My insurance mercury picked this shop for me . They were able to towed the vehiclefrom my home to the shop at no extra cost. Afterwards I was given a quote to see if I would like to continue with getting my car fix. I approve it and today I was able to pick up my car. I m grateful for everyone s patience. Shabir looked over the vehicle with me before I left to review all the parts they put in and all the factory inspections that were done to the vehicle.I appreciate everyone from the front desk who dealt with all my questions to the auto collision team that put in the work to get my vehicle up and running again. Keith personally called me to tell me my vehicle was ready and gave me a rundown of everything that was done.

Keith, the manager of this store owes me $180. I ve taken more than one car and had a great experience but for some reason asking for a refund of funds is difficult for them. Having to chase after them is really disappointing and disrespectful. I ve emailed him 3 times then got a response with nothing but a send me a mailing address as a response and now I m chasing him again. I truly don t care how busy he is. Like most, you are only good as the money you owe him and his company. Thanks Keith!Update- took this posting to get the company send me a check. Thanks for being complete POS people. When I owe money to people I pay them without being chased.

These were very professional and kept me informed of the status of my car's progress. When I had to take it back for a little touch up, they were very informative and quick to get the job done. Keith was great. I was from out of town and had damage to my hatch. Keith took the time to confirm my latch was not compromised so we could make our trip back to Illinois. He also gave me a verbal estimate, knowing we would get it fixed after we return home. It was humorous that my last name is the same as Ben and Brett.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!! Literally this is the ONLY PLACE i trust with my car issues! I have AAA insurance and the first time they recommended me to them, i saw the work they did on my car and seriously i dont trust anybody else!People are very nice here. They have coffee, bathrooms, and its organized and clean!Very professional!!!!! I highly recommend them...and i drive a brand new mercedes E-Class...

I can t say enough great things about Keith and the rest of the staff there a Ben Clymer s. They are very professional, and always answered my questions when I had one. I knew going into this that getting my Tesla model S fixed would take a while just based on how slow Tesla is at sending parts out. I think the amount of time that I waited was both reasonable and acceptable.I typically do not leave reviews, however, not only does my car look brand new now, all of the parts actually align tighter and better than when the car was new from the Tesla factory itself. Great place!!

They did a great job, alas there are a few issues that needs to be addressed. But other than that, they do great work. The entire under carriage with excessive damage to transmission, oil pan, radiator wasDamaged. 11k in repairs

Stay away from this place. They told me they were replacing my bumper then did the estimate and said repairing the bumper. Be honest and upfront.

I m not sure how many stars to or not to give . I m giving at least 2 because everyone I ve spoken to there has been very nice. I went in there a couple months ago to get a quote (I was referred here and was looking forward to the hood service I was told they had). I was asked to go get my car washed to they could see what the damage was. I did that and then Keith (big dude with an epic beard) came out and took a good amount of pictures. The said I should have a quote in a day or so. After a few weeks had gone by I called and they said sorry they had been busy and would email me asap. That was a month ago now. I went in there today and talked to Keith and he said what s your last name, I told him and he said yeah, I ve got everything right here. He reconfirmed my email which was correct and said give me an hour and I ll have the quote out to you. Hindsight I should have just stayed there and waited but I have my 3 year old in the car and it was getting close to nap time. Needless to say that s was 9 hours ago and I have still not received an email. Not sure I ll use these guys in the future .. what does it take to actually get a call back or an email with a quote after you have pictures and my information. I get it, you guys don t need my business because you re soooo busy but damn. Good customer service goes a long way. Maybe one day I ll get my quote

Was never contacted back after trying to get a response multiple times, I contacted Keith last Monday about getting our bumper fixed after a collision, Keith asked that I send pictures and Vin info over to his email, after waiting a few days for a response I called back to see if my email went through, they stated oh we have it right here, give us 15 minutes to respond with a quote . That was several days ago, still have not heard anything. I ve since moved on and found another shop, disappointed because my mom went here a few years back and her experience was wonderful which is why I chose them for our repair. Giving 2 stars because at least everyone I spoke with was polite.

This is by far the best body shop! The customer service at Ben Clymers s is excellent and that is an understatement. They kept me in the loop with my repairs and were very friendly all along the way; From the manager to the technicians they were all great. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and important. The prices are very fair and the repairs they did to the car superseded our expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and as for my family we will not go anywhere else!Thanks so much for the honesty and care you provided my family.

You can't go to a better auto body shop...! I was so glad I was referred to Keith (General Manager) @ Ben Clymer's Auto Body , located in Palm Desert, CA. They were extremely professional and the work completed on my car was perfect...! I was even periodically contacted by Keith for each step that was taken from start to finish. I am very meticulous with my vehicles and was very impressed with their work, especially the paint matching of the car. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else..!

