I showed up on time to my appointment and the owner of this shop didn't show up. I waited for 45 minutes and asked the neighboring shop about him and they said he does this to everyone. Anyways I am trying to get my license because my father had a heart attack and lost his license and can't drive to his appointments so it's crucial to get licensed. Horrible service. If I can give him something less I definitely would! Had to use more gas to find another shop..

2 MONTHS!!!!!!I've been patient with "mechanic" rob for 2 months straight hasn't even started on car that I brought. He's one of the most biggest and worst lyers I've ever met.1st month: brought car in asked if he could work with it and said "yes" I then asked if he's able to work with the warranty i have on the car he said "yes" then proceeds to his office to make copies of my warranty. He then proceeds to tell me to ask his neighbor (the next mechanic over) someone that doesn't even work with him, to give me his contact info instead of him giving it to me himself... Very strange. 2 weeks go by no updates or anything about car. Had to go up there again and make sure I got right contact info again not from Rob but from his neighbor because Rob is hardly there. I then text Rob twice with no reply for another week had to call him multiple times because he acted like his phone was off he clearly saw my text never responded till I call. He then said "ok I'll get started on it right away".2nd month: Another month goes by still nothing no updates or anything, still lying threw text and call about car that he didn't even bother to look at. Had to keep going up there to check on car just to find out nothing has been worked on.Dont usually write reviews but 2 MONTHS? IVE BEEN PATIENT with this "mechanic". If you say your gonna work with someone do it, dont sit here lie and waste thier time!!!I wouldn't take ur vehicle here Rob is a big lyer and procrastinator!!! And if you do well...

Robert replaced my transmission through a warranty from assurance. Even though the warranty company made it extremely difficult to actually get the claim approved Robert was great. He replaced the transmission in 2 days once he was finally able to purchase the transmission. I definitely recommend this shop!Service: Transmission replacementService: Transmission replacement

Robert and Complete Auto Care came to the rescue when my head gaskets blew and had to be redone in a timely fashion. Robert is a great guy and knows his stuff. Robert at Complete Auto Repair is a very helpful person. I appreciate his help and service. I had my DUI breathalyzer device installed there, and go there for monthly calibrations. It is affordable and a rather quick in and out appointment each month. Which is very appreciated because I have a busy schedule for the most part. So him saving me time and money helps each time I go in to his shop. Thanks again for all your help and hard work Robert and Complete Auto Repair.

Complete Auto Repair is great. Awesome service and work being done. I came in for an oil change and Robert found an issue with my brakes. He worked to get me a great price and got everything fixed and taken care of. Would definitely return. Thank you Complete Auto Repair.

I absolutely love Complete Auto Repair. This is my third time (3 different unrelated problems) bringing my car in for work to be done and yet again, the work was done in a timely manner, very affordable, with friendly service. Joann is absolutely hands down the greatest! The techs that worked on my car, did an amazing job. They made sure what I came in for was the problem, they didn't give me the "well I think it's the.." they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Complete Auto Care.

Do not take your car here if you re a women and don t know much about cars. I took my BMW here for a radiator and thermostat replacement after getting a diagnostic on it. Spoke with Robert who quoted me one price just to add additional 500$ on it after the car had been there for 4days. 2days after picking up the car the car started overheating (remind you none of this was happening before I brought the car in. I only decided to get it checked out after the check engine light came on). Come to find out his mechanic had broke the thermostat hose while supposedly repairing it! He charged me for the new hose and to repair it and my car running worst than it was before they ever worked on it! They are scammers who will keep you coming back to spend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Sadly I have gone here before and they seemed to be doing a great job, however when I called I was told they could squeeze me in and it would be done within a day, a simple a/c diagnostic that had them hold the car from Friday morning to the point I recollected the car on Monday afternoon, being told they completely forgot about it, managing to find the keys exactly on the same piece of paper I had previously left them with my information, honestly the employee emphasized the issue with the owner, the very sarcastic owner emphasizing he was simply not doing it, completely ignoring my calls and messages not giving me the decency to simply say we can t see the car, allowing me to collect it and simply go to another shop and instead having to drag it 4 days. I have been to this shop twice before and after the long hours of waiting -my car sat there not being worked on for weeks! Thanks new employee Brant helped me this week and wow!... What a difference. I was in & out within an hour! Prices didn't change much but it was worth it! First time I actually referred one of my friends to an auto shop but that's how happy I was to accomplish car repair so quickly.

