Had a screw in my tire and it was fixed in minutes! They were soooo nice, helpful and overall a breeze. Highly recommended this place for service, speed and customer service!

We used Allen's Tires when we lived in Palm Springs and found them to friendly, timely, and decent prices. Recently we were in PS for a visit when our jeep over heated. We took it to Allen's, they had the problem resolved in less than 1/2 a day and the price was half what we thought it may be. Salvador was responsive to our need and the fact that we were traveling. Would highly recommend Allen's Tires!

Needed a quick oil change and this place got me right in and got the job done! I called shortly ahead of time to check availability and the gentleman was kind and hospitable over the phone. I was in and out within 45 mins. They offer tire rotation with an oil change. I get the med grade premium oil and it came out to under 50 bucks with labor & tax included. I will definitely be going back to Allen Tire for both mechanical and any tire services.

Great place. The staff very friendly. My tires need to be balanced and I had some lug nuts that were loose. The job got done quickly. Very enjoyable experience. Anytime I'm in Palm Springs if I need tire service this is the place to go....

I stopped coming here because every time I come in for an alignment or tires Salvador always tells me my car needs new parts and I can't have the alignment done. Not saying my cars are gems that don't need work done but certainly Salvador is trying to constantly upsell and make money off of people. That's just the nature of being a business I guess.

Excellent service! We had a fast deflating tire situation on our Jeep and we were just able to pump it up to get to this location. So glad we did! Service was friendly and fast! Had us back on the road in no time. Thank you!

Great service, ordered tires, available the next day, had to wait 2 days til I had the $ worked with me to wait to install them . Fast service truck was ready in a matter of hours. Also they shopped for the least expensive for my budget and didn't try to up sell me. Even ordered me a lug nut I was missing. Highly recommend them, Dwayne Miller

Came in with what seemed to be a tire needing a patch but unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Luckily Eddie got us in right away on a busy holiday weekend. Thank you to Eddie not only for his professionalism but also for being kind to us during a stressful moment. Great job Eddie, you re a super star! Also thank you to the staff who took care of us. Super solid operation with excellent management.

Super honest! I went in for an alignment and thought I needed a "camber bolt" according to the tire store in los angeles.It turns out the bolt was fine and they could have charged an extra $100 for it, but did not. Honesty is a rare thing and so appreciated. A+++++

We got advised to do very costly work that didn't need to be done.My husband got his tires replaced there a year or so ago. At the time, they told him he needed back brake pads to be replaced. The cost would be $700. We didn't have it done.Two days ago we had the oil changed there. Again, they said back brake pads needed to be replaced. Luckily my husband knows how to do this work so he went to replace the pads himself only to find the existing pads were in great shape and far from needing to be replaced. The pads had over half their padding.I would be concerned if these guys gave us any other advice on work to be done on a car; I wouldn't trust it whatsoever. If it happened once, that would be one thing; but twice they told us the same thing and were so wrong that it makes one wonder if it's policy to try to upsell on mechanical work that doesn't actually need to be done.I gave two stars because they did replace our tires fine. Hopefully they changed the oil as we paid for to be done. But certainly didn't need to have the $700 work done they claimed needed to be done.

Do not ever do business with this company. Once you do, they will send you ads in the mail to your home address and will not stop. I used their web form more than two months ago asking them to stop sending me ads. They are still sending them. I tried calling their corporate number but it put me on hold for 10 minutes and I was never able to talk to them. So now I will file a BBB complaint. It should not be this difficult.

I had a nail in my tire and drove right in with no appointment. The staff were friendly and professional. They repaired my tire, checked the pressure on the rest and I was back on the road in 30 minutes!

Got tire pressure warning in the tires of my rental. Allen tire was kind enough to attend me immediately and help fix the issue. People are friendly and supportive. Loved the experience as I was done in 15 mins.

Hi All. We just had a negative experience at Allen Tire in Palm Springs. We made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed today, had written confirmation of the appointment, showed up on time and were told the tire installer "just went home as his shift had ended." When we asked why that happened as we had a "confirmed" appointment, we were told that WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED TO CONFIRM HE WAS THERE - in other words, it's our fault and written confirmation means nothing. The store manager refused to apologize, was indifferent, and didn't seem to care a bit. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

This shop, was FANTASTIC!!I smacked a curb yesterday, avoiding getting rear-ended by a truck. Unfortunately the curb took a large chunk out of the sidewall of my tire, and I was worried about driving it back home. I was about an hour from home. Fortunately these fantastic people were available, and they treated me and my problem with the utmost respect.Thank you, VERY much! Service was incredibly fast, very well performed, and if I am in need of anything in the area again, I will be contacting them first.

I went in to get my tires replaced and they told me I needed an alignment. I paid for the service. When I picked up my car the traction control light was on. I called immediately and was told "that's normal give it a few days." My car started jerking involuntary. I called a couple times and they told me how busy they were and that I could drop my car off but there was no guarantee they would look at my car. Due to the lack of willingness to even guarantee they would be able to see my car I took my car to My families mechanic took a look and told me there was a clip left off and that it was incredibly dangerous for me to be driving. He said if I had driven longer my tire could have come off and my car could have flipped. On top of all of that I have to get my car aligned again. I will not be going back to them. Do not come here. If there are any issues they do not make it priority.

I was passing through and needed a temporary fix to get me to my destination and they couldn t help only wanted to sell me four new tires. For the specific issue I had, a local dealer told me two new tires would have been reasonable if I wanted to play it 100% safe and go strictly by-the-book. Glad Allen Tire was able to look at the vehicle on short notice but needed a more practical solution.The next shop I went to fixed me up and I was out in 20 minutes.

Shawn checked me in and provided me with options for two new tires. I had already searched online, but he was able to find a cheaper alternative. I took a walk downtown and when I got back, two hours later, my car was ready. I am all around happy with the service I received.

Allen Tire really helped us out when traveling cross country. We hit a large curb in LA and bend our rear control arm. With hotel and golf reservations already in place we had our car towed to Palm Springs. Allen Tire fixed our car and got us back in the road in a matter of days at a reasonable price. We woke up to a flat tire. Inflated it and it held air just long enough to drive to Allen Tire. They helped us on the spot, identified the leak, took that tire off the rim and patched it from the inside and half hour later we were ready to go. And only charged $ 25. Thank you! Saved our day.

We were getting ready to leave Palm Springs and return home to Arizona, when we got a low tire pressure warning. We got out. The tire was completely flat & we panicked. Thankfully, we were still in the hotel parking lot and NOT on the I-10. I quickly googled Tire Stores near me and Allen Tire Company was a half mile away-- our first stroke of good luck. We walked in and the 1st person we encountered was Salvador--our second stroke of good luck. He was so efficient, calming, and so easy to do business with him. They took us immediately and had us on the road 45min-to an hour. We walked out the door thankful that we found this great business & met a great gentleman in Salvador & his staff. I cannot praise them enough.
