Super fast. I get there when they open and they are done before I know it. Pricing that feels fair. Good people. Easy five stars. I have been getting my oil changed here for a long time and I will continue to.

Abby was a great service technician who helped me understand everything I was going to receive, as far as service and informed me of future opportunities for service to my car; that will be needed in the near future. I felt well cared for and will be scheduling service to my car again, soon!

I usually get my oil changed at this location. My engine light had come on and I knew my suspension was ready to be replaced so I went in and asked if they could do that job along with the oil change. They were able to and gave me an estimate that was much better than I expected. John, the mechanic, communicated what needed to be done to solve my issues. Along with the store manager, Jesse, they were able to get the needed parts and complete the job in a timely manner. They are a great team. I ll definitely be back for my automotive repair and maintenance needs. It was so convenient and right next to a Starbucks where I was able to hang out comfortably. This is a good group and I highly recommend them. Plus they are so nice and kind to this older lady who knows very little about cars.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I arrived there probably in the afternoon. They were busy. It was a nice day so I waited, it wasn't too long. I told the gentleman that I had a coupon and my phone died. Well lo and behold it was a great experience he honored my coupon and gave me a great deal. I would go there again. I also would refer anybody who would need an oil change to go there as well. If you think that you may not have enough money you never know. I initially thought I didn't have enough money. It never hurts to ask. They worked with me, it was awesome. I am a happy customer. I came for a 51 dollar oil change. I let them up sell my on two Honda civic air filters. Now I'm paying 140 dollars.I'll stick to changing the oil myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I would not recommend jiffy lube and will not be revisiting. I did get the signature service oil change so I won't complain about that. ($13.99 a quart for Pennzoil which is ridiculous.) I don't have trouble paying for things nowadays but when I got home I looked at the bill and I saw that I was charged $47.99 for a cabin filter. Cabin filters do not cost $50. I was able to use two coupons which I guess makes it okay? But $143 for an oil change and a cabin filter is completely ridiculous. I own a business and have four vehicles. I will not be taking them to jiffy lube. I don't even get charged that much at the dealer when I bring them. Completely ridiculous.Service: Oil change

John and Jesus were amazing and had exceptional customer service, and definitely appreciated them explaining to me the different components of my a/c unit they had to fix, especially since i know next to nothing about cars. Jiffy Lube on Washington St. in Palm Desert is a great place to have your oil change or any work done on your car. its a very pleasant place, and very friendly, and they explain to you what your car needs and price up front. they do an awesome job and fast.

I called ahead and asked about getting a service done and I was quoted a price and an estimated time of how long it would take. I was told if I came right then it would take about 40 minutes. I quickly got there and was quoted again about 40-50 minutes. I patiently sat and waited and 40 MINUTES LATER, I was told that the gentleman working had an emergency and left. And that they would get started on it now. As in they hadn t already started 40 minutes later and that it would take at least an hour to get done also the guy who was working on it who had an emergency was still there working on something else. I had somewhere to be so I was unable to stay. It was a complete waste of my time and I will never go back to this location because they lie for no reason.

Asked for an oil change and filter. They proceeded to do nothing but try to find add-on s to jack up an already over-priced oil change. In addition, they screwed up my tire pressure on all four tires using air instead of nitrogen. I had to go to the dealer after the oil change, to correct that problem.

I was pleased I only had to wait 10 mins before I was guided into a bay. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. It was another 15 mins before I was asked what service I would like (oil type and filter change). The car was done and driven out of the bay 15 mins later. Then I waited 20 mins before I could pay and leave. So much for Jiffy service.

Thanks to the team at Jiffy Lube Washington Street in Palm Desert. Jesse and his team, Stevie and Adriana, provided some of the best customer service I ve seen in years. Direct and honest without being pushy this is good for sales too!!It feels like a local shop and they have my back. Really appreciate this crew! I ll be back next 3K miles

My oil change light came on, and with the lack of time I could not do it myself. I decided to make a stop at the Jiffy Lube to see if they could service my car. This location was able to take me in right away, and was able to complete the oil change quickly. I have been using this Jiffy Lube for years and it has always been OK but not something you would look forward to. I went there today for my regular service and was most pleasantly surprised by the new team and new management! Not only friendly and knowledgeable, but honest. Alerted me to a possible problem, but no attempt to upsell and helped me develop a plan to monitor it. Never thought I would be recommending an oil change place, but here I am. Outstanding service. From the minute you drive in, the technicians are at your service. They are friendly, professional, and thorough. I went to this Jiffy Lube to get my car a synthetic oil change. Air in tires was checked, windows were washed, all fluids were checked, the battery was checked. The battery charge was very low and I had been worried about it. This next week I will be back at Jiffy for new battery and to get the transmission fluid changed. This desert heat is so hard on engines. I am also getting new air filter and cabin filter installed. They offer so many products and services while you stay with your car the whole time. A coupon was applied to the cost of the oil change and I didn't have a coupon; they just applied it. This is the only place I will bring my car for all services they provide. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change
