Wow! My car looks brand new again thanks to Joe ! They did an amazing job cleaning both the interior and exterior, and even got out some tough stains I thought were permanent. Joe was also very professional and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car detailing service. Plus they come to you!!

Joe did an extraordinary job detailing a 2013 Hyundai that I bought to refurbish. The Hyundai needed lots of tender loving care for both the exterior and interior. The exterior had hardened tape glue which seemed impossible to remove. The interior is cloth and soiled plus belonged to a smoker.Amazingly, Joe removed one hundred percent of the hardened tape glue, all of the stains from the cloth interior as well as the smoke smell. The car was pristine after the detail. Cannot possibly give a higher recommendation. I am a raving fan .

Joe was able to do my car the same day I called. He was able to get rid of some mold and the odor that was so strong. Along the way he sent pictures to show the progress he was making. I highly recommend his services if you want things done to perfection. He even cleaned my engine!!!

Joe and his team are very nice and did a good job getting my car ready to be sold. They were very easy to schedule with and accommodating.4/5 stars because the car was clean but upon closer inspection there are several places on the console and in nooks and cranny s around the car that were overlooked. For the price I would have expected just a little more attention to detail, and past detail jobs I ve had were more thorough.They did immediately help me with the things I could see upon pickup, and overall the car was clean. They were also able to get me in on short notice which I appreciate. I would consider using them again next time I need something like this done.

After my tenant moved out my house, I contracted with Joes auto and home carpet cleaning pacific grove to give a thorough cleaning. The owner Joe and his coworker did a terrific job and the carpet was very clean after the cleaning. The product Joe used is great since it does not have chemical smell. It merits pointing out that the pricing is also extremely appealing. I am so pleased to work with such an honest and experienced carpet cleaning company!

Joe was great and I am glad that I found him. From the first phone call until I drove away with a thoroughly clean car, he was kind and professional. I brought a car that had an ongoing mold problem and he knew exactly what to do to mitigate the issue. The car has never looked or smelled this good! I highly recommend Joe's Car and Carpet Cleaning and will be telling everyone who needs car detailing about him.

Joe took great care of us! He cleaned all the carpets in our home in perfect timing for our baby to start crawling around everywhere. As a young family, we spend a lot of time on the floor with her and it is so nice to have such a clean and sanitary surface to play on with our baby during these precious days. Everything came out great and Joe was wonderful to work with!We definitely won't hesitate to have him back over when it's needed again!

Joe was phenomenal. Easy to work with, arrived on time to our home, and did a knockout job on our car. I just wish we had found him sooner! He's reasonably priced, and we would have been having him do these cleanings regularly! Highly recommend!!

I went to Joe after I had bought a used car, which had some black stains on the front and back seats. I had no idea what they were but, Joe was able to complete take them out. My used car now looks like it would if it was new! He was very kind and was very reasonable with the price. I will definitely be going back to him! Thank you Joe!

Called Joe in the morning and he was able to take us the same day. We were visiting from out of town and needed to get our car deep cleaned before heading home. I can t tell you how much dog hair we had in the car! Joe was able to clean all of the dog hair out, clean seats, carpets and all surfaces inside. Cleaned and waxed the car. My 2011 Toyota Prius has never looked to good! Joe was very professional and timely. Next time we re in the area we will be giving him another call. Great job!

I went to Joe for a carpet cleaning for my car. My dog travels with me a lot and I needed to get the hair removed. Joe gave me a quote and after the job was done I was very impressed that he was able to remove all the hair. I will be going back to him. Joe was very nice and had great customer service.

My elderly Toyota Echo had lingering dog smell and neededa polish. Joe and assistant showed up on time, used extractive equipment VERY thoroughly to remove the dog curse and did an excellent wash and polish. Maybe added $1000 to the value of the car for a very reasonable price.Friendly pleasant guys with obvious decades of experience, pride in their work. Made my month.

I called Joe in the afternoon just to ask questions, my daughter had spilled her drink in my car and made it smell really bad. His prices were so good I asked for an appointment and he was able to schedule me for the very next day. My car looks amazing inside and out, and the bad smell is gone! Thank you so much for helping me Joe. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.

Joe did a great job detailing my car! He showed up within 30 minutes of calling and hands down did the best clean of any detailer I ve used in the past year. He was also cheerful and kind.Highly recommend!

I got a pre-owned old car, which came with lots of sands, dirt, dust, and dog scratches. I went to another car wash place (a pretty big one) but I was not satisfied with their work, as the left the interior dusty and the even didn t vacuum thoroughly. Today I tried the service by Joe and his guys. Now my car looks like new from outside, and decently clean from the inside!!! I m impressed! I ll definitely come back!

I had a car with a mold problem from being left sat for months. They came out to Carmel Valley no problems and provided great service. I initially only needed the interior done to deal with the mold but they decided to do the car was for free! Great service and I couldn t ask for more!

Someone vomited in my car! I looked at all the top 8 listed in Google and finally found Joe, as the others would not deal with vomit. I found he has 17 years experience. I met at his house and found he has complete professional equipment!! Loved the job. Here is the before and after. So happy!! A can of Fix a Flat exploded all over my car. Plus having a dog and a 4 year old who both love the beach meant my car needed detailing even before the fix a flat incident. Joe and the team were super kind, and gave me a ride to and from their garage. The car cake back better than new. Give these guys your business.

****UPDATE!****This place has somehow surpassed my previous experience and I have no idea how that is possible. The state of my car after driving drunk people home was basically the inside of a truck stop bathroom. I genuinely felt bad to even ask these angels to have to clean it but not only is the car absolutely PRESTINE they even cleaned my trunk and when they found cash I thought I lost, they left it for me! I will never stop recommending this company to anyone that has a car!!!! Thank you again!!! This is hands down the GREATEST detailing I have ever received for my car. It looks better now than when I bought it. I had someone throw up in my front seat and it was a mess. Joe was so professional and took care of every speck of my car inside and out. There was also a scratch down the side of my car and on my hood that was buffed out and is undetectable now! Will definitely be coming back! Even though I had to reschedule with Joe a few times, he was very accommodating and provided excellent service. He thoroughly cleaned our van, and it looks like new now. I am very grateful to have found him and highly recommend his professional detailing and cleaning services to anyone in need!

I spilled curry sauce (of all things!) down in between my seats and I called Joe after searching on google, he answered right away and was able to fit me in that day. Two hours later I have a fresh and squeaky clean new car. Thanks Joe!
