I just wanna say that they fixed my s550 Benz. I had taken it to 2 other shops and they were unable to fix the problem. I was extremely frustrated. I then was referred by a friend to Mekaniks and they fixed it in less than a week. I recommend them to anyone who drives a Mercedes Benz or BMW!! I will go to them for all my repairs from now on. Thanks Mekaniks

People like the men at MekanicsPlus, make you know there is a higher being out there. These men not only helped me with my vehicle but took the time to explain each and every step. Sergio is God sent, he truly is a man you need to know. My experience with them has made me a lifelong customer and I need everyone to know how amazing they are. My 17,000 dollar transmission and general ford owner issues would have given any normal person a heart attack. I was in pieces when I took my car in and they made me whole.Read this now, understand me later, they are the best out there. These men are stand up men, no nonsense, classic mechanics that work hard and it shows. I am so happy this nightmare turned into a daydream.

I have mixed reviews about this shop. Carmax referred is here and although our van was ultimately fixed, it took over 3 months to get it back. I had to keep calling every week to get updates and there were always parts being ordered/back order so it was a big inconvenience as a family of 5 to be without our car for so long. The van ultimately was returned to us and we haven t had any problems since. Adam was always very helpful with our concerns.

Mekaniks Plus is great. They are a CarMax preferred mechanic shop. They were able to diagnose my trucks issue quickly and work out the details with my warranty. I was under a bit of a time crunch as I was in the middle of moving out of the county. They worked quickly and were able to get my vehicle back to me before the day I was to leave. Overall great experience. Sergio and Adam were professionals. I would highly recommend this shop.

Sergio and his team at Mekaniks + did amazing work. My car s transmission went out. Sergio advised me that it would be three months to get the transmission in. They got it in two and were very patient with me asking repeatedly about the status of the transmission arrival. I took my car in as my oil light was on. They not only filled it up but fixed my oil light at no cost. Where can you find service like that. They also checked my daughters car and recommended what needed to be done and did major work on my wife's car.Great prompt and trust wothy service. The gentlemen who run Mekaniks Plus are fantastic. Not only do they do great work at reasonable cost, they also provide great customer support and service. They are very honest and trustworthy and will tell you which repairs are essential for your car and which you can wait on. I really won t go anywhere else when I need service done on my car, I only ever have a great experience here! Sergio always helps me, and is consistently patient in helping me understand what work is being done and for what reason. They have always taken me, and whoever comes with me, to look at the car and which parts/areas that need maintenance, and explain to me what is does and what it isn t doing properly. Sergio always makes sure I am updated and informed before they do anything, and communicates everything so that I feel comfortable. He is very personable, honest, fair, and kind, and I trust his professional opinion. They always try to keep the costs as low as they can, and even had changed my oil, and dropped of my car to my home without charge. I have been referred here by my partner who trusts them to always be fair, efficient, and trustworthy. My wife and I took our car to get emergency repairs done after the last place we took it to made things worse. I can t say enough how different this place is from what we are used to. Sergio not only gave detailed information on what was wrong but even gave us a ride to pick up a rental car while ours was in the shop so we could save money by not having to use an Uber. That is above and beyond anything we were expecting. Great job Sergio! You guys have earned a new customer for life!Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a great place! I was in town for a family emergency and discovered our tail lights weren't working. My AirBnb host recommended Mekaniks & I'm so glad she did. Sergio was great. He fit me in first thing in the morning and even drove me home & picked me up when the work was done! He explained what caused the problem and gave me a really good price for the work. Super nice and honest & trustworthy. I highly recommend!Service: Electrical repair

Absolutely recommend them. Fantastic experience. Adam is professional, courteous and always aware of your vehicles progress. My Mercedes couldn't pass smog inspection. It required major repair work. Having diagnostics performed by other places, I knew the repair would be major. Their price was very reasonable and I'm very impressed by the work performed. Adam's honest and puts you at ease your car's repairs and maintenance are a priority. Thank you Mekaniks Plus for a great experience.

If you are looking for great customer service and auto repair look no further. Best place around hands down! I live in Ventura and will continue to come here for all my auto service and repair. My daughter has a 2011 Audi. Her car was shaking while at idle or anytime it was at a stop. I took it to a shop in Oxnard and they said it had a vacuum leak but they did not have the proper tools to pin point the exact location of the leak. This shop recommended me to hit up Mekaniks Plus. If another shop recommended me to this place then you know they have got to be good!I was hesitant because my daughters car is an Audi. I thought for sure the service was going to put a big dent on my pocket. So I took it in and after they inspected it and found the leak. They gave me a great deal on repair and said it would be ready the next day. Even gave me a courtesy ride from Oxnard to Ventura by the original owner (father and son business). Later that day I get a phone call about other repairs needed. My heart dropped thinking for sure I will not be able to afford it. They gave me their expertise opinion on how I should go about the repairs. I agreed to take care of the big stuff and they came back with prices that were totally affordable. So affordable it was mind blowing. I recommend this place as first choice. Come here before you go anywhere else and prove this review wrong. Mekaniks Plus Care Corner is a hidden gem in the 805, My experience was smooth as butter from start to finish. These professional gentlemen took care of my car quicker than I expected by diagnosing the check engine light in the same day and ordering the correct parts with overnight shipping in order to repair my catalytic converter the next day! That speedy process enabled my car to pass smog so that I could get my vehicle registration renewal. Thank you guys very much I m looking forward to doing business with this company in the future for all of my vehicles maintenance needs!
