This place is incredible the second I arrived here I ve been treated with nothing but respect. I m a diesel mechanic from Nebraska and was traveling and my fuel line went out so obviously I had to get it repaired and prepared myself to pretty much get screwed over but I ve experienced anything other than that. I ve been constantly updated on the progress of everything and when one of the mechanics returned from lunch he bought me a drink with his own money. Like wow who does that super impressed with this shop. Extremely professional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a good experience with my first visit to this shop. The service was a catalytic converter guard installed on my Toyota Prius. I spoke with Genaro who informed me of the possible range of cost to install the cat guard (which I provided) and made an appointment. The cat guard was installed on time and at the low end of the estimate. I was impressed that the appointment time meant that the work would begin immediately after checking in. Genaro and the technician/installer were professional, courteous and honest.Service: Exhaust

I ve gone to the mechanic for about 15 year. Both my cars were Toyotas. The customer service is amazing. They are fare prices, they are very thorough with their service and I would never imagine taking my car to another mechanic. They treat you like family so you know your getting the best service and care for your car.I suggest everyone take their car in. Once you go to Ozzies you ll never want to go anywhere else.Justin is an amazing addition to the family. Always able to work with your schedules. I hate having to take my car in but taking it Ozzies the process is reliably and rewarding!!!

Took my car in there twice. Once for the air conditioning. They fixed it but 5 months later had the same problem blowing hot air. Cost $500 to fix. Also paid to have the tires aligned but when I got my car back the TPM light was on. I would not bring my car back. If you have a problem they seem to find reason to charge you more to fix the same problem you already paid for.

Took my car into Ozzie's for an oil change/service and my Mini cooper's first smog check. Ozzie's customer service and knowledge was consistent from 8 am up until when I picked my car up at 5 pm. Being a new customer, I was hesitant about how much everything would cost, but Ozzie was super honest and offered very fair prices. He also gave recommendations for future work without being too pushy to make my car run long term. I am so happy I found a family owned auto shop I trust and feel taken care of! I brought my 2016 Volkswagen Passat in to Ozzie s after having a horrible experience with the Coachella Valley Volkswagen dealership!! I purchased my car from this dealership and less than a month of having it in my possession it wouldn t start. I took it back to the dealership and at first they tried to pass it off as a faulty battery even though my car had total power other than the engine not starting. After further engine failure they discovered it was the fuel pump! The dealership tried to quote me $1500 to get it replaced but by that time I didn t trust them and didn t want to do anymore business with them! I called up Ozzie s and spoke with Grant about my situation an was immediately relieved. He was able to cut the cost by $500! I took my car in and it was repaired by the very next day! My car has been running flawlessly. This is now my go-to for all my car needs!!

I highly recommend Ozzie's for automotive work in the desert. I came in to replace a headlight and inquire about a few other issues my car was having. Grant and the team went above and beyond to get me taken care of and at a price well below what I was expecting. I've recommended them to my family that lives in the area and will be back any time I'm in the desert and need work done on the car. 5 stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wow! Just had the best customer experience ever!!! Called Ozzie's because I had a screw in my tire and asked if they could take care of it quickly. Grant got right on it and within 15 to 20 minutes, I was back on the road. Grant's work ethic and customer service skills are absolutely amazing and greatly exceeded expectations! I would highly recommend that you come here for ANY of your automotive repair needs!!!!

Excellent service! Smog check done quick! And reasonably priced for a smog check and certificate! You can also get your registration sticker there (bring your form) for a small fee. They save you time and money!

Hey, Ozzie's got me in and did some service in under 15 minutes that the ford dealerships in the area couldn't find time to do for another week, which was super helpful because it was necessary for an upcoming road trip back home. These guys are awesome and I wish I lived down here because I would completely trust them with my automotive needs. Hard to find good people/mechanics!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Ozzie's Automotive is seriously "The Best" Automotive Car Shop in Palm Desert! All the staff is very helpful and friendly. Grant is awesome! He explains everything that needs to be checked and will go above an beyond to make sure your experience with them is exemplary!!! No hiddenservices or fee's. Everything is laid out in front of you to accept or decline.Highly recommend Grant and his top of the line technicians!!!

