Best service in the valley they had my Honda fit, fixed up and ready to go in less than a week and put extreme detail and care into the work on my car and the parts that were used. Will be coming here for every repair issue I have in the future. Gerber is the best. You can leave your car there every time knowing that you re getting the best quality work done on your vehicle. 10 Stars

Gerber did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. Lee made it very easy from the beginning. Adrian kept in constant contact and they were able to complete my repairs more than a week ahead of schedule. They returned my car looking fabulous and even cleaned not only the outside but the inside as well. Highly recommend!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It doesn t take much to please me and this place made me feel like I was pampered!! I am absolutely amazed at how sweet all the staff are, they treated my daughter and I with the upmost respect. My car came back looking like it never even had any damage, and they went above and beyond! I have never seen a business such as fine as this one! I selected Gerber because they are on the list of approved shops for State Farm and I needed some significant body work after being rear-ended on the freeway. These guys are awesome, so glad I chose them. From the awesome customer service in the front (Rita) to the estimator. Although it was slightly concerning that John Long is a Cowboys fan (haha), he looked past my Green Bay Packer heritage and hooked my Jeep right up! The excellent, courteous, respectful and professional customer service I received was better than I expected. They didn't hesitate to go the extra mile for me as their customer. All the staff is very professional, welcoming, respectful and knowledgeable. The paint job on my car is simply outstanding... It looks just like when I first got it from the dealership when it was new!!!!They explained to me very clearly the process of fixing my car. I was amazed at how fast and what a great job your team did. I could not believe you completed the work 3 days early.I will recommend International Auto Crafters in Palm Desert without any doubt."

My car had damage that required a new rear door. Repairs were started as soon as the insurance approved the claim and were completed within the estimated time. When I jpicked up my car, it was perfect. I am very pleased with the service and the fact that I was kept informed daily about the progress of repairs.
