I had very good service buy David Cortez, he answered all my quesstions i needed when my car needed a new cvt transmission under warrenty and also getting my throttle chamber cleaned.i have had no bad experiance from nissan of Antelope Valley Nissan ,i Thank You so much for all you have done on the service of my vehicle.i drive a 2017 nissan sentea and do all care of it before its do for service.

The wait time was ridiculous when I had an actual appointment but they did give me free tire rotation and inspection for free so they made up for the long way. I'll update more my next visit.

Juan Garcia Excellent sales person really made my purchase Beautiful. And Jose Hernandez was terrific on my contracts and making sure I got the best warranty for long term outside of basic warranty. Mike Saklawi was great offering me assistance when he saw me along and made sure I was comfortable. Nissan Rocks there Rockstars There. This is a review because of Christian, one of the techs. My father in law and I were struggling to jump start my car outside my house, and he happened to be walking by. Christian offered to help and got me running in just moments.He wasn't even working yet and he provided friendly and effective help.

Used to be a cool place for an oil change, but its not the same. The service is slow even if you do have an appointment. So if you don't you'll be stuck there for a few hours. I won't be coming back.

Was diagnosed needing thousands of $. Took my car to my mechanic and he is saying that the car has NO repair codes showing ???? Glad I told AV Nissan to stopStill had to pay over ?100 for a bad diagnosis. DON T TRUST THEMService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Today Rafael took my car for oil change. And a quick inspection. while I was with Carlitos updating an extent warranty for my 2020 Nissan. I was impress with how fast service was. my car was ready very fast. Thank You! Antelope Valley Nissan.

Servuce dpt never answers the phone....when they do, service girls have no idea about any mechanical isues.only oil change,regular service..that's about all they know...
