Purchased a set of tires from here about a year ago. According to the warranty, the tires were supposed to last 65,000 miles. In a little over a year, we put 23,000 miles on them and there started to be issues with the tires. When taken to the service center the gentleman at the counter refused to even look at them and refused to acknowledge the warranty.He tried to say that the alignments that were done on the car were probably the cause, then we pointed out that they were both done with them. He went as far as to say that since we had someone look at them and find the faster than normal wear, then there was no need to "inspect" the tires.Lesson learned, never purchasing or recommending tires from here (or any other Sam's Club) again.

Amazing service to help me with tire pressure and a puncture. The gentleman who helped me could have not been nicer and more professional. Took me as drive-up despite it being close to his closing time. Also explained the risks of a repair and the advantageous of buying new tires with the Sam s Club guarantee for repairs, flats, etc.. I will definitely be back for all my services and by my replacement tires from him/them.

I've had good experiences with SamsClub tires in the past.Something changed there. I went there early to get 4 new tires for my car. There were no other customers and the installer told me it would take 45 minutes, and he would call me if it was done sooner. I took over 2 hours. No explanation, no apology. I am never going back.
