Took my 2017 Maserati for routine service and my experience was amazing. The price was unexpectedly reasonable friendly and got my car out in 4 hours. My suggah is back .

There s no doubt and the great reviews are true. The BEST auto service and repair shop in the AV. From the time you are first greeted to the honest evaluation of your cars needs. You will not go wrong with bringing your vehicle to Ed and his professional team of technicians.

Great down to earth people.Came for a break and lamp inspection. Unfortunately one light wasn't working but they pointed me in the right direction to get it fixed and came back to get it to pass!Thank you!

1st time @ Elite Car Care. Car needed servicing engine light on rough idle. Decided to have serviced here because of the reviews and recommendations from fellow co-workers. They were able to diagnose and make the necessary repairs on the same day.I definitely recommend their services to friends and family. Quality work at reasonable prices. Thanks again

I called in to get a quote otp and Ed helped me out. He was quick and helpful. I shopped around and ended up going with elite. Another place called JD auto was trying to charge me nearly $300 more. I dropped off my truck at Elite. Ed told me they were going to run a full diagnostic to make sure what i thought was wrong with my trucks was the actual issue and check if my truck had any other issues as my check engine light was on. In about half hour or so Ed called me and advised me that what i thought was wrong with it, was the issue. They changed my trucks power steering pump and did an oil change in about 4 hours. Which is not bad since they were pretty busy. I felt like this place is an honest professional auto shop as they were true to their word. Will definitely be taking my vehicles back here!

I decide to come here initially because of the reviews but what sold me as a customer was how friendly and accommodating Ed was. My vehicle was in his shop for a few days as they diagnosed a major oil leak and made necessary repairs. They gave realistic expectations on how long everything was going to take but I was good with it because they were thorough on explaining what was happening.I understand you can t rush quality work and that s what these gentlemen bring to the table. I ll definitely recommend their services to friends and family.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

They are the best!!!...been taking all our vehicles for atleast 15+years...no complaints at all..Very helpful & they never ever try to oversell a product that is not necessary!!!!

Great shop that educates you on the problem. Ed diagnosed my car, wasn't able to fix the situation and referred me to another shop who could look into it further. Very trustworthy rather than holding me or pushing other fixes. He cares about the customer not just the job.

Honest and hard working mechanics! 10/10 would recommend. They were very honest over the phone which was why I came in. Not too pricey either! Got super high quotes everywhere else. A customer should take care of their car, but when the car needs to be taken care of, Elite Car Care is the place to bring it. Ed in the front desk works very hard and with you so you can have your car back in no time. Yes there might be good or bad news but Ed will do his best to solve it. The mechanics work very hard and are very good with what they do. If you trust this shop, you will have your car 100%. Again, Ed is such a great professional and a good person. I totally 100% trust them, they worked very hard on my car and did a good job. Thank you guys.Service: A/C installation & repair

Great customer service from the moment you walk in. They will keep you updated all along while your car is with them. I had a little problem with my MB c250 and I went around asking for some estimates, I would assure you these guys are very reasonable on the price and on top their job is good as well. Don t waste your time going to these backyard wana be mechanics as they only want to rip you off.Once again before you go any where else, I would recommend stopping here and getting an estimate before you pick and choose.Thank you Elite Car Care !

I was traveling through Palmdale from out of town, it was a hot day (107 deg) and my car's AC goes out. I googled local shop considering it was Friday almost 4pm didn't think anyone could help me. I was traveling with my family and 1 1/2 yo baby. I was panicking. I called and spoke to ED he was very friendly understood the situation and told me to come in and he can try to diagnose the problem. I got there and was greeted by a very friendly Ed and right away he himself started to diagnose the car. Within half an hour Ed was able to tell me that my Ac compressor and the clutch for it went out and would need to be replaced. He told me that it would be few hours labor and parts need to be ordered but since it was so late in the evening they cant do anything. (I totally understood ). I told him I need to head back to my town and thanked him for diagnosing the problem. I was so thankful Ed went above and beyond and for my troubles didn't even charge me the diagnostic and told me to put it towards the repair because I will need it. Not only that but he printed out the parts and labor price to compare it when I got back home to show the repair shop. I am beyond thankful for meeting such a genuinely nice, friendly and honest person in the time of my desperation. I took my car in for repair the very next day in my hometown and Ed was 100% correct with his diagnostic. If I lived in Palmdale I would gladly give them my business. Thank you so much !!!!

A no BS shop. Elite Car Care is honest and efficient. Used this shop on several occasions and was extremely impressed by their customer service. More recently, swung by ECC without an appointment, they took me right in, got my car s AC recharged and that was it. Definitely recommend ECC.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I've had good and bad experiences with AV auto repair shops, but this is the first time I've been surprised at the service. They were quick, polite, straight to the point, and were able to diagnose the problem with my car in a manner of minutes. Never did I get the impression I was being gouged, and they were able to pin point damages to the car the last place I went to missed. I even had to leave my car over night so they could track down a specific part yet they had a loner car waiting for me use. Elite Car Care will be my go to repair shop from now on.

I was always suspicious of car mechanics and wondered if they would be honest about what was wrong with my car and if the repair price would send me to the poor house. But a friend of my sons referred us to Elite Car Care in Palmdale, CA. Eddie at Elite Car Care was profession kind and patently explained what was wrong with my car. Another place quoted me 1700.00 which would have set me back a great deal. Elite not only fixed my car they saved me 1400.00 bucks and my car is running great. I would encourage everyone to see for yourself how awesome Elite Car Care is. Ladies I especially hope you check them out. We tend to get ripped off by dishonest mechanics padding the bill. If you want you car fixed and not be unreasonable charged do yourself a favor and check them out. Thank you Elite Car Care my car is running great.

We had 2 cars breakdown in the last 2 weeks and they fixed them. They are very transparent with regards to what our car needed and how much it was going cost. Our cars are in good standing now.

Ed and his crew are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them! I first went to Elite about 15 years ago. I now take 3 personal vehicles and 5 company vehicles there for all my service needs.

Don't waste your time with this place. Calling ahead for an appointment doesn't mean anything here. Set an appointment a week ahead of time, only to show up and be told that they forgot I was coming. And told me that I'd have to come back a few hours later. Disappointed by the whole experience, and will not be recommending or going for any other services. Plenty of better shops out there that actually care about customer service.

Ed and his guys are the best, I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! They smoged my car quick and my brake and lamp inspection was failed but they were able to get it fixed fast. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I had them give me a quote on a part I needed to be fixed. Not only did they forget to put the screw back on the throttle body, but they also forgot to put my water cap back on. I was referred to them by someone who constantly takes the same car there at least every 2 months. I know each mechanic is different, but I've now taken my car to 3 other places who gave me a quote and told me what was really wrong with the car. Not 1, not 2, but 3 other places told me the same thing. This place was completely off about the problem. I'm in no way trying to be rude but I recommend staying away from these guys and taking it to somewhere with better reviews and someone well trusted.

Waleed "Eddie" and Shawn have been consistently friendly and willing to explain whatever task needs to be done on our cars. We've had nothing but courteous and comprehensive service within very reasonable timeframes.

Was 5 stars when Ed was there. Now I go there and mr. Owner tells me he cant do wheel bearings and has no idea who can help me....zero help from elite car care with the new owner. Do yourselves a favor, dont go here take your car to a real mechanic.
