Even though this Shell Oil Co. so-called-service station specifically lists restrooms as one of its offered amenities, when I walked in last week and asked where it was, the shaggy jerk behind the counter had a good laugh when he told me there was no restroom available for the general public, even though I d just purchased over $80 worth of gasoline (and subsequently found "restrooms" listed as available at that gas station on Google Maps). While I was standing there trying to hold it, he found it even more amusing to direct me down the street to a Trader Joe s. (Do you suppose Shell s risk managers are okay with this?) I have since cut-up my Shell card and returned to relying on Unocal, the gasoline company I grew up with.

I got here, under the wishful idea that it was open 24 hours like google said it was, and the place was empty. Doors locked, even though the lights were on and there was music playing. I waited 20 minutes for something to happen, assuming the worker had just gotten on break or something when I arrived, and nothing. I didn't even see anyone outside or any place that could signify it was a worker taking a break! Do not recommend.

First and foremost... the day crew deserves five stars! They are the BEST.I'm sure the night crew will learn how to show a little more respect for their customers soon enough.But the hours are ridiculous. How about staying open a bit longer in the evenings? Pacific Grove is a pretty safe area and you would definitely benefit from adding an hour or two.

Yes, people need to know that when they go to this shell location on lighthouse ave that they need to watch carefully in what they are being charged for an Item. I have been going there for 5 years ( unfortunately because its easy acess). But I'm not going into the store any longer due to management, also I'm tired of getting taxed for food, getting charged the incorrect prices almost all the time. having to watch all the time making sure I'm not over charged.

last 3 months they have been really low on a lot of things, a lot of Items are not getting re-stocked. 3-5 days ago I went to get my mom some orange juice- they are OUT OF THAT NOW!! ALSO THE REFRIGERATOR IS BROKEN. NO SIGN on it saying out of order, nor were the drinks removed out of it to save them- STOCKED WITH WARM DRINK THAT ARE OR WILL BE BAD NOW ANY DAY. LAST ORANGE JUICE I BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR WAS I GUESS IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING WARM. NOW IT IS. WONDERING IF THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS, SINCE THEY ARE NOT RESTOCKING A LOT OF THINGS, PLUS NOR REPLACING A BROKEN DOWN REFRIGERATOR. GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GET USE TO GOING ELSEWHERE!!!

There is a restroom for customers only in the corner of the shop.You can ask the shop assistant for the key.He will be nice to help you.

Great location to get gas or some snacks before/after a trip to the beach. Easy to get to and rarely busy.
