Joe is the best! He was available and even came to my house as my van wouldn't start. I have confidence in his knowledge, he was very thorough and explained things to me. Great service - Joe was awake and ready to help us out in the time of need. We were on vacation, only to realize someone had slashed our fuel line, so we leaked gas every time we filled up. Joe was ready to help on a Saturday, and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly.Highly recommended. Joe is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and knows his cars. Can tell he's a good person too, which comes in handy when looking for a solid mechanic!Thank you Joe! We're back on the road :)

My car window got smashed and there was glass all over the interior of my car. Joe was one the few places open on Sunday and he drove out to meet me promptly to vacuum out all my glass. I have had an awesome experience working with Joe! It s the first time I have been able to walk into a car shop and felt like I was talking to a friend! I first took my husbands truck in when we were having issues with the battery and he gave me advice with not expecting anything in return just so I could have peace of mind! Then when my check engine light went on I brought it to joe and he explained all the different messages to me in a way I could understand. He gave me over an hour of his time just talking through everything with me. He gave me true honest advice which is what we all hope for when getting our cars fixed!! Joe was extremely helpful and responsive when we reached out due to a repeatedly overheated engine (turns out the radiator was basically shot and likely a gasket in the engine too by the time we got to Joe's). He took time to assess our car and give us wisdom/insight on what to do with what turned out to be an undrivable car, and didn't even charge us for his time. Highly recommend if you need anything done in the Pacifica area to go to Joe. Quality business!

Joe is the best mechanic I've ever gone to! He was thorough, honest and amazingly quick in his services - all car issues solved! The total price was fair and affordable. Andy was very friendly too.

This place was a lifesaver. Driving in from out of town with kids and a dog on a Sunday afternoon when the van started acting up. Of course, every place we called was closed. But Joe called us right back and offered to look at it. Of course the van stopped making the noise when we got in but he thoroughly checked it out and helped us confidently get back on the road home without incident. And what's more, he didn't even charge us for his time to try to figure out the problem. We are so grateful he helped us avoid a disaster of a family day. HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Joe was awesome, i get a oil pressure problem, 4hs far away of home, it was friday night and he help me on everything and we fix it all that night, he was always really honest, show me everything and learn a lot, he know what to do, would call him again i really appreciate thank you !

Really good. Needed a small hardware fix quickly and this was the only place open on a Sunday. Even with super short notice Joe was able to help me out and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Nice guy and was even able to tell me about another problem I should get looked at at some point going forwards. Your talk is cheap just the way you work on your cars. And this is not a fake account and yes you are a terrible mechanic and I will let everybody know no matter how many times you go on the news you are nothing but a liar!Joe is the worst mechanic I wouldn't trust him with your vehicle! His reviews are nothing but lies...not only he messed my vehicle up I had to take it to another mechanic it cost me more money--

Hands down the BEST service I have ever received from an automotive repair shop. Our Acura MDX Broke down on us while on our way to Lake Tahoe. Had it towed to another facility after calling and getting the go ahead, only to find ourselves watching this "mechanic" Scratch his head and make phone calls to try to have someone help him diagnose it over the phone. HA! yeah, right. I may look asian but I speak fluent spanish and I know exactly what this "mechanic" was up to. The second I saw his "uniform" (suede shoes, perfectly clean levis and a nice flannel shirt) I was already skeptical. No thanks... Found JOE THE MECHANIC on Google and he was only two doors down from where we were (probably at a high risk).So I pushed our suv out of this place to find Joe, covered in automotive dirt, waiting at the end of the driveway with a backpack in his hand . He very quickly check the fuses and found a blown fuel pump fuse. Immediately had a new fuse in and bamM! It fired right up. That's not all. he escorted us to his shop 2 doors down, at 931 Palmetto ave, and said, "Let's find out why the fuse blew".5 minutes later he had discovered that the people who installed our stereo "piggy-backed" the wrong fuse. within 30 minutes total he had us hooked up correctly, and actually took the time to inspect the rest of our vehicle, for free. Joe, you are AMAZING! like a, Car-dian Angel!! Thanks JOE!!

11 PM coil problem and an engine that suddenly went from 6 to 5 cylinders. We limped our way to Joe who quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and gave us a recommendation on how to get home. Thank you!

Do NOT go to this quack. I bought a Subaru that he serviced and found out he only silicone sealed the problem after he said with confidence he repaired the car. He s a con-man and your money is better spent at an actual shop, not your casual backyard hick garage

Quickly diagnosed by leaking slave cylinder is the root problem for the clutch failure. I was fortunate he had a cancellation the next day and he was able to squeeze me in he had me back on the road in 24 hours! Top rate mechanical skill and knowledge.

He is a really smart mechanic, he was able to diagnose the problem in my car in less than 5 minutes and he suggested several ways to solve it too, I went to two mechanics before him but none of them suggested solutions like him.. and above all the price was very excellent.. you saved me today Joe thank you so much ..
