Had a phenomenal experience with this company. I originally Bumper Specialist because they do a lot of work for Indigo Auto Group - Desert European Motors. So I knew the quality had to be there. They are a family owned local business and the service was top notch. There were no surprises or hidden charges. And most importantly.....the body work was amazing....great finished product.

I put a small dent in my relatively new car. Bumper Specialist repaired it. The repair and color match are perfect. The work was completed on time and their charge was well below the other body shop's estimate. They are easy to work with, friendly and professional. Definitely recommended.

Back in March of 2022 after we had gone shopping in our 2020 Raptor, my Wife noticed some scratches on the doors on the passenger side. It looked like it could have been keyed. I had Ceramic Pro of Palm Desert coat the Raptor as soon as we purchased it. Jesus and Brittany are the owners, and I knew that they also had an auto body repair shop run by Jesus' sister Wendi. I contacted my insurance and told them where I wanted to take it. My agent said it was not one of the locations on their list, but that they had heard great reviews about them.Working with Wendi was great! She took some pictures and made all the connections with my insurance. Their quote was very reasonable, and my insurance commented on that. I did not have to do anything. The work was completed on 4-6-22. They had my Raptor for only 2 days, and the work was fantastic. Color match was perfect. I highly recommend any automotive repairs to be done by them, Bumper Specialist. Look at the pictures of the finished work.... beautiful!Service: Painting

What a great find ! I had a minor roll, into a table which pushed in part of my grill and a headlight. I also had a few scratches. Since I was borrowing the car, I searched out bumper repair places nearby. The Bumper Specialists had great reviews and deservidly so!! They were quick, thorough and not expensive. Would highly recommend this company !!

We took delivery of our new 2021 Porsche 992 in December. After a few weeks of ownership we noticed a small dent in the middle of the front lower bumper and spoiler which we still have no idea how it happened. We were recommended by an associate to take it to Jesus & Wendi at Bumper Specialist. We are so happy we did...They gave us an estimate which was very reasonable. We made an appointment dropping it off in the early morning Tuesday to pick it up Thursday afternoon. An unexpected rain storm happened on Thursday & Friday. We did not want to pick it up in the rain. Jesus & Wendi were more than accommodating by keeping our vehicle in the shop for the weekend. We picked it up on Monday. The quality of the work was the best. Just like it never happened. We highly recommend these two professionals who went well beyond any body repair shop we have dealt with in the past. Jesus is a true professional!!! Highly recommend him and his team! I got a huge bumper scratches on my Mercedes and after Jesus work it looks even better than new!! I just had my front bumper scratch and dent repaired by Bumper Specialists and couldn't be happier. They did an excellent job at a very competitive price and quick turnaround. Wendy, at the front desk, was so pleasant, helpful and informative-it was a total pleasure working with her. Their price was half the price of some of their competitors in the valley and they completed the job a day ahead of schedule. They even sanitized my whole car before and after work was performed and everyone wore a mask. Highly recommend without hesitation and I'm so glad I found them (recommended by my dealer). My rear bumper was ripped off my car by a Walmart truck and I got blamed I had no money and called the bumper specialist he put it back on new clips and told me I only had to pay what I could afford. They were fast and very compassionate I will always go there. They are wonderful

I am very happy with the service I received on my car. I had pulled my bumper partially off of my car, so I took my car to Bumper Specialist & Auto Care. They didn't try to sell me a new bumper. They were able to reattach my bumper and it looks beautiful! They did such a great job. They also didn't charge me anything! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing services they offer.Service: Body & Trim

My truck had damage to hood, cabin and rear bumper from a driverless accident. Jesus was recommended to me by my auto mechanic and I feel lucky to have found him. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I was more than pleased with the quality of work. My truck looked like a new truck when I picked it up and I got compliments from some friends after seeing the repair work. It was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in. The shop is not big but the quality of work done is high. Highly recommend!! I ve taken my Porsche there twice, once to touch up the bumper and the other to paint my rims. Both jobs turned out perfectly! Wendy and Jesus are extremely nice and knowledgeable. It is always great to find a business who delivers everything it promises. We had a bad gouge on our 2009 MDX front fender. While fixing the body work would not be a problem, matching the paint was a worry. The car only has 45,000 miles and has been garaged but for sure it had faded some. The paint was a two stage clear coat originally and that is what worried me. Jesus greeted me quickly, looked at the damage, did some computer research and gave me an estimate in under 15 minutes from the time I opened the door. amazing. We made an appointment and picked the car up on the date promised. The gouge was gone and the paint matched perfectly. Impossible to tell it had been fixed. So don't think they only do bumpers. I cannot recommend it any higher.

