Stereo 1 is the SPOT! I got such a great deal on my new car speakers which sound crystal clear and make my car rides 1000x more enjoyable. I really appreciate how helpful and honest they were with the whole process. Mat was the representative that helped me out and did an amazing job! I am more than satisfied with the whole experience and my new speakers! :)

I bought a $1200 stereo 3 yrs ago. It was a shotty job done. Saturday, September 23rd, I had an appt to get it looked at and was told that they couldn't do it. ?????? I drove 30 min. you couldn't call before??

Talk to Matt A+++ Victor is a solid owner loyalty goes a long way. I have a subi Lexus & Cadillac I take all my rides to them I don't even waste time shopping around. Let them know you were referred by the cable guy you'll get the in-house special :) get treated like family there. Trust me you'll be thankful you picked this spot when you need assistance with some trouble shooting they will offer assistance without a charge. Just don't take advantage and if you do have a few trips just take care of your guy working on your ride a little tip goes a long way.

Great place to start if you want to upgrade the stock system in your car. Vic is the man. He'll take care of you and get you the best system that fits your needs and also at the right price. Definitely trust these guys.

The staff was great and the owner Victor was awesome he gave me a really good deal and getting a system in for my wife's car I give this place a five-star and even higher if you want any of stereo stuff done must go there I recommend this place very highly I'll always keep my business with them always

Installed a subwoofer and damaged the side panels on my door and there's rips on the side of the door now. The cable management was executed poorly. The wires are fried from careless installation, so I had to replace them. In the process they messed up my speakers so they installed speakers and also damaged my doors and panels with whatever tool they used to remove. Save your money and car and go somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.I bought a stereo with a touch screen (pioneer brand) and after 7-8 months it stopped working. I tried getting them to fix it, but they wanted to pay again...

Ivan and his crew were great, payed for everything and got it installed on the same day, they are knowledgeable and even gave me one of the best deals on parts and labor I could find hands down. Will be recommending them to my friends, family and hopefully you reading this. Great guys, great sense of humor, professional and have a wide variety of quality products and experience to back it up.

Left Trash /boxes in the back of my Truck Bed so when I drove off it blew out the back - Part of Dash was hanging off and wasn't 100% put back togetherSadly will not be returning after 2x of spending a lot of money thereCalled previously before showing up and all I needed was a price for installation of stereo and speakers- they told me 120 I even told them again for both . They said yes... so I ended up showing up and it's 120 to just install stereo and another 120 to install speakers and stereo that I brought my self ....

Guy up front is too dry to be at the counter. Showed me a speaker and I double checked pricing online; seemed like it bothered him. Gave me a price and asked if he could do any better and said no. I'm cool with that but when your marking your stuff up 50% over online prices you should know that people are not just gonna give money away. He said "bring your own stuff and we will install". How about you become a more friendly counter/sales guy and sell the stuff you have there.

So I went to this place because I had previously had a stereo installed there. They charged me $1,500 for a system and because of this, I bought all the items this time on Amazon and it cost about $400. They quoted me $190 to do the install. I had also bought a car alarm and I brought all the parts to them. Everything was fine until it was all done and they had not installed the car alarm, then had the nerve to tell me that it was not on the work order. They could have at least told me that hey, the car alarm is not part of this and you'll have to pay a little extra, which I gladly would have forked over. I didn't have that option and by the time they were done it was almost closing time for them. Then their owner instead of just accepting responsibility for it got all disclaimatory on me. I will never go to this place ever again. What's funny is that I've got three friends who all need new car stereos put in their cars and I was going to send that business their way, but forget that. I would avoid these people. I would have been better off paying an extra $50 and have it done at Best Buy, at least then I would have known what it was right off the bat. Not cool.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Matt is a fantastic employee, all the guys there are top notch. Not pushy, not on commission, offered less expensive options to get my goals accomplished. I came back a couple times with concerns and they took care of them right away and I couldn't be happier with the end result! Can't recommend them highly enough, thanks again!!!

The Best Stereo shop in town, filled with great people. Victor and his crew always provide great service and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I can't say enough about the guys at Stereo 1, they are very knowledgeable in the sound audio craft and have some of the best prices in town. So if your looking to upgrade your car, truck, or SUV go to Stereo 1, you will not be disappointed!

Best Stereo Shop around! I've been coming here for years and I would not go to any other shop. Definately recommend this Stereo Shop to anyone needing work on their cars. Speak to Victor and he will take care of you. He is the best at what he does and will help you get the best deals around. The team overall is very helpful and will do great work.

I went in and was immediately take care of by Brian, and had no problem taking his time to ensure I get the system I wanted. He wasn't pushing me to buy or trying to upsale me. He actually saved me a few hundred dollars. System was installed quick and sounds perfect. And I'll make sure I keep coming back for whatever these guys have to offer.

The guys at stereo 1 are great. They have worked pretty hard to make my wishes a reality. They have installed amazing sound systems and alarms on three of my vehicles. For all in need of great products, amazing sound and second to none customer service, you need to check these guys out.The work is done in a timely manner, all concerns and questions answered they have great rates for our military brothers and sisters.Ask for Victor, tell them that Army guy Hugo sent you.Thanks for reading God Bless

I went to have a stereo installed and intenna put in. My husband and I have been going for year's. We spent $240.00 there. It took about three hours. When they brought the car around we had to clean all the trash they left behind and on top of that our speaker and amp was missing and when we told the owner he didn't do anything about it. I recommend you don't do any business there.

Do not go here...I went in to fix my car s head lights.Well the second day after getting them fix one of them went out, i took it back about 5 times I waited about a week to get it replaced.Turns out my car a Benz does not detect the light system they installed and keeps giving an error message, the guy there had no idea on how to fix that or what type of light to use with this type of car and told me to come back in a few months and wait until he gets a machine that will tell him what is wrong?????On top of that I asked if he could fix one of the fog lights. He did fixed it but after a day it went bad again.I paid for all this services and asked for top quality products. It is clear to me that this place is not honest and do little to nothing... I had and still having a horrible experience with this place. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

Got some Alpine 6x9's installed at a killer price here! Owner recommended I replace the other speakers for optimal sound, I'm definitely coming back for them! Best hospitality and customer service I've experienced in a long time!

After reading all the positive reviews. I decided to go ahead and stop by yesterday. I was having Radio problems and my passenger side door speakers were not working properly. So i get there and explain my situation they said a technician will take a look at it in few minutes. It was literally about a minute later and they were taking my truck in to diagnose the problem. About 10 mins later the tech figured out it was wiring issues so they went ahead and replaced the faulty wires. About 15 mins later it was done. I was very pleased how fast and professional they were and more so with there pricing that is very reasonable and satisfying to the wallet. Great customer service, great prices and well stocked inventory. I will definetley be coming back. Thanks again Stereo 1 Cheers.

Absolutely amazing service hands down! As a Soldier, it is hard to find a good shop that you can trust and rely on. We move around constantly and it seems as soon as we find a place it's time to move again. The first time I stepped foot in the store I was greeted and asked if there was anything I could be helped with. I said I was just looking and was told to let him know if I needed anything. Once I found what I was looking for they were more than happy to answer all of my questions and were very informative. There was no pressure at any point in time and their prices were way below all of their local competitors. I have been a loyal customer for over three years now and will continue to give them all of my business!
