I am writing my first review in my life. I found this auto repair shop by chance and am very glad that it happened. I needed to repair the damage from the accident and for a long time I could not find a service that would be acceptable in terms of price and repair time. Well, this auto repair shop was able to surprise me, because they were able to do quick and, most importantly, high-quality work, while providing a replacement car. I give this place the maximum rating and express my deep gratitude to the owner and his entire family for this approach to work.

Cesar, the shop owner is a scam. He quoted us $1600 to replace a hybrid battery, took our money, but never fixed the car. The car was with him for more than a year, we asked for a refund a few times but he did not provided any refund and to make things worst, he just left our car in the middle of nowhere for us to recover while it was NOT EVEN DRIVABLE.We trusted him with a lot of our cars, we always use his service, and we later on found out that he was charging us way too much for the parts and services, 3x more than other shops. Horrible Person, horrible shop.2/23/2020 - CEL was reported for the prius2/25/2020 - car was picked up by Cesar2/26/2020 - quoted $1600 to replace battery back. 3 yrs warranty, unlimited miles3/4/2020 - Sonia (Cesar's Wife) and Cesar Delivered the prius at Silver Lake3/17/2020 - Hybrid warning message came back up3/23/2020 - Cesar Picked up the prius4/10/2020 - Car delivered according to Cesar5/12/2020 - Hybrid warning message came back up - flagged Cesar5/28/2020 - Cesar picked up the car6/11/2020 - Cesar delivered the car back and assured that the car is all fixed7/24/2020 - Hybrid warning message came back up - flagged Cesar8/7/2020 - Cesar picked up the prius9/22/2020 - the prius was fixed and delivered back9/23/2020 - it was reported Hybrid warning message came back up, flagged to Cesar10/28/2020 - He said he will refund if he cant fix11/3/2020 - picked up by Cesar12/9/2020 - we asked if he can just return the car and refund. He said that was before and refuses to give a refund and said he will just continue trying to fix it--- several follow ups made and we asked to get a refund----at 3/21/2021 - Cesar gave us an address where to get the car. We went there and the car is NOT EVEN DRIVABLE. and IT WAS NOT AT HIS SHOP. It was just standing on the street all dirty.Up to now we are still trying to get a refund but he blocked all ways for us to get to him.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Battery, Oil change
