deal from them plus good quality of products and service.. i would definitely recommend and take other vehicles to them.

I was going to be in Palmdale for an appointment and had been looking for a place to get my windows tinted. I checked out Five Star Tint and based on the reviews and pictures I saw, I called to schedule an appointment.I took my 2018 Toyota Camry and had them tint all my windows. They did an outstanding job and my car looks very nice. A big thanks to the friendly staff for your awesome work! I will definitely drive the distance from Bakersfield next time I need windows tinted on my vehicle. Keep up the great work and service.Gus
