I had to give them 5 stars. I wasn't sure about my vehicle being able to be repaired to the form it was. The front bumper and sides had come off. the wheel was off. Side door wouldn't open properly.... josue just so happen to be there eating with his family at a fast food restaurant. He inform me about on point auto body shop being the best to help out and make it as like nothing ever happen to the vehicle. I was skeptical at first since all auto body shops want your business, but don't deliver on their promise. I decided to give it a try. As my vehicle was at the shop.. Frank alex was very helpful with amazing customer service. Since my vehicle was at the shop when he got a miss call from me he would call back. When I ask about the car he would let me know the details. Even fix a scratch that wasn't even on my vehicle... To top it off I ask him if he can install a dash cam I had recently bought, and he did. At no extra cost. What a team they are at on point auto body shop. This vehicle feels like it drives better than before then when I had it. Just as the team at on Point Auto Body Shop said, they fix it to the specs and specifications of my vehicle. Like nothing ever happen. Thank you again for your customer service and amazing job!

After getting involved in a little accident. I was recommended by a friend to come to On Point for my repairs. Best customer services informed of everything. Best place in town excelente service great staff they painted my car twice because they didn t like the fist time since the dealership didn t send out the original paint Alex is a great man and work hard to get the right paint from the dealership and repaint my car again I really recommend his shop and work. I was recommended by one of my close friend, when my car got damage I was hopeless and felt the need to look for a good body shop, thank god my friend sent me to an honest person (Alex). Guy was really rude .. I got my car back with a flat tire asked for help they say they couldn t do anything I had a bad experience not helpful at all my car should of been returned the way I left it my car was sitting in the lot for 2 months just for storage when it didn t need to be couldn t help me with no rental they picked up my car with towing truck and I had to pick it up

I really liked how they fixed my car.