Jesus and his team at Bumper Specialist do amazing work. I was referred to them and was told of how good their work was. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend going to their shop , not only for your bumper repair , but other work that demands excellent quality.

I brought my Discovery Sport in today for an estimate to have the bumper fixed and was greeted by Jesus the owner who remembered my name as soon as I came in. I was amazed he could remember me from such a long time ago. I had taken my Acura in over a year ago to have the bumper fixed, which by the way they did an incredible job on that too. I know they will do a great job again. This is the best place to have your auto repaired!

Just got my SUV back and it looks terrific. Had a few big dents on the top above the passenger side front door that my usual PDR guy could not repair. He highly recommended Bumper Specialist to do the work. Jesus quoted me a fair price and the work was done on time as promised. They even washed and waxed the vehicle before I went over to pick it up. Fantastic service!

I can t believe the professionalism of these people! My car was going to be late due to a power outage, and they offered to pay my rental car for the extra days. When I told them that was not necessary, they took the amount off my bill anyway! Not only that but the day before I was supposed to pick the car up they called to tell me that the job has not come out as good as they would like and asked if I were willing to leave it for two more days. Of course I said yes, and when I picked it up it was absolutely gorgeous. Look no further, you have found the best body shop in the Coachella Valley!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bottom line up front: Courteous, fast, and quality repair at a great price.Days before I was scheduled to hand over the keys to a new buyer, l dinged up my tailgate. It was beyond paintless dent repair and J�sus at Bumper Specialist was recommended to me.I dropped off the tailgate on Monday and by Thursday it was installed good as new. I was impressed by the quick turnaround and how friendly everyone in the shop was. The price was the best in the area. I would not hesitate to come here again (though if I do, I hope it's for custom work and not repairs).

I did a Google search for a body repair shop and read the good reviews and gave Bumper Specialist a call. I took my car in and I was greeted pleasantly by Jesus who looked at my flapping bumper panel, got some tools, readjusted the light and reconnected the bumper securely. All fixed....and No CHARGE! My goodness what a pleasant surprise!Don't hesitate to take your car here.

I have just brought both of my Jaguars to Bumper Specialist & Auto Care LLC. This body shop is the best. Don't get ripped off down the street. Let Jesus snd Wendy kindly treat you fair. I'm super picky and this team will dial you in. When you stop by to meet the team. You will notice , porsches, bently and jaguar in for paint work and buffing. Smaller shops are better and have less over-head. It took me years to find these guys. In fact my buddies from Los angles drive out here to drop their car off for paint work. The pricing and quality is second to none.

I Have a 57Chevy BelAir Hardtop for which The Bumper Specialist inPalm Desert repaired the body and painted Hood,left front fender and drivers door. They matched the existing paint so well. the car looks better than ever.They also repaired the custom cover I had over the radiator. I am very pleasewith their workman ship and cleanliness and time they did to finish their work. I would highly recommed them for any repairs.Lynda Haines

These guys were great! My friend's front bumper on her Volvo got damaged as it was offloading a tow dolley. The bottom of the bumper got caught on the dolly itself and almost ripped half the bumper off. Afterwards, the bumper was hanging loose on the passenger side. Pulled in there today (6-30-15) with my friend and the guys there had us pull around back. We figured they were just going to put it on a lift or something to do an estimate. Nope. They repaired the damage there on the spot in probably less than ten minutes. They never gave me an estimate, so I was slightly worried. When they came back with $30.00, I was blown away. Happily handed them the cash, and we were on our way. This place rocks!

Fast honest service!! Really appreciated not being ripped, bumper problems dont come up often but if i ever need bumper or body work this is the first place im calling in the Coachella Valley!!
