I had a great experience with these guys. Car broke down on twisty Sharp Park Road with rain. The driver Tony did an excellent job of getting me towed to the mechanic of my choice and even was able to drop me home on the way back. Great service!

I had dead battery in Pacifica on President's Day, so I called Triple A and they sent out Miller & O'Brien Towing to assist me. Driver Gino came quickly within 10 minutes with a flatbed truck and was very professional/knowledgable/helpful and was able to jump start my car. I'm extremely grateful to Gino and that I wasn't stranded on a beautiful day - I highly recommend this tow company!Service: Battery

The tow service through my State Farm car insurance never showed up and with the day ending needed a tow to the mechanic asap. I called a couple of places and they didn t have any trucks available. Miller Obrien s tow showed up in 10min with a super competent and efficient driver that got my car to the shop in no time!

Kindness and honesty goes so far with our family, and Miller & O'Brien have always provided that for us, as well as through, excellent service. Other reviews have complained of how tidy their location is, and it's unfair to judge quality of work on how dusty your car was when retrieved. The location is near the ocean and sand. They car about you having a safe, working vehicle at a fair price. That's priceless to me.

I live in Mill Valley and was traveling in y 2011 Ford F-150 to a job site in half Moon Bay yesterday, February 21, 2022. While heading south on 1, my vehicle started running very roughly and my engine light was flashing. I knew I shouldn t drive the vehicle but there s was no place to pull over, so I coasted down the hill and exited 1, rolling to a stop on an unknown street. Looking to my immediate right, I was amazed to see the sign for Miller O Brien auto repair.I walked in and was met with friendly greetings. After explaining my situation, they agreed to attempt to fix my truck that same day if at all possible. Luckily, I called a coworker who was already in half Moon Bay and came and pick me up, then drove me to the job site, leaving my truck in the care of Miller & O Brien. I can t explain it, but I had a feeling of trust with the crew there; normally I would have had a feeling of unease given the situation where I was an out-of-towner leaving my vehicle in the hands of people I did not know nor had any recommendations for.They were simply wonderful-they kept sending me updates and when I returned to pick up the truck after they closed, I was delighted to find that not only have they left the broken parts in the truck for me to see, but it ran like a charm.I only wish that I lived closer to this company because if I did I would not take my truck anywhere else for servicing.

Always helpful, honest, good prices and very friendly. Although they ended courtesy rides it will continue to be the first place I go for car repair. I've been using them for years and I smile and wave when I see a Miller & O'Brien yellow truck go by.

I don't recommend going to this shop the guy doesn't seem professional he honestly seems very rude he probably doesn't really know what he's doing with cars anyway I'd save my money and go somewhere else.

Tow truck guy refused to move my van or even help. Kept saying "we don't get payed enough". This was literally at the mechanic shop that i work for and i just needed it moved like 10 feet to get out of the way for a gas load. Jeff is a good dude surprised he hires such bad help. Really REALLY disappointing

I requested service. They waited 4 minutes and left after arrival to my house. This was a AAA REQUEST. When I tracked down driver because I saw him driving away from my house (AAA told me her would be an hour + 15 minutes, he was there in 20 minutes which caused me to miss him by 3 minutes. I saw him driving passed me about a block from my house, I tried flagging him down , he ignored me so I followed him to get him to come back to my house for the tow. He said call AAA back which I did. They said they would resend the truck. He never came back with no notice. I waited another hour, then found out he decided not to come and complained about me? What? He is he one who left after 4 minutes. He is the one who ignored me when I flagged him a block from my house. He is the one who told me to call AAA again and make a second request. I can not believe how some people are. I did nothing to justify him not returning, not calling to let me know he wasn t returning, or complaining because he was at the house 45 minutes early.
