Arturo fixed my Suburban that other mechanics could not . He did so in a timely and professional manner . Will not take my vehicles any where else .

My father took his truck there over a month ago to have the engine replaced. For the entire month that they had it, they did not work on it because they said they were too busy. When my father decided to bring it back because they hadn t made any progress, he found his truck vandalized. The entire dashboard was gone. When confronted, they said it was not their responsibility despite having happened on their lot because they have a sign on their gate saying they are not responsible for any autos left their. However, it was inside their parking lot and it happened because they admitted they left the gate unlocked overnight. When I asked if they have insurance to pay for the damage, they said the do not and do not need it just because they have their sign. I said I needed to file a police report and they said to go ahead, they have friends that are police officers and this has happened before and nothing has come of it.Essentially, their negligence led to a destroyed car and they admitted they have let it happen before too.They have horrible ethics, do not trust them with your cars.Service: Engine repair

I needed a clutch done and Arturo and his team fixed it in a timely manner. I then needed a master clutch in which most other mechanics would of added onto what was needed. Arturo and his team like what they do and do an amazing job! They are also a fair team to work with!

My entire family has been coming to Arturo's for years now, my dad commutes thousands of miles and I lived in Las Vegas for several years, he is so good and he charges such a fair price I would service my cars when I was visiting family in Lancaster just to make sure he would do the work. He worked on my newer Volvo XC60 and worked on my parents Volvo C30 and XC90, those are not easy cars to work on so he definitely earned 5 stars!

Would leave 0 if I could. Took my car there, overcharged $1300 for a fix that didn't fix ANYTHING about my car problem, and refused to do anything else. I'll see you in court.

I called to get a quote the person who answers the phone is so unprofessional he just leaves you on hold and never picks up

I don't know where to start: over price job for poor quality service and too much attitude when you find out they installed used parts sold to you as new.

That shop is unprofessional they sale you used parts and then tell you they are new i will never go back