Very friendly and quick. I brought in a list of items my engine needed to be done that was quoted from the dealership. Not only did complete auto repair beat the dealerships quote, but they also did it all in one day. Extremely happy and will be returning.

Called to get an estimate on some work . Robert asks what's wrong with the car , I tell him, and then he responds with " well you're no mecchanic so do you really know what's wrong with it how do you know that's your issue " in a condescending tone...so I'm assuming that was the pre scam convo before he does a bunch of unnecessary work because he thinks I don't know what im talking about. Rude unprofessional and he was hung up on and blocked . For work that I know if going to cost upwards of 3000 dollars you think you would be a little more kind to your customer.

Robert was wonderful and very accommodating when I walked in 2 hours earlier than my appointment time. He was able to take care of all my cars needs quickly and saved me a bunch of time.

Now I realize that they are busy but if we were informed from the get go that our only vehicle would take 2 months just to machine the heads on the car we would've taken it elsewhere! Very unprofessional still getting the run around. Will never be taking our vehicle back to this place!

Had my car serviced at Complete Auto Repair on 3/21/17 I had my car washed the day before at a car wash next door they did not do a complete job went back the following day to have it because of bad weather they were not I asked complete Auto about it they offered to re-vaccum my car for me no charge I offered the tech who did it some money to compensate for his time he said not needed Joanne who was working the front desk had mention about what they do there my car was over the time due for an oil change I first said no but then I realized my mileage 3900 from the last oil change so I took up on there offer for there service Great Staff we also found out that a bulb was burned on inspection taken care of too. Joanne had mention there prices about my tires these are original tires since car was bought held up pretty good for having just 50,000 miles on the car. The boss of Complete Auto Repair is a guy named T J . This owner and operator of this business has a great staff working for him, if you ever need honest service done to your vehicle for whatever need you need to take it to Complete Auto Repair 202 east Palmdale Blvd Palmdale Ca 93550. even though the reason i needed to see Robert at Complete Auto Repair was for some thing other then auto repair didnt matter at the end of the visit Robert has an amazing sense of customer service. He explained everything simply and easily. Thanks Robert!!!!

Want to get ripped off? Want to have your car destroyed? Want to have the police called on you when you ask to speak to the owner? Want to walk into a business where a police officer is collecting money because the owner has been sued and won't pay his debt and they're collecting money for that at the front desk? Then this is the place to go.

If you are reading this please DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. This Robert is by far the worst "mechanic" I have ever met in my life and I've dealt with alot of mechanics. Robert has a passive aggressive attitude if he decides not to like you youre better off with a shade tree machanic.

Had all my brake done there, that's 475 dollars, but it kept making sound and . found out the person did my brake just slapped it on there. Had to send another 200 dollar to turn rotors and align front end. Not very happy with the job.

I ve been going to this shop for about 2 years now.. the guys are really friendly and professional.. Robert will always try to make it possible to have your car ready right away.. I will defenatly recommend this place..

I was sent to complete auto repair by my car company Robert did everything in his power to make sure my car got fixed I was about to pay almost $3,000 and only got me to pay $50 he got my extended warranty covered and while he was fixing my car he even made sure I was able to get a rental car I definitely recommend going to him and I will definitely go again if I have anymore car problems my car is as good as new .

I had my car towed into complete auto repair for repairs and Joanne kept me informed on the progress of everything that was going on mind you I was from out of town so it was very helpful for her to do that ,the mechanic Marcus did a outstanding job on the repairs and the price was so good I went on and had him do additional work to it very honest repair shop I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of getting repairs done to their car thanks Joanne and Marcus job well done.

I applied for a Full Time position, that was posted, and Joann-so called manager who is taking classes on basic automotive knowledege, tells me after a week that it was a Per Diem Trial Basis, I never agreed nor signed a Contract for that nor any new hire paperwork-the Owner Robert is a very Respectable and Professional individual, but I wouldn't recommend her to wash my dogs a@#!!

Hard to find the name and location of the shop.....GPS keeps on saying its on my right side then make a u turn then same thing can't find the shop.
