I unexpectedly I had come to Pacoima Tire Pros when Costco couldn t do a few things I needed done before getting new tires. I visited their shop and they were very accommodating and fixed my problem very quickly.I will be keeping them in mind for future needs and would highly recommend them.

This repair shop is amazing!!!! These guys especially Orlando and tareq know their stuff and help you in any ways possible. They are honest and will save the parts they replace so you know they actually replaced it, I know it s required by law, but it s a nice way of keeping your mind at ease. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. We went to another shop for an oil change and they wanted a hundred dollars for a small 4 cylinder car. They treat you right and keep to their word. Give them a try and you won t be disappointed.

For myself, I feel Orlando made sure, before any work or recommendation he contacted me before any work was performed, and my vehicle runs great, with not a hefty bill, very reasonable for the work performed, thank you to Orlando and his crew at Tire Pros Pacoima, San Fernando Road and Paxton.

I did not use this place for tires but to pick up a truck from U-Haul. I think that's one of the side things. You know you all users different little places for drop offs and pickups so I went and picked up a truck there it was all set up through U-Haul and it was very easy. Very professional very quick right off the freeway. My guess is if they're that way with somebody as simple as me just picking up a U-Haul that they are probably that way with all their customers. Highly recommended.

Tires were balanced and I mistakenly pointed out that I was missing a lug nut assuming it was tire pros that lost it. The crew was very courteous and showed me the before video showing the lug was already missing prior to them working on my truck. I stand corrected and my hats off to the professionalism and the work performed on my vehicle. Thank you Pacoima tire pros and I will definitely be returning for all my tire needs.

Fair, honest and excellent customer service. I came in for an engine leak and was well taken care of. Prices were more than fair (especially considering my car is 19 yrs old). Since then I have come in for tire repairs, oil changes and general vehicle inspections. This is my go to auto repair spot! Veteran owned and they take care of their fellow veterans! You won t be disappointed here.

Orlando and the guys from Pacoima Tire Shop did an excellent job on my car. They gave me more than fair prices on tires and performed all of the necessary service in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

Excellent service. Great attention to detail and the most honest, ethical shop I have ever worked with. They have given me consistently great service for many years. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend them for any automotive service or repair and their tires/alignment are fantastic!

Nothing but positive feedback from these guys, have been going here for years and have always been taken care of immediately. Orlando is the best, always available when I need him and very good communication. We have several vehicles with my company where we use to go to other tire centers but once I tried these guys we stopped going elsewhere. Advised my entire crew to use these guys not just for tires but for any other problems we may have with the vehicles. I also take my personal vehicles to him and advised friends and family to start going here since I m confident they ll be taken care of.

This was my 10 visit to Tire Pros of Pacoima. It was a great experience. The staff was Orlando was very communicative and informative. The mechanics were friendly, efficient and methodical with their work. The services were completed quickly and cleanly. I will definitely be a returning customer and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tire Pros of Pacoima to anyone needing their vehicle serviced.

My daughter is attending school in LA, and Pacoima Tire Pros fixed her car for me when it broke down. It s nice to know there is a local trustworthy mechanics shop. Now I have one less worry with her so far from home.They are friendly helpful and reasonably priced. Thank you!

I purchased 4 tires less than a year ago at this place.My left rear tire went flat. I went to Tires by Stan, they put air in my tire and offered to immediately check it for leaks. I explained the tire was under warranty and I was going to go to Paivona Tires.When I got here Orlando was very rude telling me, "You are going to have to wait, we are very busy"- the tone was not kind.Lenin was exceptional in his customer care disposition. I will not ever return to this place as long as Orlando is still working here.Sorry my coming here was an inconvenience to this man . . .

I went to the shop to get a minor service and tire quote. I was pleased to find out that I still had plenty of time before I needed to replace my tires. Coming into Christmas an added expense for tires would have been unfortunate. It's nice to know that honest, hard working shops like this are still around. I highly recommend you go here if you are uncertain about your vehicle issue. Their integrity is impeccable.

I had a flat tire on my tesla and could not get any available tire from Tesla service center. A friend of mine recommended Orlando of Pacoima Tire Pros. He was very responsive, and he offered affordable price for the needed service. Very fast and convenient service provided. Thank you!

I got a flat tire on the freeway and dropped off my Tacoma with ZERO advance notice (before the shop opened). Orlando called me minutes later and assured me the flat tire would be taken care of despite their busy schedule. Not only was my flat tire fixed, the tires were rotated and the Tacoma was given an oil change.Orlando and his crew always go a step above their competitors to assure great service, great prices and a great recommendations!!Thank you Tire Pros!!

Such a great customer service! They are there to help by any means. I was there to rent a U-Haul trailer, they didn t have the one I needed, but the owner spent at least 15 minutes of his time to help and reserve a trailer for me from another location. This can be your highest customer service expectation from a business. Keep it up guys and thank you!

Orlando and his crew are simply the best. I have been going there for 10 years, and now I send my adult kids there to get work done. They are fair, prompt, and very reasonable.