Mary the receptionist and Keith the Mgr of the shop are very respectful and professional. They did a awesome job on my vehicle. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations which are very high I might add. Great work and if anyone out there needs body work on a vehicle,I definitely recommend Ben Clymers in Palm Desert world class people and customer service! Thank you.

Another car hit us in a parking lot and we had some serious damage on most of the right side, including the high tech mirror.Just picked up the car from Ben Clymer s and it looks better than when it was brand new! Excellent results!Mary (office) is great to work with. The owner Brett was amazing his customer service is the best at any auto body shop I've ever seen. Likewise his staff was great, the only con if any would have to be the lengthy process it took for me to get my vehicle back. I'll still give a 5 star rating due to the fact that Brett and his uncle did everything in their power to make my car there priority. There was a few delays and my vehicle did not get back to me until 6 weeks later but in the end it was all worth it. My vehicle looked brand new like the day it rolled off the lot, these painters that they have I give them a 10 in quality. I've been to the so called self proclaimed best auto body shops of the Coachella Valley, case in point (Jacks auto body, Caliber Collision , and a few others but there's none like Ben Clymers in paint quality and customer service quality you can't beat that. The genuine attitude I found here at Ben Clymers was Phenomenal, and the Clymers were truly professional and treated me like I was family. They are loving and kind people, and whoever needs auto body work done on their vehicles this is the place you'd want to be at.

Generally, being involved in a collision is a negative experience. While I would rather not have had a collision, the positive interactions and amazing treatment I received from Ben Clymer s staff, far outweighed any negative trauma the accident caused. The guys were respectful and courteous. They kept me informed. They arranged the rental car pick up and drop off. This was all wonderful and then I saw my repaired car! It was like a brand new, off the lot, vehicle. It s pristine! I cannot praise Ben Clymer s staff enough from start to finish. Thank you guys, for making a situation that could have been horrible...an actual pleasant and positive experience!

Hands Down! 5 stars, from the moment I entered the building Fantastic Customer Service, Friendly, Explained In Detailed the process from start to finish, Communicated well on the duration through out the days my vehicle was worked on. And got back the vehicle in pristine condition with a total wash and polish. Mechanics great, Front Office great, The Work great. Thanks Guys!

The first thing that impressed us was being able to get a hold of Bryan by phone at the time of the accident. He told us exactly what to do. Our car was towed to the shop, and he arranged for a rental car for us that we picked up that same day. My car was repaired within 2-1/2 weeks with factory parts. A very professional company to work with and the quality of the work was impecable. Ben Clymer's The Body Shop is the only place to have your car fixed!

Back in 2016 at their spider Lane location in Palm desert they did some cosmetic repairs after an auto collision.I've had other cars over the years repaired by other Auto repair companies they always do the cosmetic as well as the mechanical repairs caused by the collision.Ben clymer's did not, and this was evident about 18 months after I took it in I went to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle for a routine service and they notified me at the engine mounts were broke and there were other damage under the hood and the exhaust.I know they weren't lying because all this was covered under the warranty,I have to admit I didn't tell him the vehicle had ever been in accident but I know these damages were resolved of the accident and should have been repaired by Ben clymer.Services: Exhaust, Body & Trim

I've had my vehicle worked on twice at this location and on both occasions have received nothing but 5-star service. So far things aren t turning out so good for us, we dropped off our car on Monday, March 02. And we re told our car be ready in 2 weeks. It s 2 weeks and 14 days. We trusted they would have it ready, We decided to go and talk to them in person on 03/20/20, and to get to the bottom of this. The office was close, now my car is on the back building with two windows removed and parts of my car removed as well. And it seems no one even cared to leave it unattended with chances of strangers vandalizing my car.

Worst experience took months for my car to be done, then the job didnt get done right. My car left with over spray on the leather seats.Unfinished work, and when questioned they never return phone calls, blocked my number.Will never come here again, I'm still shocked my insurance sent my car here. Never again worst experience and service ever.

Professional and friendly. Estimated time they gave us for our car to be ready was on track. Very happy with the work done on our car, they even had it washed! Definitely recommend them.

Had my 2012 Honda Civic repaired at this shop, and I could not have been more pleased with the results. My car looks brand new!! Thank you Ben Clymer's the body shop I will recommend you to all who knew body work done on their cars...

The best auto body! Jim came right out and popped my bumper back in the place he said have a happy Thanksgiving and didn t even charge me even though I offered exclamation I would come back here again and again. They are the best

Customer service was fantastic, the manager Ken was great to deal with as was the front office staff. They did terrific work and kept to the timetable we agreed upon. Will definitely be bringing any future work to them.