We were on a trip to Palm Desert and our car broke down right as we were about to leave for home. We called several places and Ozzie's was the only place that would see us. They even stayed open late as we had to get our car towed there. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I don't know what we would have done if it werent for Ozzie's. Santiago and his team stayed after hours and worked to repair our car and they didn't have to. They went above and beyond what we could have expected and hoped for and really saved the day. Being stranded in a place far from home is not fun. They were so great, I cannot say enough good things about this automotive shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the area. Ozzie's did some major motor work on my truck. The work and customer service was exceptional! Always kept me updated and no BS from the start. Might not be the cheapest around, but you pay for what you get... Always!! Highly recommend for quality all around!

The wife and we're driving home to Henderson after spending a week on vacation in Palm Desert. We just merged onto interstate 10 at 430 am when my vehicle ran over a large piece of debris which punctured my fuel tank. A quick look showed fuel draining under the car.We immediately returned to our friends house. Later that morning I called Ozzie's Automotive and spoke to Santiago who advised the tank was unrepairable and needs replaced. The only tank available had to be shipped from East Coast ground transportation. I made several calls and located a used tank which I drove and picked up in San Bernardino.I dropped off the tank that evening and the car was ready the next morning. If it weren't for Santiago and his whole automotive staff, who dropped everything to help a retired veteran/police officer, we would still be there waiting for the tank to arrive missing work. Santiago and his staff treated us with the utmost respect during an extremely stressful situation. Thank you and God bless you and your Whole team.

In recently for a check of my VW Beetle cooling system and was very pleased with the more than fair, fast, courteous service I received. Although the shop was very busy during this hot period of time, they were able to squeeze me in, get to my car quickly and have me back on the road the next morning not missing a beat. Grant as always was very helpful and gracious as he was on my prior visits to the shop. Thank you so much Grant for looking after my car, your prompt attention was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Ozzie's Automotive for all your auto service needs.

I have been a satisfied customer of Ozzie's for about eight years through a number of different vehicles and their problems. I have appreciated the high quality of the service and the honesty that accompanies that service. In my opinion, the prices are fair and the concern for the customer's satisfaction is exceptional. Top notch shop. Great people offering a competent service with fair pricing. I had the AC repaired and it is ice cold. Easy in and out and good conversation while I waited. I will use Ozzie's again if I need the service while in the desert. A company you can really trust.

I was really impressed with this place. Grant was extremely helpful, knowledge, and professional and helped us get two vehicles smogged this morning. Prices are competitive, I would not think of going anywhere else in the future for this inspection. I highly recommend Ozzie's automotive to anyone looking for a great auto shop. One of the most pleasant experiences at an automotive shop I have ever had. Friendly and professional from before I walked in the door until the moment I got back in my car. I highly recommend you give them a try for anything from a smog check to maintenance. Grant is an amazing ambassador for a family owned and operated business.

Ozzie was so busy he took a couple days to get back to me. Once we made contact he moved heaven and earth to make sure the air in my truck was fixed. He kept me informed through the day as to what stage he was at.Great place to have your vehicle repaired.

75$ for an alignment. Cant go wrong with that! I called them ahead of time and told them my make and model. Grant the mechanic saw me pulling up and greated with a smile. Excellent customer service. Everyone should bring their car in for an alignment.

The best diesel shop i have found so far. Unfortunately I had to break down to get there. But they took good care of us and support the military. Definitely would return to them hands down.

The very, very best. Smart and nice. They found and fixed a problem that had bugged me for a long time. The Honda dealer was unable to locate the item that needed work (said it wasn't really a problem) but Ozzie's did not give up and now it is fixed! My husband takes his car there too. We are big Ozzie's fans!!

Ozzie's Automotive provided the best, most excellent service that I've received in a very long time. We were stranded in Palm Desert hundreds of miles from home with a broken down car and they fixed my car with a quick turnaround for a price below the quoted estimate. Ozzie's Automotive provides superior service for my antique Mercedes-Benz at a fair price. They keep my car running like new, and they carefully explain the need, procedure and cost for each repair. Being a long-term customer means I don't have to shop around because I completely rust Ozzie's to care for my investment.

Hands down some of the best customer service I ve experienced; went in for a quick repair at the busiest time, gave me an appt for same day and took care of me, will definitely be coming back!

2 hours of labor for a check engine scan and a smoke test. Literally took less than 30 minutes. Car was brought in the bay during lunch time and I got charged for the lunch hour. I am a BMW mechanic myself but I'm 2000 miles from my tool set. I do not recommend. I stuck around to monitor the labor.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
