Just purchased new tires for my son s carshopped around everywhere in the San Fernando Valley and J and J came through with a set of four new Lionheart tires for a good price team worked fast and efficient recommend to family and friends RENE and EDGER were amazing workers worked on my vehicle fast Jerry was amazing customer service.

Always ask for Jimmy!Been coming here for years. I moved away and still drive out to this tire place in Pacoima on my Donut just to get a tire change here.I got all new wheels from Costco. They gave me the designated tires for my car. And it popped within 2 months. I bought all used tires from this place & I went to Arizona & back 3 times and still got deep threads.Trust me ask for Jimmy.

First let me start that they have a Amazing team. Every worker jump in to take care of you. Am also very thankful that they educate me understanding the issues of my rim because my tire was good. I didn't know that with time your rim can crack in the inside to caused a leak of air. They explained to me my option. Price are reasonable.. I'am a happy customer so I will go back soon..

Definitely recommend J&J tires as your go to spot for any tire needs! Great customer service and very helpful. I noticed an issue with my tires and contacted them, spoke with Jerry and he told me to come in and took care of everything - left happy and satisfied. Have any questions? Speak with Jerry, he will help you out and is a very great guy.

Called two days ago to ask if they had my tire in stock, was given a completely different price than what I paid. This has happened to me multiple times where I call and they tell me 50-60 and upon arrival they charge me anywhere from 5-10 more. They were quick but I definitely felt ripped off by their prices and that $5-10 change. They always try to upsell me and I'm always firm on not wanting an expensive tire and somehow end up paying that extra few dollars. While it's nicely located and close by, I definitely felt cheated and lied to. Very disappointing.

Went in for some brand new set of 4 tires. I called 6 tire shops no one had my size 255 35 20. J&J tires did, Alberto was the one that helped me first thing in the morning. Great person. He took care of my wheels making sure he didn't scratch them and showed me how new tires would look on my car. Plus the shin them up for me. A huge plus. I'm coming here in the future.

I pull up with a rim that I wanted to replace. they didn't have the exact brand but they did have the Avid 1 that's similar but in a different color inside the shop on display. I was waiting for 15 mins before someone helped me and the guy look at the rim I wanted to replace and off the bat he said he didn't have anything similar, however Avid 1 does sell one similar to my Variis rim and in hyper black so the guy didn't want to go the extra mile to search the system and order me a similar one especially after the fact the shop already had a set of Avid 1 just in a different color. Terrible experience and a waste of time.

Fast service, helpful, well organized, efficient, fair prices. No frills, narrow driveway, can be a little difficult to maneuver back to the street, however a tech is quick to ground guide and help with traffic. They can accommodate heavy off-road tires, that set them apart from the competition. It's a busy place don't let that deter you, they have a very fast turn around.I can recommend this place.

I was at different tire shop waiting and waiting, so I decided to check google for any other nearby tire shops, this one J&J comes up and with great reviews so I jump on my car and came here. This place has great reviews for a reason, didn t wait like 2 minutes and one technician had my tire off the car already. This place is awesome don t waste your time and money going somewhere else.

Just had them take out bad strut bills from my car , Santiago was very helpful, I recommend going to him if you're having issues with your tires . He was Quick and professional, go to him if you have any questions

My dad was the one that referred this tire shop to me, we have been coming here for a couple of years. There prices are decent for a new tire and the workers are speedy because it's always busy. We're always pleased with there work.

Nice clean shop very important to me. Friendly staff made me feel welcome was willing to negotiate and work with my budget when buying a used tire that is a double plus for me because a nail I your tire can happen to any one at any time. Two thumbs up and five stars for me

Two repair shops said my car has "hard to find tires". These guys had it in stock, and replaced it in ten minutes, and it ended up costing me less than half of what I expected to pay. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.Update -- the tire started going flat around eight months later. Went in to get it patched, and it was flat the next day.

My soon is 12 and I been coming here way before that Jerry is a reasonable person who gives you reasonable prices. I have brought customers here from the average Joe to lausd cops and they have all been treated with respect. This place is always crowded and its for a reason, the wait is worth the while

So Betsy needed all new tires. I chose this shop because they use Progressive Leasing. A rent to own deal. *In California if you pay in 90days same as cash.They gave me a great deal, a payment plan that worked for my budget, and I even was able to replace the spare. Great place. Great workers. Great job!

Hit a pothole last night and popped my tire. Showed up at J & J without appointment. Not only did they have my tire in stock, but they also rotated my tires for free. Job was done in about 5 minutes. Everyone was nice and professional. Great customer service. They were recommended to us by our AAA tow truck driver. Super affordable. Definitely recommend coming here!

Great staff! They do a great job at a way better price then any tire shop I've been at.I go here for all 20+ of my vehicles in my fleet, plus recommend all my family and friends here. They patch tires, sent rims to get fix, and offer great new tires without breaking the bank. Thanks Jerry & Jorge for all your help these past few years.

They take cash and card, a good selection of tires the used tires they sell are good quality and the new tires prices are very good I got four new tires for $260 and the guy installed them quickly. They don't have an alignment machine but I'm sure they send you to another location for that if you ask. The place is a little small and gets busy so plan for that. They are very friendly people they do a good job. Please don't be a n a hole tip the guys working on your car they really appreciate it.

Good customer service, but I took my truck to get new tires. They didn't balance my tires right, my truck was shakey. I took it back a second time so they could balance it again and I noticed they don't balance all 4 wheels. They only balance the 2 front wheels. I had the same problem a second time so I took it some place else and now my truck is running smoothly.
