The whole team in the store by Costco in palm desert is absoultely 100% on point. The teamwork and their customer service skills are exceptional. I had bought 4 brand new tires in late July. I got a nail in one of them a few days ago and they let me bring my truck in and took all 4 tires off and inspected all of them. The nail was in the shoulder of the tire which can't be patched. So I was completely stuck. The guys knowing that I needed to get home, were able to find a spare used tire right there and put that one on for FREE for me so I could get home. He then told me if I hold onto the tire and when I wanna come in to buy a completely new tire, if I bring in the old tire with the hole, they can give me a prorated discount when I buy the new tire! I've been in retail 20 plus years and this is the way to treat your customers!

I ve been coming to America s/Discount tires for years. They are always friendly and helpful. They have always got me back on the road smoothly. I will never go anywhere else. Dear UPPER MANAGEMENT: please continue to preserve the excellent ways of this chain. It s truly a national treasure. It s where the rubber meets the road. Thank you!

Going to try this shop once more. Was in in June. Service was horrible. Took my son here to have a flat repaired. It went great. They told us when it would be ready. They we re going to put tire on his car. My son is a paraplegic, they made him wait more than a hour, I had to go pick him up. Sometimes people in wheelchairs can t just wait around for so long. I have used annother americas tire shops near our home, they ve always stepped up for disabled customers , always helped the disabled. Just not this store. Now the funny part. We were driving through town this morning. We got a flat tire. We will try one more time to see how service is now.

I call them to fix the one of the 4 tires I got from them got a nail they said we do it for free bring it over and they check the computer what I got the tires from them and they refused to fix it telling me a non sense excuse wanted me to sell me a new tire!!! What a waste of time I went a got a repair kit end up fixing it my self! I have being buying already 3 tires of set but no more again. I value Honesty instead lying and try give a stupid excuse to sell a tire!!!

Great experience outstanding customer service. We came in for 4 new tires. We visited 3 different stores this was the only store in the valley to have all 4 tires in stock. We really appreciate all the assistance today. I don't think it could of gone any smoother. This will definitely be our go to place in the future. All the employees were busy bees. Getting everyone in and out as soon as possible. You can see how hard the team works to provide customer satisfaction.

Fantastic experience. We got a flat traveling to Palm Springs as we were exiting the freeway. Took the car straight here and thankfully i had tire insurance! Got me in and out in 40 minutes!

Wow, this place is great! Excellent customer service, professional, efficient and free flat repair on our mini van even when we didn't purchase the tires from here! Thanks America's Tire! Well definitely be back.

Anthony was very professional and courteous. He assisted me with checking the pressure in my tires, because the tire warning light came on while I was driving down the Interstate. He assured me that my tires were in good condition and still had plenty of tread wear on them. But I should have the pressure checked monthly especially with the weather starting to change. It was really a great experience.

Been coming here for over 20 years never had a problem til now. Most old employees left and the new ones were being condescending and rude. Taking about "common sense' anyways had an appointment but they put me on a waiting list. Got done ok time but extremely rude to me. Since it's a monopoly you know I will be back!

Fantastic experience!! Ran over a screw, tire had a slow leak. It was questionable if it could be repaired. Estimated a few hrs to finish ( early sat. morning ). Was done in an hour. We walked back, car was up front, they handed me keys. No charge! Every employee there ( that we came across ) seemed happy to be there. I managed retail ( marine parts/service ) for decades. GREAT JOB!!! Controlled chaos is your forte!

Went in for a flat repair Rudy was quick to assist me and got my truck back up and running in no time thanks again would highly recommend very friendly staff this was an 8am visit

Had a low tire, went to get air and they discovered a nail in our tire - fixed it, no charge and got us on our drive quickly. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I spent over 4 hours dealing with Little O tires and drove home without my new SET of tires. I made an appointment with America's tires. I got there 15 minutes early and I still drove home with a complete set of tires and was out of there in under 35 minutes. They were fantastic all the way around. I will go back when I need tires for the other car.

Excellent service. They recommend a great change in tires for my truck, it rides 10x better now. Person sitting next to me felt very taken care of enough to discuss how well they re doing for him.. Great to see customer service like this still exists!

Luis delivers exceptional service. Make an appointment, because they re busy. Appointments are handled professionally, and customers get text message updates. Jesus was very cordial with his verbal updates. They rotated and checked my tires today, and replaced my windshield wipers for half the cost a Jiffy Lube offered. They re always cordial, and the free tire pressure check (does not need an appointment, just drive up and get in a short line) is the most convenient service in the valley.

Top notch with every car I've brought here. They don't mess around with pricing and warranty on tires is phenomenal. Guys in the shop seem to never take a break as they are constantly busy. Don't discount Discount Tires. They will do you right every time.

So sad I have to update this review. Made an appointment to rotate tires. The guy immediately wanted to measure the tread . I had just purchased three new tires at 110,000 miles. And the fourth tire at 96k. Three tires have 13k miles and one 26k. I didn t need my tire tread measured. The upselling began immediately. I asked for a rear wiper. He wanted to sell me wipers all around. He also couldn t locate me in the system. Really? I said how could I made an appointment and had an account if I didn t purchase my tires here? He shot back with. Anybody can make an appointment here. They don t have to purchase tires. I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager found my four tires in the system. The guy who helped me who was a complete jerk wanted to sell me four new tires. Seriously? At 13k with lots of tread. I said no I just want you to rotate my tires. I went shopping at Costco and came back and they were supposed to have put a rear wiper blade on. I went to pay for it, and the jerk that tried to upsell me said we don t have any rear wiper blades for you and we will need to order them. Horrible upselling experience. Go elsewhereYes! Everything good. Fast. They don t try to upsell and the price is right amongst all the many other benefits of buying at discount tire.

I walked into the store in Palm Desert with no appt ( holiday tomorrow) 2 mins to 6 or should I say 2 mins till they close. . I thought to myself no way are they going to take me. They did and they were so nice , kind and patient. I felt it was expensive but because they were so nice I was ok with it. It is so true what they say. We do buy from people we like. And! I like them!

My experience with customer service today was probably the best I've ever had. Eduardo Hernandez listened to my issue with regard to a tire loosing air in a tire on a Budget rental car. He located the small imbedded nails on tires with very low tread. He understood I wasn't going to replace the tires on a rented car. We work very well through the options & he got the car in, repaired & I was on my way in less than an hour. It appeared as busy as the unit was they all worked well together & I was impressed & happy with my experience.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Counter man JOHN gave me the wrong tire not once but TWICE. This meant multiple, unnecessary trips to the store. 4 trips per tire. 1st initial visit and order, 2nd to install tire, 3rd to being back incorrect tire and 4th time to install correct tire. Multiple people worked on my stuff and no one noticed the error. He didn't even bother to apologize and he saw me come in multiple times due to his error. I will tell everyone I come across to stay away from this place of business. Pure negligence and I would not trust them with such an important safety item as TIRES if they literally can't read tire markings when they do this EVERY DAY for a living.

Noticed a developing flat about 5 miles away and was able to direct to this location. The staff was super courteous, gave me an estimated time of about 90 min to check it out, and finished in about an hour, pulling a nail and fixing the tire. To top it off, I was surprised it was a free service. If the timing and location matches up, would definitely recommend this place for a tire replacement.
