Jose Navarro is one of the best if not the best he is really efficient with what he does. Without a doubt if you ever need any car work he is the guy to call.

I took my vehicle to this shop on Monday Dec. 12th, to have my clutch replaced which I provided. The labor cost was a total of $550. Wed. Dec. 14th, Victor called me to tell me that my car was ready. Victor told me that he replaced the heater core hose connector, which I did not authorize or sign off on. After I picked up my car and as I'm driving, my car started shaking. It had a rough Idle and the check engine light came on. Immediately, I took it back and had them look at my engine. He had his partner plug in the diagnostic reader to reveal that I had a misfire in cylinder 1 and needed a coil-pack due to the engine coolant spilling on my engine when he replaced the heater core hose. He replaced the spark plug and coil-pack which solved the issue. I noticed the left side of the engine had coolant spilled all over. Three days later on Saturday morning, I turned on my vehicle and as it s warming up it began to shake and have the same rough idle which turned the check engine light on again. I took it back to the shop and told him that my car is running rough. We got into a heated argument because he did not want to take responsibility for fixing my car. I told him that I never authorized that heater core hose fix which caused coolant fluid to get into my coil-packs and spark plugs. He said he would only plug the diagnostic reader to see what's the problem but that's all he would do. He plugged it in and Victor told me that I had a misfire in cylinder number 6 and that it was not his problem because he did not touch that side. I took it to another shop right after I left to have them run a diagnostic check. They plugged the diagnostic reader to my car and it read P0303, which is a misfire in cylinder #3. Therefore, he lied to me by saying it was cylinder #6. Cylinder #3 is on the same side as cylinder #1 which is the side he worked on due to where the heater core hose is located. By the way, the heater core hose did not have a leak nor my check engine light was on when I took my car into the shop.They are dishonest and I urge you took look elsewhere and stay away from these guys!Service: Transmission

Auto shop is small with no lobby area; work area smells really bad.. but fair prices. It was about $200-$300 to fix my radiator hose problem that was leaking coolant; Fixed the problems we had. however, not comfortable if they use good parts though. . Was recommended from a co-worker. Thank you guys. Might have to give you another try
