Hello Store Owner and StaffI'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Napa Auto Parts Palm Desert. I walked in asking for help on a replacement part, sales clerk walked out from behind the counter to locate the part. He was nice to me.I returned a week later with my receipt for an exchange. A different man greeted me I told why I was in, he walked in back came back a minute later . To say he can't take the purchase back, because I opened the package. Even though the Napa Auto Parts website states that exchanges are allowed, I was treated unfairly because I am a female. I will not be returning to Napa Auto Parts. What am I suppose to do with this parts I can't use.Thanks,KGB

Forgot my wallet with credit cards over the counter and called the store just before closing time to tell them what happened ,and guess what?Don t worry we got your wallet, will wait for you to get here!I was so worried that I didn t get the name of the person that was waiting for my arrival !I m very grateful for that employee.Once again ,thank you very much!C.Fernandex

Went into the store today to find a part. No one was in sight. Found someone stocking parts behind the counter, asked for help but got no response. Someone then walked by with a clipboard, totally ignored me then he went to the back of the store. It must be nice to have so much business that you can ignore customers. Left for another autoparts store.

I called ahead to ask if they had a product in stock. I was informed they did, so I made the drive out there... Upon arriving, I told them what I was looking for, but the lady I was speaking to told me they do not carry it. I explained that I called ahead and was told that they did, at which point the man standing next to her chimed in to tell me that they do have it. He gave her specific instructions on exactly where it is in the back and she went to go get it. He followed her shortly after. Nearly 10 minutes goes by before she finally returns. With an extreme attitude, she informs me that the guy I spoke to on the phone thought I said something else. So I asked her if that meant that they do not have it. "No" she snapped at me... I would have hoped that after their mistake I would have received at least a sorry, a kind word, or even basic respectfulness. Instead all I received was an excuse, attitude, and disrespect. I recently moved, and this was my first time going to this Napa. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I went in for a MAF for my car but they told me they needed a core but that I could just pull it in the parking lot as it takes about 2 minutes to do. it is easy to do, no problem.. I pull the part off and head in for the new one , purchase that one and hand in my core. I head outside and promptly put the new one on and it s defective.I head back in and this super rude and obnoxious lady is now helping me .. she is so put out and bothered that I need to return this thing in five minutes and tells me they don t have another one in stock and it will take another day to come in also that they won t take a return or give me back my old one.She proceeds to take the new defective one to do the exchange for the one that s not even there and leaves me with an incomplete car.Now I m stuck there!Can t drive the car without the part on at all and she refuses to budge.She gives me one option and that was to buy back my old core for $75!! What??Totally unacceptable! And now she won t even just let me take the new one (defective ) so I can leave.I had to physically just grab the part I bought .. and walk out of there with her screaming at me and chasing me to the door like I was a thief.I will NEVER return there! EVER!

Sold me a generic white touch up paint after seeing my car and it looked like in put white out on it ?? Nice of them to return it and send me to dealership for help..

Napa used to be the place to go to for good knowledgeable service and reasonable prices, but over the last few years it seems all the good employees have fled and Napa has lost sight of their customer base and their needs.In all honesty here, their parts and service are no better than anyone else's and not worth the extra drive.

Unfortunately they did not have my part in stock. But they spent a lot of time trying to find a way to make it work for me. I will shop there the next time I need parts.

Some of the most knowledgeable parts reps to be found anywhere in the area. Customer oriented pricing and service. Hard to find parts? They make it easy.
