I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing a car here...and wanted to share. I would not hesitate to shop and buy here again. Everything is legitimate and they truly just want you to get the car you want. I went in with my daughter and met Sunny and his wife, and they basically treated us like family. Helpful, giving, no pressure, just happy to help and make sure we were well taken care of.I didn't buy on day one...no pressure there. Came back the next day and I wanted to test drive...car was waiting and no problem to drive it. It was a pre-owned car so I asked if I could take it for a third party inspection...again, no problem there!Sunny was easy and great and just wanted me to be happy. And everything he said he would do in the deal for the price he did. No questions asked. No games. He loves cars and wants you to love your car.I wanted to finance the purchase and was concerned about getting the best rate and being treated well...I usually shop at car name dealerships, like Mercedes or BMW dealers, etc, so didn't know what to expect when it came to doing the actual financing/paperwork... But when it was time...I was so excited to see Mike there managing the finance department, who is a well known and trusted finance manager and car dealership manager in the Desert....who had processed other financing deals for me in the past, such as at Infiniti, etc. So, I was so happy to see him there and knew I'd get the best rate and no funny business. He is a 100% stand up guy with solid reputation and you are in the best hands letting Mike manage the financing and paperwork.So bottom line, if they've got the car you like, go in and test drive and enjoy! You'll be well taken care of and if you need anything or have any concerns about the car, just ask Sunny and he'll do whatever he can to answer your questions and help. I actually saw him do this with many customers, not just me. Really great experience.

My son bought his first car from here. Everything was great car was awesome but did need an air compressor and they had ordered it already but we would have to bring the car back for 1 day for them to fix it and customer service was great the next day the car wouldn t start when my son was on his way home..I bought a battery and the car dealership is to reimburse me 2 days later the car started driving weird and a light came on in the dash turned out it is a miss fire..my son and husband took off the spark plugs and it was covered in gas called the dealership and they said they will fix it when we bring it in for the ac. My son had his car for 4 days and it went back to the dealer and they have had it for 3 weeks now and it is still not done..they give me a day for it to be done and it keeps changing after 3 weeks my son is mad at this whole situation so my husband talked to them and now it should be done Monday. The dealership is now getting irritated and upset with my son and now my husband because we want to know when car will be fixed and 3 weeks is long enough and dealer tells us that he is not going to rush his machanic to get the job done and we need to be paitient because we bought a used car and he is doing us a favor in fixing it .

Bought our low mileage Panamera GTS in July and makes driving even to the grocery store exciting Roni and the owner were a pleasure to work with and delivery almost 2k miles away was a breeze. Highly recommended

BUYER BEWARE!! We recently purchased a car from this dealer. We specifically asked if he had done any inspections on the car, because if he hadn't, we wanted to take it to a mechanic to check out before purchasing. He said yes, he had it inspected. We bought the car. A few weeks later we get a call that they forgot to smog could we bring it in. So we did,.asked him again, are you sure this car was inspected because it wasn't smogged. He said yes. A couple weeks later, driving down the freeway, the oil light comes on. I stop and put oil in, light goes off, drive home. Husband checks car and notices a few things, among them gunk in the radiator. We call, told to bring in the car, turns out we are over the warranty by 300 miles and then we were blamed for the serious issues this car has. It needs a new engine. First he accused us of driving it hot, then he said we over filled the oil and that caused this to need a new engine. We spoke to 3 mechanics. We were sold a bad car and they we not willing to make it right. They are liars. RUN AWAY FAST!

Recently purchased a 2011 BMW 128i And what an amazing experience I ve had at Desert auto. Sonny and Ronnie help me not just with what I wanted but Also gave me everything that I needed about the car. They re amazing and great people, honest and generous with freebies as well. So five stars! Two thumbs up! Hats down! Everything is just so amazing I d recommend this to my family and friends 100

I don t usually post but I think when good people give good service, we should recognize it.I went to Auto Desert with a friend to look for him a new car. I happened to stumble upon a beautiful car that I wanted as a kid, and even had a model of.I asked to look at it and and permission was granted. I most definitely fell in love with the car. I mentioned that it wasn t in my price range and tried to move on. Unexpectedly, Sonny said well we can work within your price range. Long story short, they came down off of the price to fit within my price range. I ve never been to a dealer that would ever do that.Not only is this a great lot with tons of options, it s great people that become your friends.I highly recommend this place. Ask for Roni or Sonny!

5 stars company !! The best deal! I was trying to sell my leased car. There were so many offers, ( too many ) and the buyers sent inspector always gave me a lower price which we didn t like ( well.. who would ?) , but Bob from Auto Desert gave me the best offer on the phone and honestly fulffiled his words. It only took me 1 day to get rid of my leases. He took care of everything. The place was super clean and they follow Covid regulations.

Wow! What a memorable customer service experience. The team (especially Roni!) at Auto Desert was friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible - everything you could possibly want when purchasing a new vehicle. I don t think I ve ever really had fun at a dealership, so this was a new experience. I love my new ride and will definitely go back to AD when I m ready to trade up. Five stars, I highly recommend!

I had a great car buying experience. I was able to get a great interest rate and was able to get the car lower than market value. I had gone to three other dealerships prior to this and no one else was able to match the price and low mileage of a used car. I would definitely recommend Auto Desert to someone else. Sonny and Debbie were both helpful and honest.

