Sandra. I can't thank you enough for great and amazing customer service! Hard-working who deserves the highest promotion. I ONLY want to do business with her! She makes sure your experience is 110% great!I went there for a car horn repair and she saw me waiting and immediately took us in to address our car issue. She explained everything of what we needed to do and a clear plan of action. She made sure we had a loaner car while our car was being serviced and checked up on us, providing status updates and made sure the process was smooth. I usually don't go to dealership service centers to get my car serviced but from my experience, I would now! I hope all Lexus service centers learn from her great service!Remember! Ask for Sandra if you're getting your car serviced!- J

It's incredibly disappointing to share the troubling experience we had with the Oxnard Lexus Service Department. Entrusting my father-in-law's Lexus due to irregularities and a check engine light issue should come with a reasonable expectation of honest and fair service, which unfortunately wasn't the case.Receiving an estimate of $1900 for the repairs prompted a reasonable step to seek a second opinion. However, encountering resistance when deciding not to proceed with their services and being faced with a demand of $520 just for the diagnostic, contrary to the original agreement, is completely unacceptable.Thankfully, we had the foresight to retain the original signed contract, which rightfully secured the release of the vehicle the following day. Finding resolution at Thousand Oaks Lexus, where the issue was diagnosed and repaired at no cost due to warranty coverage, highlights a stark contrast in service quality and integrity.The discrepancy between the promised services and the attempts to charge for what was initially agreed upon as free diagnostics is deeply concerning. It's disheartening that a company that claims integrity as a value would engage in such predatory actions, attempting to take advantage of a situation involving an elderly individual.We hope sharing our experience sheds light on practices that are both ethically questionable and potentially exploitative. Hope our experience can serve as a warning to others and, hopefully, prompt necessary changes in the service practices of that department.

Best lexus service center around!! Definitely see Martin Alvarado, he is the best service consultant I've dealt with(&I have been driving & servicing vehicles almost 30yrs & over a million miles). We have had tires replaced(through lexus tire & wheel), general maintenance performed, and have been happy every time!!Definitely would trust Martin for all of my service needs!! Due to the amazing service we have received, we will be buying our next vehicle at Lexus of Oxnard!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto tire replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Called for a quote, had a large job for them to do on my Lexus, never got a call back. Tried calling several times later that day, no one ever picked up (yes it was within their regular business hours). Got to do better than that Lexus!
