They did an awesome job! I loved it we were so confused about the whole insurance but the worker Jose had our back! Guided us through it all even gave some tips. And besides that he did an excellent job like if they didn t even lay a scratch on it. Would recommend!! 5 STARS! My Honda was in an accident resulting in some rear and fender damage. Insurance was giving a lot of back and forth, Patsy and Jose stepped in and did all the heavy lifting with insurance. My vehicle was repaired and looks brand new again. Since then I have had more work done on some of my other vehicles for minor repairs(dints/part replacement and upgrades) all turned out perfect. I cant say enough about the attention to details! It's hard to find shops like this that do amazing work and take the time to do the right thing by the customer. Thanks Valasquez Auto Body!

We went to Velasquez auto body looking for someone to fix a terrible job on our Acura. You could still see the damage and the paint did not match and had paint where the paint shouldn t be. We took it to a few shops and two stated they would not touch it because of the work done on it. When we arrived at Velasquez shop we were immediately greeted by Jose who stopped working on what he was doing and ends up he is the owner. He was very friendly and you can tell he had a lot of knowledge and experience. Without us saying what was wrong he pointed out the paint color unlike other places we took it too and pointed out what was wrong. He was honest on what he could do and what to expect with the outcome. All we can say is they did an amazing job, the paint what perfect, you can t even notice it. They did such sn amazing job even though they had to fix what was not done correctly which is not easy since a few places immediately turned us away and others wanted an outrageous price and not guaranteeing that the paint would match. They left the car clean and looking like new. I would recommend Velasquez a million times. Not only a great job, very experienced, knowledgeable, honest, friendly but a great price as well. Jose, who is the owner with his wife, gave me a very reasonable estimate. Very nice guy. He fixed my car like new. He waxed the car to a mirror finish. Honestly, I was thinking of selling the car before, but now I will keep for a while. In addition, he told me to bring the car after 1-2 weeks for a fast rebuff. I did, he rebuffed the car, washed it and no extra charge.Way to go Jose. Thank you.I recommend Velasquez Auto Body.

Highly recommend Velasquez Auto body Specialist. It's a local family owned business. Sorry I didn't stopped before to left a review, but after my third time receiving and outstanding service I can review with authority and knowledge.First time i decided to do business with them was for the convenience of location and their quote, not only for the price, but for the professionalism how it was handled, Jose, the owner refused to issue a quote based on what he was able to see at the time, he explained that he needed to take a deeper look to find out for additional broken pieces and price of parts, he only uses certified parts!!This body shop has certification with high end manufacturers, they also provide insurance for your car while in the shop. and send you home with a written warranty for the performed job.Jose the owner works on the cars himself, that's an extra for me as he makes sure every task it's done with quality.from there the second and third time I had no much research to do. Glad I had his phone handy when I had a traffic accident...AAA towed my truck to his location directly, avoiding additional storage charges.Jose stunt on my side during the negotiation process with the insurance even got me a rental car with his rate.

Have been a customer of VELASQUEZ Auto Body for over 5 years. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else! They are professional, honest and fair. They were so kind and polite when they did my estimating there were no surprises, no hidden fees or additional costs that could somehow show up later. Their work is excellent when it is finished. I have brought this guy several cars over the years. He can do new cars perfectly and charge insurance. He can do older cars and just fix as needed, which sometimes saves me 80% of the regular price for getting a car not perfect but nobody sees the difference (e.g. bending something back instead of replacing the panel).His painting is superb. Highly recommended. Great prices too.

All these guys had to do was patch a few cracks in my rear bumper and paint it and they botched the paint match. Clearcoat was also sloppy. They apologized and offered to re-spray the bumper for free and buff my headlights. They botched it again and didn't touch the headlights. There was no time pressure on them. This was a simple job. Either they don't care or don't know what they're doing. Move on.

I brought my 1957 Thunderbird in for a repair from a rear end accident. Quoted 7100 bucks to repair with a quoted 12 day completion. After 4 weeks I went to go see how it was going and not complete yet. Next week, next week, they said. After 6 weeks I came back and chromed bumper was cracking from poor chroming job. The trunk was hanging 1/2" over the body and the sides of the trunk were 3/8" higher than fender. They accepted that the job was unsatisfactory and said they would hit the insurance company up for another 1700 bucks so they can fix their mistakes. After 8 weeks of waiting and much frustration I came to pick up car and not much changed and now they demanded payment in cash before they would release car. Also added parts ie. Gaskets between fender and rear light housing which should have been a part of the quote. Dont even ask about the orange peel and thin paint even though it was supposed to be a stage 2 paint job which means it gets wet sanded and polished. STAY AWAY. I'm not even sure they have a paint booth because every time I went by they we painting out in the yard. STAY AWAY. I WILL BE SUEING THEM FOR OBVIOS REASONS

Had this shop replace a fender and radiator support on my car. When I got the car back, I noticed that half of the bolts were missing and the other half were not even tightened! Will not be going here again. If you want quality work, go elsewhere.

Velasquez perfectly repaired the severely scratched paint on my front and rear bumpers. The car dealership, as well as another nearby auto body shop, said the bumpers couldn't be repaired but had to be replaced for $3,000 Velasquez repaired and repainted to new condition for $680. This included round trip transportation from my home at no extra charge. Start to finish job took 2 days. I recommend everyone should consult Velasquez before making a decision.

I went asking for a estimate. He gave an estimate 3 times more expensive than other 5 places. I just laughed and left. Imagine paying $1400 for a front bumper on a Nissan Altima 2015, when the dealer charges $700. I thought that dealers were trying to rip me off. This guy won.

They took 20-30 min out of their morning to help me replace my headlight bulbs in my Acadia! They don t make anything easy on an Acadia and they helped me without a complaint, highly recommend them!

Jose is a craftsman. He would not let the car leave until it was done to his expectation and quality. This is what you hope for from every business. If you need your car painted or bodywork done this is the place to come in the Coachella Valley. I give him my highest recommendation.

So I took my f-150 to get it s doors fix because I had landed on a rock when I was off road, so I had the two passenger doors bend and I was thinking I was going to have to replace them I didn t think they could be fixed but they are so awesome that they fixed it and it looks great, not only did they did a great job they gave me a great price, 100% recommend this place to get your car fixed
