Ordered tires online at a reasonable price this morning, and booked an installation for a few hours later. Their website was easy to use and helped me find the right tires for my needs. The employee Jonathan greeted me in the parking lot when I pulled in for my appointment. He explained everything well and was very courteous. He mentioned my tire pressure sensors were malfunctioning and said they could replace them at a later date, but it didn't feel like a hard sell. My installation began promptly at my appointment time and I was on my way about 45 minutes later. Thanks Jonathan and friends!

I needed a set of tires for a collector car. Went over to the store and within 10 minutes these folks had located a set at a very reasonable price. They made sure I knew who the manufacturer was (they know I am particular) and the installation went smoothly. I watched them from the parking lot and little things like cleaning the stud with a wire brush before installing the tire and wheel are just standard for them and very professional. This tire store in Palm Springs is at a good location and the service writer was very helpful and very professional with my needs. I bought my tires in the Hemet store and I asked him if they could adopt me since I now live nearby in Desert hot springs. After lots of laughs he agreed to do just that and then they rotated and balanced my tires while I had lunch at a local noodle joint.

The great thing about America's Tire is the wide selection of tires, the prices, and knowledgeable staff. The road hazard policy is basically an insurance policy covering everything from flats to tire replacement. Hard working staff at this location. Handicap friendly.

Stopped by American Tire s this morning due to low tire pressure. Ricardo had amazing customer service, took the time to explain the wear on my tires. I will definitely be back to purchase my tires with their amazing certified warranty.

Tires and wheels done right. A bit strict about what they will and won't do for custom applications, but always knowledgeable and competitive. All my cars have been to one location or another of America's Tire.

Used to be a decent place for tire service, seams like they would rather ignore you now. No one in line, only 2 cars in bays, lots of red and black shirts around. Guess thats why the line faces away from the building for air checks.

Not knowing how to go about my first flat tire, I googled a tire shop with great reviews and low and behold, I found America's Tires. I received great customer service from the manager himself. There were several cars ahead of me since I was a walk-in, but I was still able to get my flat tire done and opted to replace all tires within less than 2 hours. I'll definitely be back for my rotations and other services. :)

I went to have a flat fixed. They couldn't repair it, so ended up buying a new tire. Service ok, staff was friendly. Prices retail.

Never have had a problem with your employees or customer service, but SERGIO is the type of person to make you not want to come back! Has no customer service whatsoever and really knows how to make you feel uncomfortable! I will not be coming back to this location

What a wonderful group of guys! I was in a rental car and had picked up a nail in my tire. I just wanted them to see if they could repair. They offered FREE patching and repair! A free service, well that is unheard of, right! Anyway, they could not patch the tire based on where the nail was, so they looked to see if they had a replacement tire in stock, but they didn't. In order to get me on my way quickly the manager took time to look up the next closest Enterprise where I could swap out the car. This was going above and beyond for me because I was out of town from where I had rented the car and was not familiar with the city. They are extra helpful people, who I felt comfortable to trust! They left me with a terrific opinion of their work ethic! I will return if ever I need tire assistance with my own car!

I've been going there for years. The best garage experience ever. Good prices fast service. I wish they'd get their water and coffee back for customers waiting. Always take the time to explain about your tire condition.

Ren was incredibly helpful, polite and pleasant all the way around. He helped me find an elusive tire...he could not find it in the building even though the computer said it was there. He promptly ordered one and said he'd call as soon as it arrived. I thanked him and went on my way. Not 30 minutes later, he calls and said he found the tire! He did not even need to look further, as far as I was concerned the problem was resolved and I was expecting to wait a few days for the tire to come in. I went right back, and 30 minutes later was on my way. REN is the best!

This place is the absolute worse, the dude sergio has no customer service skills, he needs more training on how to treat others, he should not be working anywhere near customer service place

Such great service! Called earlier in the day to ask if I can make an appointment to get a tire repaired/patched the same day.There were no appointments available but they told me I could walk-in.Came in on my lunch break. Dropped my car off with Shawn M(504) at 12:50pm and went home. By 1:21pm I got a text message that my car was done! So fast I couldn't get back soon enough.Picked my car up after work and there was no charge for the tire repair and balance.Blew my mind. They will definitely be my go to place for future tire problems or even to replace my windshield wipers (they do that too).Thank vou

These guys are fantastic. We swapped summers for all seasons. They found the tires we needed for our X5 when everyone else was out of stock (dealers, tire rack, etc). Got them to us in less than a week, installed them in less than an hour. But, after just a few days, we picked up a giant screw in one of the tires. We assumed it was toast, but they said all we needed was a quick patch, and they did that with no appointment, and under an hour. AND! They helped us ship our summers back home when they could have told us to just go to UPS.Go with these guys, always, and every time!

I had one tire with a slow leak. Came to Palm Springs on vacation from a couple hours away, and so glad America's Tire were able to help check and fix my slow leak 'flat tire'. They were very friendly, and only a little busy. They checked me in, got to my car in turn, and quickly checked and fixed the tire. It turns out the tire had a nail, which they took out, patched up for free and I was good to go. I've always purchased my tires from America's Tire, and this free fix a flat service is one of those major reasons why. Thank you to Shawn and the team! They helped get our vacation back on track quickly.

A terrific experience here when my club store would not help! John Garcia went above and beyond looking for a used tire to replace an irreparable puncture when my whole set was close to needing replacement but just not there yet. I was in and out in less than twenty minutes, and the cost was less than forty dollars. Unbelievable service and has definitely won my business for a new set soon. Thanks to everyone there!

I had three tires on my Mazda that needed replacement (they were 2s and 4s). But the 4th wasn't as bad (it was a 10). I really didn't want to replace only three of them and then always have the fourth out of sync with the rest. I was surprised when they offered to give me a credit for the relatively good tire. So they gave me $85 for that used tire. The whole process went really fast... I was out in about 30 minutes with 4 new Pirelli scorpion tires all in for a out $1K. I was a happy camper.I picked up a screw/nail in my tire for the second time in two weeks. Both times I took my car to America's Tire without an appointment. They were able to fix the tires for FREE. Yes I had to wait since they squeezed me in but they were professional and did a great job.

Went in due to a low tire sensor.It was extremely busy, they were upfront on the wait. I figured 2 to 3 hours. I went for a walk and 1 1/2 hr Iater I returned.my car was being worked on. 20 minutes later I had my car. Nail in the tire. Thanks for saving my day.

Just had a tire change due to a construction staple stuck in it, and the service was incredibly fast and efficient John was a great customer service personnel. They gave me an estimate of about a 35 minute wait I was out and about in 15 minutes I'm definitely coming back here. If you're reading this don't hesitate this IS the place for your tires!
