Don't take your car here they will cancel services without notifying you and you will wait two hrs to pick up the receipt and still NOT be told BY ANYONE they cancelled the service.I have been going here for the better part of 5 years and will NEVER get my oil changed here again.On average you WILL wait 2 hrs minimum, not max or on average, min two complete hrs. Again NO ONE communicated to me that my oil change was cancelled.I think the least they could do is respect your time and call to communicate the issue. A simple hey we can't do this service would still like to proceed with the other services? That would have shown care and respect to me the customer.

I like the guys that helped me get the car done because they were nice especially the African American guy I don't remember his name, but I didn't like the guy that scheduled me who also rung me up at the cash register all. They could have taken one more car the day I made the appointment, but I had to wait till Easter to get it done.

I took my car in for an oil change and the service was quick to get my car in but waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they cannot change the oil on my vehicle because they cannot remove the cover underneath my car because the screws were stripped and they cannot get it off. So they gave up and said they cannot do it. I went down the street to another oil change place by the airport and let them know about the screws and they told my at the end that there were no issues removing those screws. Been changing my cars oil at Walmart for years but that made not want to go back and made realize I should support small businesses. The service at the other place was awesome!!

I walked in and asked the lady to check my battery. She automatically assumed that I was there for a warranty. She went on to tell me that she couldn't do anything because there was no sticker with a serial number to identify the battery. I just simply argued that having a serial number on a sticker doesn't make any sense to identify something because the sticker can fall off. Nothing about a warranty or an exchange or anything was discussed. I wanted her to check my battery to see if I needed a new one. Worst customer service ever, I'm not sure how this lady is the manager Mitchell

Went for oil change. Told 45min. 2hrs later and several employees who tried to ignore me finally got my car. Says I declined several things including vacuuming, differential, transfer case fluid. I was NEVER asked. If they would have really checked lights they would have seen right taillight out. NEVER again.

Did the oil change, checked my tire pressures and forgot to put of my chrome valve caps back on. I didn't.notice right away and will have to.purchase a set. Not too happy about that.

TERRIBLE PLACE! RUN AWAY!Save yourself some time and headache!After waiting 2 hours to have my 4 tires changed, the employee came up to me to tell me they did a mistake in the price because they don t have the tires I was suppose to get.(I came the day before on person to make the appointment and make sure it would all work)The manager named MICHEL was pretending to offer me a sort discount since the tires were more expensive (she was pretty rude). After talking 15 minutes with her, Sorry $5 discount on each tires doesn t make me feel any happier about going considerably over budget of what I expected. The mistake is coming from your end.I waisted 4 hours (instead of the 2 hours they promised) of my day to just have my tires changed because their management is awful, very poor and unprofessional for what is suppose to be.I would have rather them being honest about the timeframe and the cost upfront than these last minute surprises.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! Sometimes spending a little more saves you a lot time and problems to deal with.THIS WALLMART AUTO CARE IS REALLY BADService: Tires

Needed a tire late on a Sunday everything was closed. But Walmart auto care was still open got a tire for a decent price and was back on the road.

I bought my son 4 new tires from Walmart with road hazard. One tire got a big screw in it so I had to go get it fixed. They said they changed the tire then charge me $56 FOR WHAT ITS UNDER WARRANTY! new road Hazzard for the tire. Not at $56 . I'm paying for a new tire after all. The receipt I looked at later states I was going to be charged 26 to repair but got it for free but that was a lie. So now here it is another 5000 miles now I have a huge bulge in the outer side wall and 3 more tires starting to buldge and they replace one of the buldge tires but refuse the others. And again they charge me for the new tire . And on top of that they lost the center honda cap of the rim on the one they replaced. I been calling like crazy to ask where the cap is but never once does someone answerServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement

Two stars because the folks were nice. But they messed up my appointment, and didnt make it right. They claimed it would take an hour to put on 4 tires, and probably were being optimistic because nobody was working. Honestly its almost like dealing with a government beaurocracy here. Lots of people who dont care, dont want to work, and cant deal with their own mistakes.I went up the street to an independantly owned tire shop who were really busy and got everything done in less than half the time for the same price. It is a testimony to the difference of having a stake in the business or not.

I went to this Walmart auto care center in the morning today, and oil changed.When My wife drove the car to the mall in the afternoon, the engine oil pressure show low. The engine is leaking.My wife is asking Geico car insurance to help.It is too bad. .I edited my review from one star to three star.The technician and the manager of this Walmart auto care center waited for my car towed to Walmart after their door closed time.It was an honest mistake. The technician refilled the oil and fixed the oil leaking problem.Everything is OK now.Service: Oil change

Recently purchased 4 tires at Walmart. Made an appt to install and was very happy with the whole process. Installation was fairly quick and we saved some money on cost compared to the Big chain tire companies! Will be purchasing future tires from Walmart as well. Employees were all very friendly and courteous!

