This is for service that was provided in June* but I had just gotten my slightly used Truck and as a first time owner had taken it in for my first servicing and recall checkup. Jack was phenomenal with helping me out from when dropped off my vehicle till I picked it up and drove it home. He is very personable and truly cares, kept communication with me throughout the entire maintenance process and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He is honest, hardworking, and takes great care of customers; a true example of what a representative should be like with the exceptional service provided. Thanks Toyota of Oxnard!

I have to say that Jack Martz is the best service representative I've ever worked with at this Toyota location. If you enjoy professionalism & working with someone who truly takes the time to HELP you, he definitely who you need to see!

JC is great, he is very responsive, professional, and attentive to what I need and always goes above and beyond for his customers! Always keeps me updated when my car is getting serviced and answers all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I feel so comfortable having a Toyota representative such as JC, that I can truly rely on! If you bring your car in for service ask for Jasmine, she will make sure your car is taken care of, update you of any additional services needed, always validate if services are covered under warranty and recommendations for food and shoppingin the area. No matter how busy the service area maybe Jasmine will make you feel like you're toyota's most prized customer.

I have been here twice, they are very friendly and fast! My Prius is still new so there is no cost for service but they treat you the same. They clearly know how to run a Service department. Jack is very rude and lacks customer service! I drop off my vehicle for maintenance and I did not know I had to sign documents because the person who took my keys did not mention nothing. Jack called me and was rude and would interrupt me when I tried to explain that I wasn t aware of their process and when I went to pickup my vehicle he continued to be rude!

I went in for a general service and it was super easy and quick. JC Caudillo assisted me and he was very friendly and made sure that everything went smoothly with my transactions. Cesar helped me out today. I had gotten a service previously where they replaced my cabin filter but for some reason, my air conditioner made a loud noise whenever I turned it on. Cesar was able to pin point the problem (napkin stuck in the compartment) and was able to fix it by just removing it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much Cesar for being so professional and efficient!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

I usually don't leave bad ratings but coming to this place with maintenance light willing to pay 300 bucks for "maintenance" and being falsely told I have a severe leak which needs to be fixed for only $1300. Very bad strategy. My car was just fine. Never again

Went in to DCH Toyota of Oxnard to get my Tacoma recently serviced was helped by Juan Arriaga very helpful in all my needs. I would highly recommend anyone that needs to get there vehicle serviced go check in with this guy will take care of you.

I used to come to have my car serviced here a lot. lately their service it's not as good. people are not as friendly and helpful as before. they don't provide complimentary car wash anymore.

After a service they forgot to reset the dashboard reminder to turn off the "service needed" indicator. It was a quick fix but a hassle to find time to come back in.

I asked for a wheel alignment and they broke my steering rack than gaslit me into thinking it was already broken when I came in
