Greg is a real honest and stand up kind of guy. I brought my KIA Optima Hybrid in to have a window fixed. He saved me over $200 just by being honest. If I ever need a repair, I will come here. Plus, he gave me a referral for another service I needed to have done on the car. Really enjoyed meeting and doing business with Blumer.

Great responsible shop. The staff is very friendly and professional. Used them twice now and I have zero complaints. Hands down best shop around. They left my 2011 tundra like new.

We are so grateful to Greg for his excellent work! He fixed out several external damages on my Toyota prius quickly and really professionally,i left this service center happy! My car is like new!

Can not give them less than one star because it does not let me do it. Took my wife s car there for an oil change, that was a little over 3 months ago. Now is time to do the next oil change (DIY) and find out they did not change the oil the time I took it there. Want to know how I notice because on the oil cap, oil filter, and oil pan plug the dealer put a gray silicon sealer mark. But Blumer Auto Center only clean out the oil cap, did not boater to clean the oil filter neither the oil pan plug. I will show you guys the proof on the pictures. AAA WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS. Scammers all over the place. Don t trust this place. May be even the under cover news will be there if i show them the pictures. I will love to see these places in the news. I thought only the dealers were dOING this kind of BS but no every body IS. just to make money.

I'll been coming to blumer auto center over ten years I'm very satisfied with they Service I have Delt with a few shops in the Pass and because I am a woman they will try to get over on you. They will charge you ridiculous prices And your vehicle still won't be fixed right. but not blumer auto center they are very Honest when it comes to your Vehicle. Greg Is one of the Managers there he is a really good manager. well every one that works there is very friendly and they have great customer service always!!!

Blumer is place to go for my family's any auto related issues. We have been using their help for more than a decade. During this time frame, have been changing cars as well, from economic to high end luxury cars.Greg, the owner is very polite & soft spoken. He never rushes & explains you the whole process & the costs involved. It is evident from his speech that he is knowledgeable & interested in doing the right thing at the lowest possible cost.The front desk staff is pleasant. The mechanics are trained & professional. The waiting area & restroom are very clean. One time I had a chance to see his shop from inside & found it that they keep it very neat & organized.I can highly recommend them to anybody needing repair &/or body work to any cars, whether it be an economic car or high end luxury car.

My wife's car had a rough idle with severe stalling issues, so I had AAA tow it to Blumer Auto Center. Max and his techs diagnosed the issue quickly, and also addressed a few other small issues in the engine bay that were bothering us, all while keeping the labor charge very competitively priced, and handing the car back to us a day earlier than expected. Very happy with the service and the transparency throughout the process.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Blumer Auto doesn't need more business, they are AAA Certified. I have been using their repair services for approximately ten years now, and was referred by Fritz Bronner the founder of War Horse.They have always delivered great work on my old GMC suburban, two PT Cruisers, jeep, Ford F-150, and Chevy volt electric car. They always deliver and are friendly, efficient, professional and most importantly - they aren't ripping you off.They also have rental cars on site!This shop runs like a top, you get great customer service, fair pricing, and excellent work. They are always swamped with cars, so call ahead and make an appointment. You will be glad you did.

On two occasions I Visited Blummer Auto Center, at 9908 Fernando rd, Pacoima with issues with my car,I got the best service from a Ms.Suzzie at the reception desk and the manager who addressed all my concerns with expertise!She is an asset to the company! I wouldn t hesitate recommending this company to my family and friends

I don't know where to start. But my over all experience was great. Blumer Auto Center fixed my car after an accident and the car looks and drives like new again. Right after I got the car back, my neighbors where asking me if I bought a brand new car, lol. Greg at Blumer made this experience stress free. Greg handle everything from the beginning to the end. Another big PLUS is they have a car rental on site, huge convenience for me. I'm one happy customer. I totally recommend "Blumer Auto Center".

This auto center went above and beyond for me. Im a real customer who knew nothing about this place and went here on a whim. It was a great experience. No added upsells just nothing but honesty. They even fixed an item on my car that was broken without me asking them too. They did a great job getting my truck up and running again. Very clear with breaking down the services I needed and getting me a rental for that time it took to fix. Made my life easier with work and prior engagements that would have otherwise been difficult to keep up with without my truck.Thanks, guys!

Their rates are super high. I paid $200 less at another auto repair. They're nice people though.

Took my saab there because it would not start and aaa told me that they work on these cars and could program it it so i pay to tow it there then they charged me 200 for diagnostic test that i have proof they did not run cuz they couldnt get the car 2 begin with total scam