I am absolutely blown away at how amazing my experience was with this business. I made my first car purchase with Roni and I felt so comfortable with looking at the vehicle that I wanted. We ll see how my car holds up over time, but honestly such an amazing experience buying a car here. Run the Carfax and everything you d normally do to check it out but the staff here is extremely genuinely friendly (I m an actor AND in sales myself so trust me I can tell the difference) and not at all pushy and also willing to go the extra mile to make sure you re happy they even offered me a price a little below kbb to fit my budget. Good customer service and a great product goes a long way and will outweigh sketchy sales every time thats how you stay in business. And as you can see from the reviews this holds up completely here and I believe is why they are so successful. This was my first time buying a car completely on my own and it was a total dream. I already had it financed through the credit union and the team took care of all of the paperwork in less than 24 hours all I had to do was visit the bank. Cant thank the team enough, I m already really enjoying my new ride and have peace of mind driving it.My only regret is not asking about a second set of keys until after it was all finalized, I just assumed there would be two sets and didn t find out until after there was only one. But hopefully I can get those done pretty soon.Thanks again guys! Already recommended you to friends both looking to buy and sell and will continue to as long as my car holds up months after writing this

I've known Sonny for a long time and it's always a pleasure to do business with him because he always goes to the extra mile to find the special car I'm looking for. I've looked myself previously and found its alot of work to find a specific make and model of car in my area, having Sonny do all the leg work and call me when he finds something that fits my requirements was much easier.I've also had him sell a few cars for me and he was able to get the price I wanted and process all the paperwork, very hassle free.

Sonny is a straight shooter who gave us a fair price on an economical, yet fun, car of our choice. He was also most helpful in recommending auto service providers in the area - he has great connections and is able to work out deals for a range of services. He was also extremely prompt and fair to sort out a few minor follow up issues with the car. We would deal with him again in the future.

and my family have been selling our cars to auto desert in palm desert for almost 10 years now. Every time they beat Carmax and gave us very fair offers, and broke down their pricing so everything was transparent. Abe is always the gentleman and I feel like a respected customer every time.On my last visit to sell my Mazda, I had an offer from Carvana that I felt was shockingly on the high end (every other written offer I had was at least $1k below it), and wanted to see if Trade In Solutions could match or beat it. Abe was very forthcoming about their pricing and actually encouraged me to follow up on the Carvana offer. His offer was higher than the others I had gotten from Carmax and others but unfortunately could not beat Carvana's. Even when we couldn't make a deal this time, I felt no pressure or any hard feelings whatsoever. bob walked me back to the parking lot and wished me the best. It assured me that the company is honest and really puts their customers first, even if it means not getting their business that time around.I will absolutely be returning to TIS and will continue to refer family and friends to them.

Wife (Leanne) and I recently made a 2013 Cooper Countryman (as displayed sold) purchased two weeks ago and very happy with both the vehicle and service. Roni was cool and detailed with us during the drive test and primary financing process. He didn't push but yet enthusiastic on really helping out as per realistic options. Plus, the dude multi tasks like nobody's business - very rare trait these days. Strongly recommend management to give this gentleman a raise one way or another. And Bob, lastly was amazing on the best deal hunt as per financing. With the exception to his printer, the man had both professionalism and openness about him. To highly recommend this dealership is really not enough. To anyone relying on reviews to be congruent with vehicle selection, you can't go wrong with these guys. In fact, we're contemplating on purchasing another one real soon with them as well. Just trying to figure out why Roni had been hiding the blue Audi we have our eyes on. Dude it's still in the listing. Whats up with that?

After getting a ridiculous offer from CarMax and Tesla. I decided to let Auto Desert Used Cars sell my Tesla Model X on consignment. The entire process was seamless and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with everyone involved. I was able to get 12k more than the CarMax offer and 10k more than Tesla s trade-in offer in 1 week! I highly recommend doing business with this company you will not be disappointed!

I am so happy Desert Auto helped me sell my car on consignment. I am always so busy with business that the last thing i want to do is try and sell my car. So i gave consignment sale a try and it was so easy and fast. I will definitely use Desert Auto again and probably keep coming back one once in a while to see their awesome cars for sale. Saw a car listing on cargurus. Contacted them and set up an appointment to see the car in person. Ended up getting the car. After coming home with the car, I realized that the driver side door doesn't lock. Contacted Sonny back who is very helpful and nice guy along with Mike and Bob. He told us to get it fixed and he will pay for it. Very satisfied with his group.

Just purchased a 2013 Infinity FX35 from Autodesert and car buying experience was actually enjoyable for a change. The price was more than fair and Mike, the Sales Manager was extremely professional and organized, he had all the paperwork prepared in advance making the transaction very easy. They have a great selection of cars, from Bentleys to VWs and everything in between. Good people to buy a car from.

Very pleased with my service at Desert Auto. Traded in my 1994 Mazda Miata for a 2001 Porsche Boxster. Outstanding service! Appreciate the help of Sonny, Bob and Mike. Very professional. Made the transaction super easy. I would highly recommend a visit to Desert Auto. Vehicles are in pristine condition.
