Exceptional ServiceMy friend's 68-year-old mother was devastated after a hit-and-run left her car damaged. This body shop, led by Mike, turned the situation around. Mike greeted us with a warm smile, lightening the mood instantly. He explained everything clearly, kept us informed, and, to our surprise, made the experience pleasant. When my friend's mother picked up her car, she had a genuine smile. It's not easy to make an 68-year-old lady smile, but this place did it.I'm writing this review to express our gratitude for the exceptional service provided to an elderly lady who needed extra care. Just moved to La Quinta, CA and looking for a body shop to fix my Mercedes, I found Mike through a friend. Called for an estimate, brought in my 2016 Honda Accord in when I got the chance. They took a look at the front bumper damage, he said he would have this repaired before the weekend which I really needed. A nice job was done, the paint job matched perfectly to the rest of the car. I had a scratch on my door that they were able to buff out for me at no extra cost. Very straight forward shop.

Took my BMW in to get a quote for scratches and dent on the door after a bike fell off the hook in my garage onto the car. When I got the car back the paint looked off. When I asked the man about it he was rude and told me that s how it supposed to look till it dries. Few days later the scratches and dents looked dark red rather than red. It s obvious where all the work was done. You can still feel some of the scratches and see part of the dent at certain angles. The guy told me go somewhere else if I didn t like his work. Can t believe this guy has a business.
