Highly recommend. After scheduling the inspection to figure out the issue and resolution, Linos was able to get the parts the next day and fix my car. Excellent service at a fair price.

This was my first vist to Lino's Auto Repair. I took my precious 2004 Mercedes convertible in to have the top repaired. I wasn't disappointed. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it at fair price. The repair shop is very clean and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I will take my car back to have the recommended repairs done. I highly recommend Lino's Auto Repair.BL

It s been a couple of months now since I took my Audi Q5 in for a routine oil change. All systems were operating normally when I arrived at Lino s. The mechanic who normally services Audi vehicles was not on duty that week. After 4+ hours of waiting, the car had to be flat-bedded to the Audi dealer in Rancho Mirage because it would not start, according to the young man who was working on the car.Got to the service area of Audi - they found no transmission fluid in the vehicle. That cost me a lot of $$$! Draw your own conclusions. Save your car. Avoid Lino s. SG, Palm Desert.

I have owned my Mercedes CLK500 since it was new and have always had it maintained at the dealer. Recently, I was told that it required almost $6000 of repairs. I was shocked because I had been told months earlier that it was in perfect condition. I took the car to Lino s for a second opinion. They confirmed the work that could be done, provided detailed quotes for all items and, most importantly, identified which items presented risks of safety or further damage/additional expense if not repaired and which were simply signs of age that may never get any worse but should be watched, not repaired. They performed the necessary work perfectly and saved me a substantial sum. I have been using Lino's since I moved to Palm Desert 7 years ago. I find them to be honest, very professional, very fairly priced, but most important, to me, is their integrity. We had a wonderful experience at Lino s today. We had a serious issue with our rear suspension system that popped up over the weekend. I was at their door at opening this morning. They made it a priority for today, ordered the parts and had us back on the road by 2:30!To me that is EXCELLENT service.Please consider them when you have repair needs for your Mercedes.The front desk staff, Christina, and the mechanic were great to work with.Service: Engine repair

My first impression and experience at Lino s was very positive. It s important to me that my SLK 320 is well taken care of And Lino s instilled that confidence with me right from the start. Friendly, professional service and a spotless show room set the tone in a very positive way. My Porsche Cayenne starting acting up would run fine we would stop and when restarted error lights and ran rough. We were heading back home a long two day drive. Called Monday morning after the long weekend and they let me in and managed to find the fault order the parts and the car was ready the next morning.Polite, courteous and good value We were very pleased. A friend had recommended them to us and I would highly recommend Lino to others.

Mercedes GLA250. Always friendly, always punctual, great work. Other reviews who gave them lower stars for pricing must not understand how expensive it is to upkeep a European car. Their pricing for European brands is on-par or better than others in the valley, and I've never had an issue with ANY of the work they've done. i have used Lino's for years now. for my C lass Mercedes, then bought a SLK convertible off their showroom floor. they are very friendly and accomendating to their customers. they have magazines, TV, and coffee or tea available while you wait for your car. they always inform you of the cost prior to doing additional work or call you for approval when they find other problems. Additionally tghey worked on my next 2010 C300, for 4 years and my car I own now an E350 2dr coupe, Mercedes. i wouldn't change and use anyone else (except the dealer). I take both of my vehicles (XC60 & 1999 SL500) to have them serviced. Recently had an emergency with the Mercedes and they really took care of me in a timely fashion! I took my wife's car to Lino's with three small issues. I picked the car up two weeks later and had a $2600.00 bill. They never called with an estimate. Each time I called they were rude. None of the three items were fixed. I won't make the same mistake twice

Took my 2012 CLS 550 MB in to diagnose broken driver chair. Paid $100 it's the motor... Ok... So pls order one call me? How much $100.. Ok... Appt set car brought back left all day returned got it back said it's the motor??? Hello?? They just repeated my problem? So $200 to hear what it needs 2 times??? Apparently they were confused don't have time for this kind of hand holding this wasn't a huge problem imagine if it was!! Sorry try others European motors awesome... :) The owner is obviously burnt out.. Use to be a Valley mechanic his mistake was lack of caring truly. Paying attention?
