Friendly, courteous, showed up on time, charged exactly the quoted price (which was 40% less than Safelite) and finished the job in under a half hour. I've been searching for a window replacement and was so pleased with how smooth and worry free not only the ordering aspect was but they were very professional and on time to boot. Great customer service. I initially wanted to go somewhere else but with all the shards of broken glass, I wouldn't be able to drive my car to that place. My father insisted I call J R Glass & Installation. I spoke to sara and she was able to get someone out the same day in only a few hours. According to my father, the technician did a great job and vacuumed my car thoroughly. The price was a bit more than the usual place I go to but I am happy with the customer service and the actual service that was performed on my back windshield.