I gave them 3 stars because they have a staff shortage. You have to arrive very early or make an appointment. Sometimes they don't have the normally stock tires in stock. I've been calling to make an appointment so that I can have the car towed and the phone just rings and rings, after a few minutes which seems you are on hold your call is disconnected. I wish they would answer the phones. Before Covid19 they were pretty good.Service: Tires

ASM Jorge visiting from another store was amazing along with Associate Steven (promote him!!) I m so appreciative of their effort and exemplary customer service. After a rocky start between Managers Laura and Johnathan, these two gentleman (Jorge and Steven) went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I am definitely remaining a loyal Walmart customer. Employee I spoke to, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Got a replacement car battery even without my ticket. I was in and out of the place in ten minutes. Decent service.

The worst. At my appointment, I was told five people had called off that day and they couldn't do my tires until four hours after my scheduled time. The manager seemed frazzled, so I said I could come back the day after at 10 am. When I arrived for that appointment I was told my tires had not arrived. At that point I cancelled the order. Zero customer service and communication is non-existent.

Went for a car battery. Found it at a great price. But, the customer service is not the best. Waited at automotive for half hour. No one showed up to check me out. Luckily, i knew what battery i needed, and I took it to the front to customer service. Paid for it there.

Bought four tires and selected the more expensive option. After they were installed, we checked the tires and discovered that one of them was the less expensive option. Had to come back the next day for them to replace it with the correct tire. Then a day later found the adhesive balancing weights had fallen off (at least) one of the tires because they didn t even clean off the road grime before sticking them on the tire. Not worth the incompetence and aggravation they inflict on customers to save a few bucks.

I called to get a price on an oil change and tire rotation to compare prices with other companies. Walmart prices were the best the service was AWESOME from check in time to finish. This experience just reafirmed to me that you should never judge a book by it's cover. I would have never thought such great service would be provided by Walmart. The service received was equivalent to the ones in dealerships.

Bad tire we bought 5 weeks ago and Wal-Mart would not help us out with a replacement.Very bad customer service here when we always buy all of groceries here.Just lost a faithful customer here over 65$. Bad bad bad people.

I had a nail in my tire I tried to get a hole in the wall place in desert Hot springs to fix my tire they got my hubcap stuck so bad that no one could get my tire off except for Walmart they were patient they took me in all of a sudden with no appointment they made sure I got The Right tires that first date we're not going to be able to fix my tire because of the liability of busting off my hubcap which was stuck from the previous person trying to work on it that that hole in the wall place in desert Hot springs but they were willing to help me out if they didn't I would not been able to go home that night and I would have had a flat tire the girls at the counter were great they were patient they explained everything to me and I just appreciate all of them at Walmart supercenter Auto Care God bless all of you and thank you for the work especially for the guy who changed my tires you did a fantastic job thank you

I have been taking my truck to walmart for oil change for years, sometimes my wait is 30 minutes and sometimes 2 hrs 30 mins. I normally drop it off and go shopping..the service has been great and the price is right and never had a problem. I like the fact they dont try to upsell you and they just reccomend what more you need to get done next service. I you want to get in and out quickly, get there by 7am you will be out in no time all, just saying...

Horrible! I came in to get a tire replaced on Saturday morning 11/30/2019 they said it would take 3 - 4 hours to even get looked at and since I was driving a questionable spare I didn t have a choice but to leave the car here and take an Uber to work. $26 and 3 hours later I call (which took 6 attempts before having to call the main store to get transferred) to get an update they said oh sir the tire you brought in can t be patched we will have to replace it which is what I kept saying to begin with so I asked what the total would be they said $44 I said yea no problem come to find out it was $66 after charges. $90 to change a tire... I learned my lesson and will never go to another Walmart auto center again.

Typically I have to wait about an hour or hour an half for oil changes or new tire installations. For me, this isn't a big deal. I'll walk around Walmart, go to McDonald's in the store etc. The prices are decent and I've never had an issue with the service either. Everyone has a preference of where they go for services for their vehicle, for me this is in my budget and close to my home.

Worst experience at this tire center. Waited patiently for over two hours for tire replacements and come to find out that the service tech could not remove the rim lug nuts. I watched as the lack of experience and lazy technician made little effort to remove the lug nuts. After observing this lack of motivation, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I could just imagine the type of work they perform. Today s level of work ethic...not good.

Had my car battery replaced within the hour. Attendant was real friendly, nice, and attentive. He prioritized my service, and replaced it himself.
