Dealt with Robert in buying a Macan Turbo, out of state purchase but he walked me through each and every step and question and truly took care of me. Car arrived in pristine condition! Very highly recommend them !

Great experience buying, out of state on Feb 22.Today is March 11, 19 days later. No communication no call not even an E-mail of promised paperwork. Nothing I ve left multiple messages.I can t drive my car. I don t have any paperwork not even a receipt for the car. Can t get it licensed not even a temporary because I can t prove I own it.Planned on buying a second car from but now I can see their service or lack of it.

Car is flawless! Amazing experience. Answered every question down to the smallest technical detail from buyers who have many years owning Porsches. The entire staff at Porsche Palm Springs is the best. Professional. Extremely knowledgeable about Classic Porsches and treat you like family. Bought 2004 911 TT Cabriolet with X50 Package out of state (Nevada). Went down to Palm Springs to personally check it out before finalizing sale. It was exactly, if not even better, than anticipated. From Nicholas in Sales to Bill in Finance, Nate their Classic Car expert and David Caldwell, Manager this was a truly wonderful Porsche buying experience! Really went out of their way. Will recommend to everyone who wants a great car and a delightful experience that will be long remembered! Thanks to entire staff!

I had one of the most positive car purchases I have ever had at Porsche Palm Springs. I live in northern Calif, I wanted to purchase locally and support my community. The local dealer had a car I wanted but was so arrogant and condescending.So I stared looking online at other dealers. I wanted a 2023 Cayenne. I found one online at Palm Springs Porsche that was comparable to the one at my local dealer. I called them and Nick Alexander assisted me. He could not have been nicer and was so accommodating. He answered all my questions even send videos and pictures. I was uncomfortable about purchasing a car that I had not seen in person. Nick assured me that he would do his best to deliver the car to me in perfect condition. Nick arranged the transport and was great at updating me when it would arrive. The car arrived and I couldn't be happier! Nick made me feel like a valued customer.

I would like to thank the staff in Parts for assisting me last Saturday, my Cayenne Diesel required a replacement left rear door actuator.Although I was confident in doing the replacement myself, I asked if I could talk to a service representative on Monday.I was given Danielle and Bryce s information, upon talking to Bryce and describing my vehicles symptoms.Bryce was confident and helpful in assisting me, again I d like to thank Bryce and the Palm Springs Dealership in getting my beloved Cayenne Diesel operating correctly.My Wife and I are visiting this beautiful area from Kelowna BC, Canada.PS, The Cayenne already for an early start, heading south to the Sun.We love our Porsches, just wish we could also have our amazing 2022 718 Spyder, down herewith us.Another trip in the future perhaps. This was one of the best car dealership experiences I ve ever had. The whole process was quick and easy. There was no pressure to buy any warranties or parts other than I wanted. From Robert H my salesperson, David the sales manager and Bill the Bill Nye of finance made the entire process a pleasure. The dealership was very clean & inviting, had good inventory and a great coffee bar.

This transaction started ona high note when a vehicle was ordered. Just a day before the delivery things went totally wrong. I was advised the quote was not mistakenly and a huge price adjustment was made. I rejected asking for my deposit back. Thanks to the efforts of our representative, Robert and the dealers management, a happy compromise was reached and the purchase complete. Actual delivery was really great.

Working remotely with Nicholas, a long term professional with Porsche, his level of service went far beyond what I expected. When we came to the dealership we found each person we encountered to be equally as accommodating more than efficiently answering our questions. Added to this is the stellar facilities which lives up to what we would expect to see from Porsche. Thank you to Nick and the rest of the team for making our visit truly memorable. Porsche number four! For all the right reasons!

Everyone here made our entire experience very pleasant. Everyone was knowledgeable about the cars features and capabilities. I loved that the sales people were not pushy or aggressive. Everyone was very helpful and amazingly accommodating. We primarily worked with Nate and Matthew. Nate was really cool and funny as he navigated us through our purchase. This was our first Porsche and we are happy we chose Porsche of Palm Springs.

Went in to get my Porsche washed & bought a new instead- gorgeous 2024 Ruby Star Neo 718 Boxster. Excellent service! They took my trade-in & did all the paperwork in a very expedient fashion. I drove the car home to get the thumbs up from my husband, then we zipped back to the dealer & sealed the deal! Everyone we spoke with was courteous, professional & very helpful. 5 stars!

Robert facilitated the smoothest, most enjoyable, and efficient leasing experience I've ever partaken in. He was always available if I had any questions, did everything he could to ensure I was happy with the car we ultimately signed on, and gave me a fantastic deal. As somebody who has leased numerous cars from other luxury car manufacturers, this experience was eons ahead of the rest! I could not be more excited to continue leasing/purchasing vehicles from Robert and the Porsche PS dealership and strongly encourage anyone in the market for a new car to give them a call or stop by.

Best car buying experience ever! Robert, Gary, Bill and the entire team from cafe, to the brand store was absolutly fantastic. Could not be happier with the whole process. Picked up a CPO 19' 911 Turbo last week and got treated like a rockstar every step of the way. They literally took care of every single little detail in the most professional manner with a 100% can do attitude.

Friendly staff and love the free Porsche car washes in the service department. An added bonus is the waiting area well-stocked with coffee, water, sodas, pastries and assorted snacks!

I m in the process of buying a PorscheGT4 RS and I ve been having some technical issues with my bank and the payment process.It will be resolved within the next few days, but the staff at Porsche could not have been nicer. Polo Morales and David Caldwell went above the call of duty in helping me out with this purchase.They are both wonderful representatives of Porsche of Palm Springs.Tom Leone

Update - I heard from management. I am upgrading the number of stars because they took responsibility and fixed the issue.I am extremely disappointed with Porsche of Palm Springs. I paid for my vehicle more than two weeks ago but I have not received the title.I purchased a used vehicle sight unseen, trusting the candor of their company. I paid for the vehicle in full and had it transported to Florida. However, they failed to send me the title. I cannot register the vehicle nor obtain a temporary tag. I have repeatedly contacted them for the status. Nobody has given me a reasonable explanation or timeline as to when this will be resolved.The only silver lining has been Flora (sales associate). She was great. She is the only reason this is not a one star review.If you are considering buying from Porsche of Palm Springs, then I suggest verifying they can deliver title upon payment.Buyer beware of Porsche of Palm Springs.

I ve purchased a few cars from Porsche Palm Springs. Very nice people to work with and they are deal good deal makers - fair and ethical. Brand Ambassador, Floraopez, is particularly good. Then to top it off, the service department is always excellent. Great dealership.

Great customer service and best dealership in California. Just purchased a new 911 from Palm Springs Porsche/ Indigo and was very impressed with the quality of the interaction and professionalism of all involved. Brian, David and Greg were consummate professionals and made this a very pleasant buying experience. I have owned many Porsche s from a variety of dealership which include Rusnak Westlake Village, O Gara Coach and Porsche Riverside. This was hands down the best experience and dealership I have worked with to date.I would highly recommend Porsche Palm Springs/ Indigo for your next purchase.

Emil Najar was my salesman and he was so helpful I bought the car before seeing it in person. That is how helpful and knowledgeable he was. William had all our paperwork ready to go when we arrived and the car was in beautiful condition when we arrived so a big shout out to the detailers! Great all around experience.

Amazing Dealership! We were in town for Vacation and stopped by. Best Porsche Dealer we have Ever Seen. We saw the New 2021 Porsche Spider 918 for a discounted price starting at $850,000! It's a very beautiful Facility! We recommend Stopping by! Enjoy!
