Melissa A went above and beyond for me, she measured my radiator so I could get the correct one, this young lady deserves a raise, she's very friendly, courteous and a all around great asset to your company.

I'm handicapped and it was hard for me to get out of my car due to a recent surgery. I seen George an employee there walking back into work and I asked him if he could possibly buy the item I needed and with no hesitation right away he asked what I needed and he went in bought the item I needed. That's an example of true customer service. He went far and beyond. Thanks George.

I m a snowbird so only visit Auto Zone seasonally and all of my visits have been good ones. Recently, I had a check engine light come on so went to. Auto Zone for an analysis with their equipment. A young man named Hector waited on me and from my first question until he showed me the results he was a gentleman. I m a senior and remember clearly this kind of treatment that seems far less common today. Am I old and grumpy-nope, just lucky enough to still have my memory. My hat is off to Hector and Monterey Auto Zone.

AutoZone was cool. My niece needed a battery for her car key fob. We were in a hurry. The item was right next to the cash register. The clerk looked up the size and basically changed it for us. #GoAutoZone

All of the employee that work here are very helpful and polite :) . Angel was super sweet and helpful :) The second I asked for his help he went straight out to my car with a smile on his face :) This is my new favorite AutoZone ! Thanks :)

Great service. I had a issue where I forgot up pick up something I order and it was sent back to the warehouse but no issue. I had my receipt and they reordered and even help me replace. Thanks Auto Zone

Love AutoZone and the helpful staff. I use to get my car stuff at Walmart. Big mistake. AutoZone is cheaper and you get great help!

If i could give 10 Stars i would!! My family & are are traveling from NorCal and had a failed Trailer bearing. I called 10 min before close on Christmas Eve & Jose Serrano answered. He was EXTREMELY Helpful & got me the parts needed to get back on the road. Thank you so Much Jose for going WAY Above & Beyond!! Merry Christmas!

The employees here are super helpful and for me that's important. I can't tell you how intimidated I feel when I walk into an auto parts store, but the staff will actually approach me and ask if I need anything. How rare is that!

Very friendly staff. Last time I went their I couldn't get my hood open. One of the girls their helped me get it open. (The hood latch was stuck some how and it took a long screw driver and lots of patience to pop it) I wish I could remember her name so she could get noticed for her hard work.

My mom and I came here to get our car battery replaced. The entire process from checking out to replacement was so easy and quick. We were there for about 10-15 minutes and left after the replacement was done. The cashier and the guy (didn't catch their names unfortunately) who replaced our battery were helpful, professional, and kind. Also we called a couple of places and asked for car battery replacement quotes in the valley which were pretty pricey, but Autozone had reasonable prices and the wait time was so short. My mom and I had such a great experience, thank you for taking care of us!

Went in to get a refrigerant for my a/c and a new air filter since it's getting extremely hott now where I live. The refrigerant seemed easy enough to work and use and the air filter fit great. Very friendly and helpful staff

I purchased a car wash brush and a gallon of window washer fluid, but I walk with a cane and I was trying to figure out how to make just one trip when the clerk said oh let me help you, and took my items out to the car and put them in the passenger seat. This was a kind gesture and you can be sure that I will go back.

This happened around 10:00 am. I was just gonna show a girl at the counter a can of a WD-40 and I was gonna ask my question will this help to roll up my car window cuz it s not going up. Maybe she miss understood what I was trying to explain but I saw clear her behavior was in-appropriate. In other words; I can understand she might ve not understood what I was gonna do and she respectfully spoke back to me. I m not satisfied at all!!

Made an online order for pick up thinking it would be faster. My order said it was in stock and available. Get a phone call later from autozone saying one or my items was not in stock. I had to get something different than what I wanted. Go to the store and experienced several customer service failures that I thought I would avoid by ordering online. This store is closer to me however; it is not worth the hassle and will drive to Orileys that is further away.

Living in the desert wiper blades need often to be replaced with little use. This is why I stopped at the local AutoZone. But this is when the service went to the next level. Carla greeted me and helped me get the right blades, but she did not stop there. Without me asking she went out got the old blades to compare and then replaced them for. Outstanding service!

I did bought a salvage car. It needed a light inspections, it took me a couple of visit to a professionals called!.. without any results.I walked in to The Store, located in Monterey avenue; immediately, Melissa, gave me a welcoming eye contact, expressed my concern, she walked out to inspect my car. Did no took her 5 minutes to FIX a what I call; Easy Fix!!!EASY FIX!.. that needed some one who cares.Thank You. So much! Melissa you are my hero.

I purchased a windshield wiper blade from auto zone. Went home and could not replace. Went back to Auto Zone on Monterey and Melissa very kindly did it for me. She was wonderful and would not take a tip. She is a wonderful employee.

My sons check engine light came on , I visited this location and was greeted and helped by your employee Melissa who was very helpful. Helped with figuring out my problem & even showed us how to fix it. Excellent Customer service I will be definitely keep coming back for all my car needs

I have 13 vehicles that no one gets to touch but me. I go to this location because everyone there knows their stuff. Everyone there is happy to help, not afraid to walk away from the computer, and are willing to listen without trying to force you to purchase the most expensive part on the shelf because someone didn't have the foresight to reorder. If they don't have it, they will get it to you, usually in one to two days. I've never had a bad experience with that location.

the heavier-set Hispanic woman who is a manager there is always in a bad mood is rude to myself and everyone else I know that goes there save your time go to carquest in cathedral City much nicer people customer service means more to me then a few extra miles the manger will talk down to you and act as if you were bothering her
