Had a recent Smog completed here. Service was great. Quick and easy. I didnt have to wait long. the tech had good communication and made me feel comfortable (I always get anxiety with smog checks). I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a smog completed. And they are a STAR location

Eddie is the best! Great customer service and listened to my explaining what my car had wrong. He was very thorough on explaining to me that I needed a new battery. I went in to get a second opinion, and he got the job done. While I was in there I also got a smog check done to my car. Take three vehicles to have smog done when needed. Owner is a great guy gets you in and out quick and good prices as well. Highly recommend anyone takes their vehicles here to have work done. 5 stars easily.

Eddie is the best mechanic that I have ever used. He also did smog o2 sensor replacement today. He is the only mechanic I will use for my car and my wife s car. And I continually tell people to go see him. A V Smog has always been very thorough and quick with my smog work and repairs. I recently had a wiring issue that was causing a short and drainage of the battery and originally I took it to the dealer. They said they fixed it yet the issue was still there. Out of curiosity I asked AV Smog if they could fix it since it effected the ODB-2 port and he said he could. The dealer had my vehicle for 4 months and couldn t get it done. A V Smog found the issue in just 2 hours. My ODB-2 port works and my battery hasn t drained. My issues are gone. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs smog or electrical work. He is very professional, honest, and quick.

I was very satisfied with the service here until today. My husband and I dropped off his vehicle to fix his A.C. and for an oil change three weeks ago. The first week in the shop my husband was calling for updates, he told him that parts had been ordered and would be there within a few days. We went on vacation the week after that, so the first Monday after we got back, I went in thinking it would be finished and ready for pick up since two weeks had passed after initially taking the car in. The guy I talked to told me that the parts they had ordered were going to be delivered the day after that the latest. I called Wednesday and spoke to the owner, he said that he had not been there this entire time (although my husband had spoke to him the first week the car was in his shop) and that they were backed up, he acted as if he was unaware of the vehicle being in his shop for 2.5 weeks at this point. He gave me an estimate and said he would start working on it right away. When one of his employees finally called to pick it up on Friday, the price on the receipt was nearly $100 more than the amount I had agreed to. Which I didn't pay. Never going back, or recommending his services to anyone.

Eddie and his crew never disappoints. Anytime I get lazy or can't do the work myself due to lack of time or tools, he is who I take my vehicle to. Not too many honest to goodness mechanics / shops anymore. You'd hit the lottery before you find one nowadays. Before you take you ride to another shop or worse, the dealership...go see Eddie first. You'll be glad (along with your wallet) that you did. Oh and did I mention he does smog checks as well? He's been my smog guy since June 2015.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were driving a Limousine back to Chicago and happen to just drop into their shop with a miss-fire in the engine. They were able to diagnose the problem and changed out spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor, all within a couple of hours and for a very reasonable price. We were back on the road in 3 hours. I am overall very impressed with these guys and them being so nice and getting us in and out. Thanks for getting us home safe!
