Juan had an exceptional customer service from when I called to when I went to drop off my Prius. While working on my car he kept me informed with everything he was doing in my car. Recommend this shop not only for their customer service, also the knowledge base and price. Juan has helped me out so many times!! He's such a kind guy and really wants the best for his clients. He's gone out of his way to help me with a VW Passat that was on its last legs. And inspected my new Prius for me. He always does his best to accommodate your schedule and always reasonably charges. I'll definitely keep coming to Juan!

Juan and his son are awesome at working with cars , they are both very knowledgeable with cars and mechanics , Juan is an auto mechanic, expert and any problem or issue a car may have they can find it out and fix it , with Juan every problem seems to have a solution, you can t go wrong with them! I have been taking and servicing my cars with them for years! Juan once went as far as finding me a good cheap car to buy when I didn t have a car and was in need of one , ever since I bought that car it keeps getting better and better after every single visit I pay to Juan at the shop. They are such trustworthy, good people, after finding them I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else but to them. Absolutely unbelievable!!! This is going to be my primary mechanic for all my cars. He fixed a car that was unfixable . Very professional and every worker there was great. I recommend bringing any vehicles here. Never had such a good experience anywhere else.truly amazing.very very fair prices and the owner is a super nice and such a hard worker. So our 2015 Journey started over-heating at around 40k miles. We took it to 2 other shops & they would keep the car, drive it around a few hours & couldn t find any issues. We were recommended Lopez Auto Repair by a family member & took it to them & Juan meticulously checked every possible cause of our issue until he found it. One of my head gaskets was bad so the coolant would leak. They fixed it (pretty quickly at that) and since then it has been running smooth as new. Glad we went to them, they are very knowledgeable. So I had a buddy refer this guy to me. I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler so it needs to be worked on quite a bit to keep it running smooth. Juan has been working on my car for 6 years now and he does quality work every time at an honest price. This dude is the real deal. Trust me, other mechanics can be a little shady. I highly recommend�going to Lopez Auto Repair and Diagnostic for your service needs! I had a broken trunk latch and Juan was quick to get a part and get my car in the same day and out within an hour of work. He was very attentive and responsive�and super nice! My a.c wasn t working and it was blowing hot air. Juan and his son got it done and fixed it. Great awesome service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them. My ac started making this weird loud noise so I decided to bring in my car to their shop! Juan was able to take it apart and find out what was wrong w it in a timely manner ! The mechanic was very friendly, fair, he worked quickly to get my car back to me. And he was open on sunday which was awesome because most mechanics are closed on sundays and my car needed to get fixed asap. I recommend this place.

My apologies, Don Juan, but of everything you "fixed" my truck, nothing was of any use, for the more than two thousand dollars he charged me, it was as if I had thrown them in the trash!Mil disculpas Don Juan, pero de todo lo que te "arregl�" a mi troca, nada sirvio, para los mas de dos mil dolares que me cobr�, como que los hubiera tirado a la basura!
