Needed the group 31 chassis batteries replaced in my motorhome. They were able to come to my site at the RV park. Had the new batteries installed within about 2 hours of first calling them. Steve the tech was great. Thanks.

Great service, had 4 extreme cycle golf cart that I needed for my RV. Took my old ones out of my jeep, and loaded the new ones in. The last set of these lasted 6 1/2 years. Don't bother with costco, just go buy some good batteries for about 25 bucks more each. Gave me a great deal as i needed 4. These are the best deep cycle that Interstate makes. Highly recommend the batteries and the service at the store.

Their customer service is AWFUL. Don t waste your time and or money. Definitely other places around the desert with way better customer service. I m not lucky to buy a battery, your lucky to still be in business with the doors locked in the middle of the business day and a trash attitude.

I have given this place a try 3 times and each time the customer service is HORRIBLE! The guy there is rude and acts like he hates his job. They wanted to charge me 200 dollars I went to another distributor and it only cost 156 for the same battery and free install. I like the Interstate Battery but this location almost made me. change batteries instead I changed who O bought it from. Skip this place and find another seller.

What an amazing little franchise in the Coachella Valley. These guys saved my rear end last year and came out to me with a hard to get battery. I stopped by today with a customer car and they had me changed out with a brand new battery in less than 15 minutes! The young man who assisted me has been there for over 8 years. That says something, Thanks to all the Palm Desert Interstate Battery

Took dead 6 month old interstate battery out of my Van. Staff told me they charged and tested it. Said it s fine it s not the battery so they didn t have to warranty.Put back in the truck dead. Took it to another interstate battery dealer . They tested battery is shot. They replace Van runs great.Not sure if they just didn t want to warranty or just don t know what they are doing. I do not recommend this place.

Friendliest staff of any battery shop. I thought my batteries were shot. They suggested charging and testing them before selling me new batteries for my golf cart. After a day and a half they were able to save my batteries. I couldn't believe how honorable they were when I was ready to my new batteries. I guarantee when I do need new batteries, I will only buy Interstate batteries from this store. It is refreshing to find an honest and low pressure sales environment.

Purchased a battery from them shortly after they opened. Several years later I arrived (from out of town) to to a dead battery. They came right over, within the hour, tested my battery and replaced it with a new one and warranted the old one.Here we are again, same scenario a few years later with the same results. They recommended that I take the trickle charger I had purchased out of the box that was sitting on a shelf and actually use it.Very professional, friendly and have saved me twice over the years. My first battery call.

I bought a battery less than a year ago it went badd and they said they only warranty their battery 6 months. I have for cars with over a 120000 miles and live in the desert and have bought many batteries throughout my life and never once have I seen someone only warranty a battery for 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go to Costco or somewhere else that actually backs you up before you buy this junk from these people.

I had an appointment today to get the batteries in my RV replaced. Showed up and was told that one of the guys had to leave earlier and the only other guy working there couldn't close the shop to replace the batteries. So I drove my huge RV there for nothing because they didn't have the courtesy to call and reschedule. The guy working there didn't seem to care and didn't apologize. Given the choices, I decided to buy the batteries replace them myself.( Rescheduling and having this happen again seemed possible.) Then he told me their dolly was missing so I had to hand carry both batteries to my RV parked in the Sam's lot because their parking area was too small for my RV to fit. Again, the guy at the shop could care less. Huge waste of my time and a trip in my RV that was totally unnecessary.

Needed a new battery and would not turn off my car because " jumped battery" might not star again... Called Interstate in Palm Desert and within 15 minutes Jose replaced my Interstate Batter with a new battery and I was on my way. Never ever could I have imagined a small storefront business could be so efficient and great pricing too.

Friendly staff, tested my car battery quickly for free, it was no good. They recommended 2 batteries, installed new battery and got me out quickly.
